Terrible service. I called and asked for a full set today at 3pm. I called and made an appointment for 3pm when I get off work and she preceded to call me and text me at 1-2 demanding I tell her if I'm coming or not. I had already confirmed on the phone I would be there at 3 for the appointment. Also her shop is horrible dirty. It's so gross I feel like I need to shower after every time I go in there. Do not go there save your time and money. Go somewhere else. She is rude and the place is so dirty. read more

Today I had a very unpleasant experience here. My appointment started 30 minutes late without an apology, and during the pedicure my toe was injured and bled quite a bit. While I was receiving the service, she was also texting on her phone. When I politely asked her to stop, she became defensive and raised her voice at me instead of apologizing. I just got a gel manicure a couple days ago and it's already lifting and catching my hair in the shower or when I brush and style. I've never experienced that short of 2-3 weeks into a manicure. The painting was also sloppy and I have quite a few chips already. There wasn't much care put into the cuticles or shaping, it's simply not well done all around. The salon needs a declutter badly. There's old decor and dusty things stacked on every surface. It's $35 for a gel manicure but really it should be cheaper - this is actually a bottom barrel salon tbh. read more

Great service, Anna was very kind and took great care of me. My nails look incredible, you can tell she cares about her clients. She checks in with them during the appointment to make sure everything is going well and that they don't have any questions. She gave me a call back to confirm my appointment which I really appreciated especially since I called so late in the day. Took my mom here after seeing and reading the amazing reviews. The service that she was given was so poor my mom asked for colors 103 and 66. The colors in the booked match the shirt that she wanted but as you can see the colors on my mom hand do not even look close.They are so brighter then what the book looked like and when my mom ask why did they not look like the same. The lady said that she didn't have the right colors that matched the book. My mom said why didn't you tell me that before because I could of picked out another color.My moms nails are all different sizes. My mom kept on asking to make them even but she didn't do that. The lady at the end said that we needed to give her a tip. I said no due to how unprofessional she was and lied to my mom and I about having those nails colors. Beware of this place. read more

I have been coming to this salon on and off for more than 2 years. 3 weeks ago I had kelley give me what I thought was gel nails with tip. I tell her acrylic damages my nails, I don't want acrylic. She tells me I give you gel nails it last longer if she adds acrylic powder to the gel. So today, three weeks later (my appointment is 6:30pm) I go to her for a fill she tells me your nails are lifting you look like your hands in water a lot. I say that can't be because I always use rubber gloves when my hands are in water. She then says your nails are oily I tell her that can't be because when I use any oil or lotion I always use rubber gloves. I say to her you gave me a full set 3 weeks ago why is this happening? Kelley began yelling out of control I had to ask her to bring her voice down a level. So then she begins to take off all 10 cracked nails that are lifting. She is still complaining and arguing with me about it being gel or acrylic. She tells me I am her last customer, because she needs to go home and rest. Then a call comes in and she tells the customer to come on in. I say to her are you putting another customer in my place she says I am going to move you to the other tech because she does gel. At this point I now realize that Kelley does not know how to do gel and because she is so greedy she tells me anything to get my money. So by this time I am not feeling comfortable even to have the tech do my nails so I tell her thats ok, I don't want the gel nails. So I proceed to leave and she tells me $5.00 and I say for what and she tells me for taking off the lifted nails. I say really!!! so I look in my wallet and I have $3.00 she then says never mind. I say no here is your $3.00 I will be the bigger person you take it. Obviously she needed it more than I did. So take it!!! Moral of the story TELL THE CUSTOMER IF YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO GEL NAILS, STOP LYING TO TAKE CUSTOMERS MONEY!!!! PS. Reading other reviews it appears my nails were cracking and chipping and lifting because she probably used the cheap supplies on my nails. OMG! It appears that Kelly does not use cheap supplies on all of her clients, only a select few.. I will take my money elsewhere. BEWARE SCAMMER!!!! read more

