The employees here seem kind, but I've been here twice (once in February 2022 and again November 2024) and both times the service itself has been mediocre at best. In February 2022 I got an acrylic mani/regular gel pedi, and the french portion of my mani was crooked, the black polish was relatively transparent despite my ask that they coat/layer the black polish so that it wasn't, and there was residue from nail polish and acrylic on my skin where there should not have been residue. November 2024, I got my acrylic nails removed, and they did not take off all of the acrylic (photo shown of thumb nail with acrylic still on it.) My whole point of going to their nail salon this time was so that they could get all of the acrylic off to give my nails a break. OH! Also: this last time when they asked me to sit, another customer's purse was in the seat I was supposed to sit in- the employees looked at me and waited like they wanted me to pick up the purse-but I refuse to touch the purse of another customer and had to tell them twice someone's purse was there before they moved it. And, there was a used bandaid on the padding where my hands/arms should go. I had to point it out- they removed it and put a towel over the area as they usually do but did not sanitize the area where the bandaid was first. read more

Love this nail salon!! I went a while ago and only getting around to writing this review now, but they did a fantastic job with my french tip gel manicure. I miss these nails so much :') They lasted so long; even after growing out they never chipped. The prices here are super reasonable and the service here is excellent. I was honestly so impressed by this salon and the amount of care they took in my nails! This is definitely going to be a go to spot for me :) I came here on a Saturday afternoon with my fiancé to get a pedicure :) we both got seated next to each other pretty much immediately. They take Covid precautions and have really nice employees! For $35, you get everything in a pedicure! Nail cleaning, hot stone massage, paraffin wax, and more! I've been going to this place since they opened a few years back. I always get a gel manicure and pedicure and even though I can go anywhere, it's the staff that keeps me coming back. They are very friendly and welcoming. I always get my manicures done by Lynn and she knows exactly what I want and how I want my nails done. My nails are getting stronger and growing faster since I've started going to Lynn partly because of the care she takes. Michelle, who runs the place, is soft spoken but does a great job of accommodating customers. The owner is generally not around but when she is, she is a pleasure to deal with, always genuinely smiling and happy to see you. They don't try to hurry you out of there or worse, book a time and then keep you waiting even if you are on time. There were a couple of people there who did not do my pedicures well and when I called back to book my next appointment, they remembered not to schedule me with those ladies! I have never tried to just show up and I generally go late week or weekend in the afternoon and when I am there and if people show up without an appointment, there may be a short wait. This my go to place!! read more

Absolutely love this nail salon! I've been a loyal customer for four years now, and they consistently deliver excellent service. The women who work here are truly skilled and so friendly. Amy and Kasey are both fantastic - they always do a wonderful job and pay such close attention to detail. Plus, the massages included with the service are a treat. I am always impressed how Amy and Kasey work wonders even when my nails are in rough shape and always manage to make them look fantastic. Beyond the amazing technicians, the chairs are comfortable. This is my go to nail salon. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. They use autoclaved tools for every customer. This salon is always clean and that is huge for me. Today Amy did my Pedi and WOW! Amazing. Everything was awesome. Michelle did my mani and her massage is literally the best! It also won't break your bank to come here. They don't try to upsell you. I got a manicure and pedicure recently. I've been coming here for a long time, but I think it might be time to start looking for a new place. First, during my pedicure, the technician kept texting and didn't seem very focused on the service. Second, the manicurist seemed to be a new male technician, and he was very rough while removing my cuticles. He cut too much skin, and even today--the day after the service--I still have Neosporin on all my fingers. I understand that everyone has to start somewhere and learn through experience, but if I'm paying for a service, I don't think I should have to leave in pain or risk infection just to be understanding. read more

This is for several services... Amy did my Brazilian and nails. I have had many Brazilians before. Aimee is hands-down. The best Waxer I have ever had. She made it nearly painless and she is very clean and precise with her work. She really takes pride and what she does. My nails look amazing and she actually listened to me about how short I wanted them. Mary did my pedicure and took great care and making me feel like I was pampered. What an absolutely amazing experience I had at this salon! From start to finish, the team was incredibly kind and incredibly thorough with their work. I was fortunate enough to have Phong for my pedicure, and he was nothing short of terrific! He paid such meticulous attention to detail, ensuring spotlessly clean lines. What truly impressed me was his care in removing my old gel polish; instead of drilling, he patiently took the time to soak it off, which I really appreciated. And the massage! Phong gave an unbelievable massage, which is a fantastic bonus included with the pedicure. For just $55, I received a gel pedicure, a wonderful 10-minute massage, a luxurious paraffin wrap, an invigorating sugar scrub, precise cuticle work, filing, and expert old polish removal. Looks like she just grabbed it and put the scissors through with one swing, it's a straight horizontal line with no shape at all. If you're looking to get a nice Japanese straightening treatment, spend a little more and go somewhere else, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! We're actually pursuing a refund... somehow! I do not think they keep track of appointments and, if they do, I simply cannot imagine how. I have tried texting and the response I get every time is "ok", even if I ask a question in my appointment request. I've tried making an appointment online and the appointment slots are always available and open, which can't be true. While in the salon, I've seen them answer the phone when someone calls to make an appointment, they are always on speakerphone, and I have never seen anyone write anything down after the phone call, they say ok and then just continue to work. Out of the 5 or 6 times I've been here I have only been seen at the time of my appointment once. Once! I am often waiting 30-45 mins and I stay because I have a very tight schedule and make appointments on the only days I can. I'm currently sitting waiting for my 5:00 appointment and it is 5:40 and there are 5 others also waiting, though I don't know what time their appointments are or were. (At 5:06 my manicurist asked me to wait 15 mins and I said fine....but I ended up leaving at 5:45 because she was doing someone's pedicure.) I have always been happy with the services I've received here and their prices are reasonable, which are the reasons for the 2 stars, but I simply will not be back due to their constant lack of respect of "appointment times".

I made an appointment and they honored it right away, which I always appreciate. No waiting, no chaos. Staff was kind, but my nail tech felt a bit inexperienced. We booked the deluxe pedicure, though a few steps were skipped, which was noticeable. The service took about an hour, and while my nails came out okay, they weren't anything to rave about. On the bright side, my boyfriend's tech did a great job--his feet looked noticeably cleaner, and he seemed to have a better overall experience and connection. Funny how that happens. Color selection was limited (not great), but the shade they helped me choose ended up working, so no complaints there. I just wish the cleaning portion had been a bit more thorough--felt a little rushed. That said, it's still better than Nails Number One, where they shout over each other the entire time and somehow at you, too. This place was calm, quiet, and drama-free. Would I rush back? Maybe. Would I come if I wanted a peaceful appointment and decent results? Sure.

They have really great massage chairs and my nails looked so clean and healthy after. I prefer a natural look but they also have hundreds of color to choose from. They take ApplePay, Zelle and Venmo but cash tip is preferred. I'll know for next time. Definitely found my new nail salon home.
