After you email your document, it can take five minutes or more just to receive the retrieval code to enter at the printer. The staff will tell you to step outside and refresh your email, but the delay makes the process pretty frustrating. Parking is another issue. There are about 17-18 spots, but even with only four customers in the store, I couldn't find a space. I waited at least eight minutes and still nothing opened up, not even on the side street. I eventually gave up on parking and walked. Overall, it's the best price I've found for printing a small number of pages, but the wait times and parking situation make it a bit of a headache.

Slowly but surely it crept up on us and we finally were able to unload it all today. Kyle was great and took care of us to witness all our old mail get destroyed. We used their "Witnessed Shredding" service. Price was excellent and the service was actually very interesting to watch! Big industrial service handling us little folks really well.
