Horrible service all around - do not fall for the guise of this being an actual Verizon Store. I made the mistake of thinking this was a real Verizon store, as that's what they advertise as opposed to "Cellular Plus", and literally 5 months later, I'm still calling Verizon to fix the billing mistake Cellular Plus set us up for and am obviously regretting my initial misunderstanding. My husband and I spent FOUR. HOURS. with a representative and a manager for what should have been a simple issue. (We were going from Pre-Paid to Post-Paid and purchased new devices.) They couldn't resolve the issue within that same day, and we had to leave our old phones with them overnight. They weren't apologetic at all about the inconvenience and were rather acting bothered with us that this ordeal took so long. That was in February. As I write this review, it's June, and after multiple phone calls with Verizon, I *just now* received the refund Verizon owed us because of the billing error Cellular Plus caused. On top of our horrible experience, we witnessed the female manager talking shit about an elderly woman who came in during our four-hour experience. Sure, the request of that woman may have been annoying, but like ... as a manager, you don't reveal your annoyance about another customer to the current customers you're helping. I've learned my lesson and will be more cognizant when googling actual Verizon stores next time. read more

This store is located in a strip mall near 7 Eleven. They have designated Verizon parking spots near the front of the store. I visited this store today to pick up a phone that was out of stock at another store. They had the phone ready for me when I showed up. Katrina Crabb was extremely helpful in getting the data from my old phone transferred over to my new phone. She also help me find a car charger and helped me get an additional $5 discount. Overall a great experience at this location. Would highly recommend! read more

Literal crooks. If they tell you something is free, it is going to be a lie. If they tell you what your monthly bill is going to be expect it to be 15/20% higher. Nobody in the store is evidently able to explain the screwed up bills from Verizon besides the manger who talks in circles and then just starts screaming when she's unable to communicate to you effectively. I have always been relatively satisfied with Verizon as a service provider, but cellular plus is absolutely not Verizon... Even though I only live about a half a mile from this place I will never do business with them again. I was eager to get a new phone and didn't listen to my instincts when they told me I should get the hell out of that place. I went to check out any holiday deals on iPhones, and walked out a very happy client! Brianna, the store manager, I believe, helped me as soon as I walked in. She showed me my options, helped me find the right one for me, and helped me transfer over to an entirely new phone plan. She was so knowledgeable on the phones and services, and she answered all of my questions! She also went above and beyond for me in the time where my phone was transferring data over. Instead of twiddling her thumbs or scrolling on her phone, she registered me for the Warranty for both my phone case and screen protector. This is something we all push off until it's either too late or lost in a pile somewhere and we need a new one. Super appreciate the attentiveness, professionalism and kindness! My mom, sister and I went in to Verizon to get help with our apple music as we are not very tech savvy. Bri grabbed a seat for each one of us and proceeded to help us with our technical issues. No only did she help with this, she also went over each thing we were getting charged for on the account and found that we had been getting charged $100 a month for an international plan that we only needed for one month back in June of 2022. She called the billing people for us and helped us get everything credited back. For over a year we could not figure out why the bill was so high but thanks to Bri, we have it all figured out now! I had an encounter with the store manager, one of the most unpleasant people I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The store was virtually empty, except for a couple of other employees. If the manager was any indication of how they treat customers, I can see why they had none. In short, If this was the only Verizon store in town, I'd switch to another carrier. read more

