I am a very happy customer, having received excellent customer service from Courtney! I chose this particular store due to its proximity to Stevenson, WA. After decades with Verizon, it was time to chase much better pricing and coverage with T-Mobile. After having numerous interactions with various wireless stores over the years, as I helped parents and my kiddos navigate the process, I can honestly say that this was the most seamless process EVER! Courtney knew exactly what she was doing, was efficient, and was thorough in her follow-up with promotions. She even activated the promotions for me to ensure they were done properly. If I could this place would get zero stars... 2 years ago I went and got a plan and a phone from this store.... they told me if I paid on time for a 12months I could do my jump on demand -- $0 down... (I pay extra for it, yet have never used it.) went in after 12 months and $500 down to use my jump on demand. If I could put a zero star review I would. This store used to be great but in the last 2 years it has gone to hell. My father in law came in to upgrade his phone, but didn't want a phone payment so he paid $150 for a used galaxy s3. We find out after a year that they not only put him in on a payment plan for that phone, the $150 wasn't even applied to our phone bill. So basically the sales rep stole $150 from us. On top of that they added insurance and an extra data plan that we didn't ask for. The point is, if you buy anything from this store check your receipts and don't trust a thing that they say. read more

So I got 2 Note 8 at this store , talked into the Zagg invisible shield cause " it's the best, got a life time warranty'' $50 ea, Ok, I figure if they'll stand behind it, it might be worth it,within the first week my screen protector came off in my purse and is cracked in several places now, my kids just wont stay on the screen, it's useless. Zagg website said if it's within 30 days of purchase take it back to the retailer, TMobile so I did, but they only do returns for 14 days... I can send it back to Zagg if I want to pay for shipping to get another piece of crap. I'm pissed I spent $100 on nothing but, like the girl at Tmobile told me '' at least it was the protector that broke and not my device, in my purse. I could understand if I had dropped it or threw it at someone's face, then I might appreciate how much protecting the protector did, wasted $100, I'm a sucker, Thanks TMobile & Zagg you suck, I'm pissed. read more