I'm always in this shopping center because my son goes to ernie reyes karate. So since its convenient I decided to give it a try even though I was hesitant because the lack of reviews. Once you walk in there is only 3 stations for nails. It is a pretty small space so supplies arent the most organized. I did not see any containers labeled soiled or clean and did not see any sanitizing machines like I've seen at other salons but the station I sat down at was clean. I was helped right away, there was only 1 lady getting a manicure with another tech. The tech who helped me may of been a manager or owner. She was answering phones, greeting customers and working on my nails. This did not bother me because she was very nice and did not make me feel like she was neglecting me or my nails. The price is good and comparable. I paid $28 for a fill and fix 1 broken nail. I wanted one gold nail and the options were few like most salons but my tech pulled all of them and made sure she put the right gold combination so that it would not look to thick or see through. The fill took about an hour, I was in no rush as i was waiting for my son to finish karate class. I was overall very happy with my nails and the experience. My tech made the experience pleasant. This is the worst manicure I have ever received! I was looking forward to my appointment as I have been on a nail break and left disappointed and more stressed as I paid $45 for a set I did not like. Cons: the shop is very small and messy. Do not come here if you are looking for a luxury or relaxing experience. The nail techs do not use gloves, the equipment is scattered everywhere, and they use scissors to cut the nails as opposed to a nail tool, which I have never seen before. - the woman messed up my nails multiple times and did not even acknowledge it until I asked for it to be fixed. I had to constantly ask for things to be done correctly and be fixed. - they charge $5 extra if you want longer nails because the nail tech said "long nails are ugly". Very unprofessional. - no sort of relaxing ambiance whatsoever. The shop is very dirty and a low quality experience overall. - it took the woman 2+ hours to do a basic white dip manicure on short nails. I was appalled. Other nail shops I go to have me in and out in less than an hour for a style so simple. Complete lack of efficiency and organization. Overall, I was so disappointed by my experience. I look forward to the nail salon as a relaxing, self care day. This nail salon was a complete waste of money, time, and left me more stressed than before I came in. 0/10. This salon is a gem! I used to go to another nail salon just down the street, but they were ridiculously overpriced. The ladies here charge a very fair price and do a wonderful job. The owner took her time trying to shape my nails so they look even and also helped me choose a nice color. I love that the pedicure includes hot stones too. A big plus for me. It's hard to see the location at first because it's sort of hidden near a karate gym. But there is ample parking and a sign is posted right before you enter the lot. I swear I've had the worst service here ever. The first time was a bad experience and I should have learned. Decided to give it a second chance which was a mistake that I won't make again. I believe the owner is named Kelly. I made an appointment with her for 6:15pm. I got there and she was only just finishing gluing on tips for the lady she was helping.. I sat here and waited until 6:45pm, and asked what time it was actually going to be. She then told the lady she was helping to wait and had me sit down. Only to completely rush through doing my nails. She was very rough with the files and drills. When I pointed out certain things I'd like fixed (shape/length) she literally ignored me and said the way it was is fine. The entire time I was there it seemed as thought it was a huge inconvenience for her. I was getting a French tip done, the last time I was there I had a black polish and cat eye done, I asked for her to remove little bits of black left on the sides so it wouldn't be visible on the new French tips. She told me the black is my nail. It isn't polish. I told her she was wrong and to use a buffer on it. Within seconds it came off. Obviously the black polish is not my nail. That is just being lazy and not paying attention to your job. I've have never left a nail salon this ticked off before. This is the first time in the 17 years i've been getting my nails done that I will not be leaving a tip. DO NOT GO HERE! read more

Both the manicure and pedicure technicians are great. They listen to what I want and deliver what I want. I love the way she shapes my nails and offer suggestions but never pushy. I am posting this so that other people are aware of what to expect when visiting this establishment. I came in for a fill and the nail techs told me that I either had to get the same color powder or get a completely new set because when they did my nails the first time they didn't set a clear powder before adding the colored one. I then asked if they could do an ombré design with the same colored powder and they proceeded to try to talk me out of it because it was "too much work." I finally agreed to just get a fill of the SAME powder. Whether I'm paying $30 or $40 I expect to receive the full service which I did not. The nail tech who did my nails didn't apply the clear powder on top and proceeded to only apply gel top coat which I'm my opinion defeats the whole purpose of me asking for colored powder. I then told her that I did not agree to gel top coat and she insisted that my nails would be fine without it, I told her that I would not pay $35 for her to only do half of the service so she agreed to decrease my price to $25. The issue with the service here is that you can never point out a flaw or have a decent conversation with Kelly. She immediately starts yelling and claims that if you don't like your nails that you don't have to pay for them (which is completely untrue). I was 100% unsatisfied with mine but she still made me pay $30. This is not the first time that she acts unprofessional or yells at me, but I tend to go back to give her the benefit of the doubt. Not to mention, that this establishment totally disregards COVID-19 safety guidelines. Especially Kelly, always wearing her mask below her nose and leaving her mouth uncovered. Not once do you see her wash her hands or at least use hand sanitizer in between clients or at least wipe her work place or chairs down. No social distancing whatsoever either. I have attached a few pictures of what my nails look like. THEY LOOK DIRTY and you can see the spots where they filed it down but didn't place the colored powder correctly.