I had a horrible experience with not only this store but the ownership and management of the entire franchise. Adam the owner did not respond when I finally got his contact info. He claims to love customer feedback when they have a great experience but apparently doesn't want to hear when things don't go so well. Long story short, an employee that was later transferred to another store for mistakes, Set me up on the wrong plan, signed my name on paperwork without my authorization, and when attempting to rectify the situation, the best I could get was the promotion I was told I would have in the beginning although not the exact way I was told by the employee. I spoke with the vice president of the company and the regional manager, no acceptable solution was given. This company will help you when they are making money, but if it comes down to them correcting a mistake. Their philosophy is obviously profit over customer service. Adam Kimmet Owner - 1 Star for customer service, would give a zero if possible. Chad Zueck Vice President of Sales - 1 Star for customer service. Would also give a zero if possible. Randy Gonzales Regional Manager - 1 Star for Customer service would give a zero if possible. I would say that Katrina the store manager was always helpful, even the other staff members were willing to hear me out and get me in contact with upper management. But once I was there, I just got the run around. Charged $1300 for 2 months of service on 4 phones and 2 watches. I just successfully switched from ATT to Verizon. Xxxxxxx was a pleasure. She was knowledgable and really made the process as good as it could be. No real down time. Received great advice and support. Thanks. Not a corporate store. My initial review is as above. I have to change it as I have as of now wasted three hours due to this store's ineptness. This is not a corporate store and they set up my service transfer wrong. Went in to possibly become new Verizon customers. We were greeted by a tall blonde female who could have cared less for being bothered. We were told upon joining at their location Cellular Plus we would have to pay $35 per line activation fees. Okay I can understand that but all we would owe that day was $70 for 2 SIM cards because "their company Cellular Plus has to pay for them. I used to work in the industry and charging $10 for a SIM card is expected when doing business at an authorized retailer just like all the headaches that come with their untrained employees doing god knows what to your account and having to call Verizon to fix it all. $35...... please just go out of business. You're not doing any one any good. Just a waste of peoples time that are actually trying to do business with Verizon. I rated 1 star because I couldn't rate any lower. The only reason I gave even one star is simply because they were open. The customer service is positively dreadful. The very young man who waited on us was unprofessional, and the teenage girl working with him had her head barried in her phone. When I suggested that we go to a different store, we were told to go ahead and go and the man actually waived us off his his hand. Entirely rude and no respect for the business he represented whatsoever. The store had no other customers and I can see why. If you don't like to wait in line, this store is for you! If you want help with a purchase, go somewhere else. read more

The staff here was very knowledgeable n helped me find what we best for my needs. They set expectations for the process from the beginning and followed thru with them. Stopped by the store today thinking it was an actual Verizon store and not a cellular plus. They changed they're sign from "Cellular Plus an Authorized Verizon Retailer" to just "Verizon" If I had known it was a cellular plus I wouldn't have wasted my time. I've had bad luck every time I've gone into a Cellular Plus. This time no difference, the women was very pushy not taking no for an answer trying to make the sale. And after mentioning my Apple Watch s5 service wasn't working she offered to either warranty it out for $100 or upgrade the device. The sales person also proceeded to take our phone without gloves on. Download the Cellular plus app to "add her business card" she then left a review of herself on the app. I find all this very shady and disappointing. read more

Do not deal with this business. I have been getting texts from them asking how my phone is. Well, they sold be a reburbished phone that doesn't work. When I called to talk the the person that was sending these texts, he told me to come in and get a new phone or have a nice day and hung up on me. I also had a cracked screen saver. Went in to have it replaced. They didn't know what they were doing and it cracked again. The next time I went in I was lucky enough to have someone that knew what they were doing and was able to have the screen saver replaced correctly. I would certainly go to another Verizon place of business to save yourself time and money. read more

I just left Verizon on 20th Avenue in Vancouver Wa and I want to rave about the Store Manager, Jesse. I went to inquire about international plans, and he was amazingly knowledgeable! I know now exactly what I need to do to acquire the best plan for me. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend visiting that Verizon store. I could actually understand the operative's minimal accemt, and she was most creative in apprising me of new Ver Plans that would not only save me some money, but give me less restrictive parameters. Do not buy a phone from Jeremy Matheny, bought a phone and was told I would receive a $200 credit in the mail for the moto z, after doing some research calling other Verizon stores I was told that discount should have been taken off the retail price. Went back the very next day to get a $200 refund and was told they cannot and to TRY and call Verizon to see if they will credit my account. Not trusting or willing to jump through the hoops I returned the phone and tablet (was a deal cause I bought the phone... So they say) . Was told about the $35 restocking fee per device, and that I would have to pay it even though their sales associate made the mistake. After the devices where returned and the old phone back on i was surprised by a total bill of almost $100! So they basically charged me $100 to turn my old phone off and on in a 24hr period. This operation claims no responsibility for what their sales associates say or do and has little to no integrity. Poor product and promotional knowledge, and a "there's nothing I can do" attitude when it comes to fees. read more
