Anna was awful. Upsold me in higher priced pedicure promising to work on my callouses. Didn't. I was finished at the same time my girlfriend was and she got the basic. For $20 more, so not worth it. I had not had manicure in over a year. Cuticles were a mess. Anna did little to clean them up. I nails looked no better after the manicure. Selected light pink nail polish so clean edges weren't super critical. Oh my gosh. The polish was so messy and uneven I took it off the next day. Could be uneven because she poured nail polish remover in it to think it out. Girlfriend had never had a pedicure before and only one or two manicures. She asked for regular polish. I heard her clearly say regular. Gentleman did gel and charged her more. read more

Worst pedicure I've ever had! Service requested: Deluxe pedicure with hot stone massage, & extra massage. it began with the water too cold and he didn't understand English well enough to comprehend my asking for hotter water. He massaged my legs and meet with the sugar scrub instead of lotion; dug into the bottom of my foot so hard with the stone it was painful. Skipped the hot towel wrap all together. Filed my bog toe so short the end of my skin nearly started bleeding. and refused to our regular polish like I asked for. Repeated several times "gel much better" and kept painting with gel until I took my foot from him. Then charged me $80 and got pissed when I refused to tip. read more

I had a pedicure and the man (Liam?)got angry at me when putting my flip flops on and forcefully shoved them on my feet! My little toe was caught which is why they weren't going on. I told him this but he was rude by forcing my flip flops down on my feet and then told me I now had messed up my pedicure! There's no need to be so rude. My daughter had a manicure at the same time and her nails were cut way too short which left her finger tips hurting. We won't return. read more

Worst manicure I've ever had. To get the gel off they stick your hands in a bowl of acetone...my hands were burning. Then the nail tech was being rough and cut my cuticle and my hand was bleeding, so my hands were in a bowl of water with one bleeding. The paint job was super sloppy with paint on my fingers. The guy was really rude and only thing he said to me whole time was can I do some design or a pedicure. They also turned off google reviews apparently because I couldn't post one. read more

Very pleased with my pedicure with T Nails. The gentleman took my feet & made them a top priority! :) The whole process was awesome. This is my first pedicure (in my 36 years of life!) & I couldn't have been more happy with this experience. From soaking to trimming my nails/cuticles, to more soaking & applying lotion, buffing & sanding, the salt scrub, calves & feet massage, the polish, everything was top notch. My poor "dogs" were in a bit of pain from running & wearing heels the night before, but he took great care in massaging them & making them feel better. The shop is clean & the employees are friendly & have a sense of humor...especially when they found out it was my first time. They accept walk-ins & appointments. Thankfully we walked in around 10:45 AM & no one was in here. By 11 AM, it was getting busy with walk-ins & appointments. $25 for pedicures & $15 for manicures. read more

Highly recommend!! I took my 4 year old daughter with me while visiting on vacation to get her first ever mani-pedi here. The staff was all so friendly and they were so accommodating for my daughter. My pedicure was probably the best I've ever had. They were so meticulous and thorough and made sure we had a great experience. They did cute nail art for me and my daughter also. Their prices were SO good. I was shocked what a great value it was for the excellent service. The salon was clean, had nice massage chairs, and tons of colors to choose from. They also had lots of precautions in place for covid. They were steadily busy but had plenty of staff to attend to everyone and didn't keep anyone waiting. We called early in the morning and they got us in same-day, and were ready as soon as we walked in. Definitely a great salon for manicure and pedicure! read more

This place is awful. Me and my granddaughter have been going to this place, the nails are always uneven and not good. Today we went, and the woman that did my granddaughters nails slapped her hand! How distasteful. They are rude and all have bad attitudes. The TV's don't work half the time, and they don't have music playing, pretty boring in there. Definitely will not be going back. read more

