horrible customer service...i bought a charger and cord for my iPad and they charged me $81 i thought that seemed rally high so i looked on Amazon when i got hone and they had the exactly the same charger and cable for $15 freaking dollars WTF so i return to the exactly the same store and the exactly same salesman refused to return it, even said he knows i just bought them the day before..... I was sorry to see our local Verizon shop close a year ago on Jantzen Beach. Little did I know that just down the road amazing service awaited me at the Grand Central Verizon. It was my lucky day to walk in to an empty store with two friendly, helpful Verizon experts who pointed out my options for a new phone, along with all the cool, new upgrades. Truly, after purchasing six phones over the years with Verizon, this was a fun purchase...and my previous purchases were solid experiences. This, however, was akin to a spa treatment. And my new phone and wireless charger are wonderful additions. My daughter needs an updated phone--we'll come here on the weekend, which is their most available time. read more

We visited this store today and found it to be an exceptionally well organized store. Nick, the store Manager, completely understands the customer service model, from his professionalism and supportive product knowledge, to his attentiveness and care with each customer he encountered while we were present (us included). Ryan greeted us initially and got our service request going (we're jumping ship from those AT&T slags), and found that there were a couple more things we needed to do before we could sign up for new service. He even finagled the numbers / options to fit our families wireless needs before we left. Upon our return (about an hour later) Mike greeted us, then realized that Ryan was already on the case, and politely stood back as Ryan and Nick tried to get everything taken care of. This is no ordinary group or run of the mill sales team. This was the starting line-up (No doubt abouThese guys know their product and how to serve the community! In addition, being a former sales rep myself, I really felt at ease here, without the used car salesman stuff one would get somewhere else... trying to sell you add-ons and other stuff you don't need (like the St.Johns Store). We're headed back here on Friday and will give a follow up to this review. For now, all we can say about this store is WHOA.... these guys are really that GOOD! Shot out to Justin! So it's Friday, and we have some sad news to share... after our full service experience with the starting line-up, we found that the Verizon Network and our phones can not work together (bummer right). So we will be going to another competitor, with the hopes of landing another Starting line-up team like this one (Nick, Justin, Mike, and Ryan). Worst Verizon store I've visited. Walked in looking to purchase an Apple Watch. Found only 1 sales associate there behind the counter working with another customer. Which is fine but an acknowledgement that I even entered the building would have been nice. Another customer was sitting down by the door and they said they have been waiting for help so I left and not coming back! read more

I was in a dire straights as my previous phone and line were suddenly cut off. I went to this store and the employee there, Doug (I think that was his name) was amazing! He helped me deal with Verizon customer service corporate, got me a new phone and line, and clearly and very helpfully gave me the options I could do in my situation. Super helpful and really got me through all that hassle. read more

The guys at this Verizon store were extremely helpful, polite and qualified. I've hated shopping for a new phone at other stores because the sales staff inevitably were too pushy. That's definitely not the approach here, where each staff member we worked with was calm and patient with our questions and specific in their answers. Bravo, gentlemen! read more

I just bought a phone there. A iPhone X max and I had a good experience there and Justin slay did a fantastic job.

Wish I could say my experience was as positive as these others. What I can say is BUYER BEWARE!!!!! I visited this store Jan 27th, explaining that I was moving to Florida in 2 days. I was looking for internet service alternatives to cable as I didn't know what would be available there. I was using my phone as a hot spot so wanted unlimited data. Logan began telling me all about the Verizon Jetpack as a solution. After hearing all about it and being assured I could return it if it didn't work for me, I bought one (and of course paid for all the associated sign up requirements that go with it). I received paperwork to confirm the "14 day Worry Free Guarantee" and a "post sales checklist" to confirm I was told of that guarantee. As soon as I was in my new home in FL, I realized the jetpack was not a good solution for me. I was in compliance with the return policy, as written and verbalized, "14 day Worry Free Guarantee discussed. Device returns or exchanges are subject to restocking fees and must include original box, with all the original contents, be in good working condition, with the UPC barcode intact." With packaged device in hand, on Feb 6th I went to a local Verizon store only to learn that the device had to be returned to the store where I purchased it because It wasn't a Verizon purchase, it was a Victra purchase. Early the next morning, Feb 7th (still well within the 14 days) I called the Vancouver store, thinking I could overnight it to them. I was told I could not return it any way other than IN PERSON. He offered the "solution" of going to a Victra store in Florida - the nearest one he could locate is 419 miles from where I am. REALLY!!?? - that's supposed to be a solution!?. Ultimately I was told to call 611 for Verizon customer service......... interesting since I was told it's NOT a Verizon authorized sale. Long story short, the customer service rep at Verizon removed the associated service charges for me, but I am stuck with an expensive device I cannot use since it was purchased from Victra. It's only use will be to serve as a constant reminder of BUYER BEWARE!!! In retrospect, I'm still baffled as to how I would have ever known that the "worry free guarantee" would only be honored if I was in Vancouver to return it "in person". I have read and reread the "Satisfaction Guarantee"; that requirement is NOT there. From my perspective, these guys are only interested in making a sale, not standing behind that sale. In addition to my frustration with the jetpack issue, Logan failed to switch me to the unlimited data plan I requested.
