I came here to switch my family's wireless plan from AT&T to T-Mobile and had the best experience. I had the worst experience with T-Mobile today. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Vivian is the one who supposed to help us. The first question she asked us is "where did you go before?" I feel like this place has terrible service. They were very unhelpful. They are very unprofessional. I just asked a lady about my lost phone and my accounts and if they were accessible. Her answer was extremely upsetting. She said that she had no idea and only sold phones. That she had no training for it. Her tone and words weren't really unprofessional. It made me want to leave the store immediately. She said it straight like that. She could've at least said something along the lines of "Im sorry we can't do that here." or something like that. I left to another T-Mobile and got way better service. The guy there was way more nicer and was able to actually do something about it. So i made an appointment and Ny was the one to help me throughout the process of opening a new line and transfer everything over from Verizon. She's so sweet, yet professional and so fast and straight to the point! Everything was done in half an hour. This service is very misleading! I came in and got a new line and phone under a plan the other day. Anthony helped and told me the promotions for that day and following week because of trade in promotions for my suitavle iPhone so I had to wait a couple days... A couple days later, I decided to go to a different location and asked about the promotions again. This time, the worker said that original store I went to is a third party so I had to go back there because promotions might be different. So I requested an uber to the original store. I get there and Dat helped me. We discussed the promotions for trade ins that was suitable for my old iPhone and said a few things that didn't match what the original worker, Anthony sod and who also NEVER told me that I had to add the new line to get the trade in promotion that very same day! Very bad customer service. I came in for a lavender iPhone 11 64 gb which they did not have in stock. They ordered it online for us and then we went home to realize that we should just take the 128 gb that they had in stock. We returned the next day to ask to buy it, but they said they can't do anything before the cancel the order online. We waited almost a week before we came back and asked to purchase the 128 gb. Employee was either not informed or did a bait and switch on purpose. My mother in law came to get the free clear stadium bag per their T-mobile tuesday deal on the app. The representative told her he still has the bag but she would have to buy a bluetooth speaker to get it. She called me after she couldn't get the rep to honor the T-mobile tuesday promo. I told the rep that there was no fine print requiring any purchase to get the bag. The rep read the info on the app and even clicked redeemed on it. He even admitted to the app not saying anything about having to purchase for the promo to apply, but he kept telling me their system at the store requires it. This clearly is not the case as I was able to use mine to get one for the mother-in-law at another store without having to scan anything. The rep at another store was handing them out as folks were clicking redeem on their phones. This is poor service that wasted her time, my time, and her ability to get the bag since the employee redeemed the coupon on her app but did not honor it. POOR POOR SERVICE. Either he was very ill informed or the policy of this particular T-mobile store was set up purposely to create a bait and switch from this promo. The bag is not even worth the time, but the poor service and policy leave a very sour taste. Will not be going here for any of my services again as I do not trust them to be properly informed about other service or honest about policies. read more