Just OK. Splurged on the deluxe pedicure. Save your money, and skip this one. Lavender neck wrap had zero lavender scent and was heated waaaaaay too long in the microwave. So hot it was very uncomfortable. No scent or oil added to the foot soak. No foot and leg massage. Just rubbing in oil and cream. Sloppy application of nail polish that I had to clean up at home. Probably won't go back. read more

Me and a few friends came to this nail salon at 6pm, an hour before they close, plenty of time to do 4 manicures and an acrylic fill in. Especially because they had 3 workers and only 2 customers, who about to leave the salon. The manicurist had refused to do the fill in before the manicures, saving it for last, then complained when we the fill in wasn't finished by 7pm (when they closed). She would not let us take time to dry nails by the fan, telling us to leave. This wouldn't have been as big of a problem if the manicures were decent. They rushed through all the nails, leaving polish all over all of our cuticles. In addition to this, the color selection had already disappointed because they had winter colors in July. We debated leaving, but stuck it out, a regrettable decision. We will not returning here and do not recommend. read more

If you want a cheap pedicure with a limited polish selection then this place is perfect for you! My mom and I never had the time to get a pedicure before coming down (we come down about every other weekend but never knew anything about the nail salons) so we figured we would try this place out and made an appointment. We got there a few minutes early and had to wait about 10 minutes before they got our chairs for us and by that I mean still cleaning them. I sat in my chair for about 5 minutes before anyone put any water in it. The lady then came to put some stuff away, sat down for maybe a minute while looking around and then going to collect payment from someone else, walking around taking her time to give the others their tip. She finally sat down and started my pedicure. No salt scrub (I thought that was pretty much basic everywhere now), she did good with scrubbing my feet but the little old man doing my moms feet never looked at her, spoke to her and barely touched her feet. Back to mine, I asked if I could get a design and showed her the picture, with my big toe white and the rest the color I chose. She looked at it for maybe a whole second and said yea. It was a simple design compared to what I've gotten at home. White toenail, horizontal stripes and a palm tree. The next thing I know, all toes are the same color and I have a black palm tree on each big toe. She asks if I don't like and I asked if she could add something else to it maybe and she asked if I didn't like again staring at me. I told her it was fine and asked if she could add maybe a little seagull or something to it and she looked at me like I was crazy! I finally just asked if she could add some silver glitter to it and she understood that...amazingly. Needless to say I left with all toes the same color and $5 simple palm trees. $25 for each pedicure and my $5 design. We won't be back! read more

I had the worst pedicure of my life at T Nails. I got the pedicure less than 5 hours ago and the nail polish has already pealed off two of my nails. The man that gave me the pedicure watched football on tv the whole time and didn't pay attention to what he was doing. He cut my nails so short that now they are beginning to throb and hurt. There was more nail polish on my skin than on my toes and he didn't even bother to wipe it off. I will not be coming back to this salon. I wish I could give this salon no stars. read more

Work was rushed and sloppy. Couldn't do what I wanted so I had to settle for one color. A couple of my nails were jagged and not fully painted and there is nail polish all on my skin. My eyebrows were different sizes after they waxed them. I had to fix them at home. I came in at the beginning of the day and as a new customer, I expected a lot more. I recently got my nails done, and they were great! Everyone there was nice, and my weird requests were handled perfectly!

My experience here was not good, I was here over the holiday and had an appointment for mani/pedi. An older gentleman was doing my pedicure, he accidentally cut my toe, it drew blood, I did make a noise, and he just pushed my bleeding toe into the water and walked away and came back with a bottle of what I think was alcohol, he then squirted it on my toe and it burned, (I should of left then) when he got to my finger nails, I asked for the gel, well the gel was so thin it ran like water around the cuticles and he kept adding layer after layer, and as i questioned what he was doing he walked away and spoke to a woman who came over and looked at my fingers and called me over to her station, she then cleared off the polish the other worker applied, and got a new color, close but not color i wanted and redid my nails, 3.5 hrs later I was finally done, I will never go back. read more
