Came here to order a batch of custom-designed hoodies for our business in the Convoy area. I believe the associate who helped us was named Lita, and she was amazing throughout the entire process. She was extremely patient with us while we finalized our design and had great customer service from start to finish. People are coming in and out non stop. Employees are patient and very helpful. Turn around for 2 shirts my last visit was probably a day and a half. Picked this location as it was the mid point to my job. So it was convenient. Would highly recommend. Good customer service! My kids dislike it being all matchy, matchy at times but do it because they know how much I like it. I wanted custom-matching family shirts, yelped it up, and found T-shirt mart. I showed my design to Walter and he did great helping create what I wanted. There is a fee if the graphic designer helps you create the design. If you think you will buy more shirts ask the designer to save the design. I had a discrepancy with my order and the employee and manager on duty that day helped remedy the problem. You can bring in your own shirt or purchase shirts there. At this location, they offer a variety of colors, sizes, and style shirts. T-shirt Mart offers different types of printing such as silk screen, embroidery, vinyl, and direct-to-garment. This location has a private parking lot. A few months later I came in to order another shirt and I was met with the same great service. First time designing shirts and got referred here by a close friend who always has the coolest shirts at his events. I was in charge of planning a bachelorette of almost 20 girls, so I needed to find a reliable shirt designer. They have a whole store of blank shirts, tanks, and sweatshirts of every color, but I brought my own from an online retailer. I came in with a rough design, but the graphic designer, I think his name was Kevin, made my design come true! I told him what I wanted and he did exactly that. It cost me $16 a shirt to get it designed, which doesn't seem too bad at first... but after realizing I'm making almost 20 of them, it costs over $300 which is pretty pricy. That's just for having the front designed... I initially wanted the back as well but that would've cost an extra fee, making it over $400! So I just stuck with the front. It took about a week for them to be done. Although pricier than I expected, I was pleased with how the shirts turned out and how easy it was to get it done. read more

For my small order of custom tees, I called T-shirt Mart ahead to ask what to do and they were very friendly and responsive on the phone. The next day, I emailed a transparent PDF to the store and was promptly helped by Leon from graphic design. He took us through the design, spacing, choosing the shirts, and even modified part of my graphic from black to white to align with a black background once I changed my mind. I'm very happy with the process just from ordering and designing alone. Leon also called to change the printing format after a test print of the shirt did not show the design as much as I wanted. For a small batch, the three-for-ten deal on Gildan tees was perfect, great value, and exactly what I wanted in a cotton shirt. I can't wait to see the digital direct print when I receive my shirts today. I highly recommend this store for any idea or project you could want. I love this place because they help you with whatever you need and it gets done nicely. I do feel like the prices are a little out of bounds for some items, but if it's what you want then you're going to pay for it. Designers will work with you for whatever you need and all seem to offer very helpful suggestions. No one ever seems thrilled to be there though so I guess that's a bit concerning. The quality of the shirts for sale there aren't always great, very basic. So if you can find what you want, I would definitely purchase it outside and bring in. I've had shirts, hats, parkas, and sweatshirts done here and they all came out beautiful. I really wish they were open on Sundays!!! read more

These people are horrible in the customer service department. I stood in the middle of the store for about 10 minutes with people just watching me and nobody offering to help. Finally i went up to someone and asked them for help and they told me i had to sign in. I called prior to coming and let them know that i need 14 shirts printed and i purchased my own shirts and they said that was fine. I come in and its a different story, they tell me that i need a 24 minimum and if i dont have 24 shirts i can still pay for them and not get the extra shirts. Then i tried to do a different printing style since i didnt want to pay them for something i wasn't going to even get and they said that in order to do that style of printing i have to buy the shirts for them. They told me false information on the phone and then when i drove all the way here, they tried to upsell me when i got there in order to get shirts made for a "beat cancer party" this Friday. I will certainly never be back and make sure anyone that i know never returns either. read more

I order three test shirts from them; they messed up the size and placement of the logos on my shirts; and they forgot to email me for approval on the third shirt which required embroidery. They have been absolutely amazing and a god send for all my printing needs. Always super helpful and also help me with their knowledge of printing. They really go above and beyond. I saw them today as I was in there, respond honorably with great customer service. And also with great patience when a customer (her name was probably Karen) came in on a witch hunt because one employee who had a mask slide down as he was printing well over 6ft from anyone. I happened upon these guys after having lunch next door at the Char House. I was just looking around when I say a table filled with socks: socks that I dearly needed. At $3.95 you cane get four pairs of white socks. The black and grey socks cost $4.95. I picked up a bundle of the white socks. After wearing a couple of the pairs and washing them, I have determined they are of pretty good quality. I did need to snip a few string on one of the pair and the socks are a little thicker than most. They are comfortable and fit snug in shoes, given their thickness. If they prove to be of good quality over the 'long term," I will be back for more! The employees at the register had good senses of humor and were up beat. I can't speak for the screen printing and T-shirt printing they do here, but I can about the socks! read more

The employees here were polite and professional, but I'm incredibly disappointed with the product. Came here to get a few shirts made for myself of my company to see how they would turn out and if I'd like to carry a few extra to sell. Came in and talked with someone about the process (it sucks that you have to buy a minimum of 23 or something to do screen printing, otherwise you do a vinyl cut instead). I wanted to do 4 shirts, three for me and one for my girlfriend which seemed like it wouldn't be much of a problem. We got everything squared away and I walked up to the desk to pay and it was $80 for 4 shirts! When I picked out the shirts they showed that the shirt themselves were no more than 8 or 9 bucks. I paid and left pretty unhappy just to come back to pick up the shirts and they looked like trash! The font was peeling and uneven like whoever applied the vinyl did a half ass job. They offered to redo them for free so I came back a few days later again for them to look pretty decent. Now I'm writing this review after my girlfriend washed her shirt once and now it's completely ruined with half the logo and font peeling off. My shirts are still fine so it shows that they did a horrible job on just the one. I couldn't imagine how frustrated I'd be if I bought a ton of shirts to sell, and they turned out like hers. I will be advising everyone to go somewhere else for their custom shirts. read more
