After 10 minutes of scraping a bit, and spraying water which went down my neck (she handed me a paper towel with no comments), she polished and badly flossed my teeth. I said that was the shortest cleaning I'd had. She then had me lay back in my chair, and repeated the same lackluster scraping and spraying. I was told to spit back into the cup of mouthwash I was given to drink. Unscrupulous. The employees I dealt with here didn't even bother to pretend this was anything but a scam. The worst part was the dental hygienist, supposedly named Alessandra Silva, who cleaned my teeth AFTER the dentist with the punny name of Andrew Sweeney supposedly examined them and reviewed my x-rays with me. She leaned awkwardly on my breasts, was rough and imprecise with her use of the cleaning tools, and, when I questioned her before leaving, said, "I've been doing this FOR TWENTY years." I would have sworn it was her first time. She spoke with a distinctive regional dialect that conveyed a lackadaisical rudeness with her coded reference to marijuana that made clear that this appointment was controlled by a group who've been stalking me and preventing me from being treated fairly by credentialed physicians for over twenty years. (In 2004, the price I was quoted for the dental work needed -- my teeth were once well cared for and healthy -- matched number of the dorm room I'd shared with people who are apparently involved with the con-artist stalker group.) The waiting room became unusually crowded with girls under 30 and a boy of about ten moving about inappropriately among those waiting. A man at the front desk, who seemed more like he might be a dentist than an administrative assistant, tried to get me to schedule fillings they'd decided I needed. Because I didn't trust the operation, I declined, resolved to keep searching for an ethical dental practice. I'm enduring tooth pain from inexplicable tooth and gum sensitivity and concerned about the hole created when a filling fell out as I type this. These folks answer the question "how bad can a dentist's office really be?". I have never dealt with any professional office that was so unhelpful, dismissive, and inconsiderate of their patients' time. I have gone for cleanings 3 different times here, thinking foolishly that things couldn't possibly be as bad again. But things were that bad, consistently. They were not only never on time for my appointment, but they made me wait for over an hour without so much as offering to reschedule. And then when I asked them if I'm going to be seen at all, they got defensive and angry with me. Of the 3 times I've gone for a cleaning, I only got a cleaning once, because I just couldn't stick around for over an hour waiting for them to be ready to clean my teeth. It's as if they expect their patients have nothing else to do for the rest of the day and will stay as long as they need to be seen. I've truly never experienced this at any dentist in my life. For my second cleaning, we just never got to it. They demanded that I get x-rays, which I was trying not to do because I had gotten them a year before and didn't want to get more before I needed to if I could avoid it. They basically refused to clean my teeth if I didn't get x-rays. So I relented, went through to prolonged x-ray process (having had to wait for the tech to be available), and then 45 minutes after the x-rays were done and I'd just been sitting there, no one had come to clean my teeth. I asked them if anyone was going to be available to clean my teeth, they said no, and I left. I haven't had my teeth cleaned in 1.5 years because of this office's inability to schedule and manage time effectively. To confirm an appointment, they call you instead of emailing or texting you, and the only way to confirm if you miss the call is to call back, but then they only answer about 20% of the time. And want to call them about anything other than confirming your appointment? Good luck getting an answer. When I needed them to email my x-rays, I called several times for a couple days and when I finally got an answer, I was pleasantly surprised when the receptionist said he'd be happy to email my x-rays and just needed an email address. After spending 10 minutes on the phone trying to get him to write it down correctly (apparently the word "dentistry" is unknown in this office, so I had to spend a few minutes spelling and re-spelling it). I asked if they would cc me on the email and they agreed. 24 hours later I still hadn't gotten an email so I called back again... several times before someone answered. Finally someone answered, the same person I had talked to the day before! I told him I still hadn't gotten the email. He asked me to confirm information about myself like I had the day before. Then he informed me that they don't email x-rays. (?!?!?!) I asked him if he was ever going to tell me that if I hadn't called. He wasn't apologetic. I asked him why we had spoken about the email address for 10 minutes the day before if they don't even email x-rays. He said "I didn't talk to you 10 minutes ago." I said "no, for 10 minutes yesterday". He said "we don't email x-rays." I'm feeling grateful that I'll never have to deal with these people again! read more

First of ALL, there "teeth whitening" is really bad. My uneven teeth colors got worst after the teeth whitening which they should've told me since the beginning and I would've never done it and waste money. Second of all this place IS sketchy because when I tried to call to cancel they didn't answer and then when I got a hold of them they said I had to pay 200$ for not going to appointments I was calling to cancel and they didn't answer.. and plus I'm no racist I'm a Hispanic if any kind but there's a receptionist that doesn't understand nor speak English ! TL;DR - their hygienist broke my permanent retainer and the office failed to take accountability for the damages. I am incredibly disappointed with my last experience at the T Station Dental Group. I was there for a routine dental cleaning. The hygienist working on my teeth seemed inexperienced and although his cleaning felt aggressive and was causing me discomfort, I was willing to bear through it thinking it would be over shortly. When he asked me to close my mouth to suction out the water after rinsing, I felt a sharp object poke the roof of my mouth. Feeling around with my tongue, I realized that he had broken my permanent retainer off two of my teeth resulting in a sharp metal wire sticking out uncomfortably in my mouth. There was zero communication from the hygienist that he broke it. When I asked about what happened to my retainer all he said was, "they will fix it for you." He did not provide an explanation for what happened and quickly ushered me out into the lobby. As frustrating as that experience was, the follow up with the office manager was exasperating. I was given a referral to the orthodontist in the same office building and was told the expense to remove the remainder of my retainer and to replace it (approximately $300) was to be paid out of my pocket. I returned to the dentist office and asked the office manager if they can take responsibility for breaking my dental gear. He said it was unlikely the hygienist's fault and that it was just a result of natural wear and tear but he would contact the orthodontist to figure something out and then call me. I waited over 2 weeks for a response and decided to go in person and ask about it. The office manager said he had talked to their "director" (but failed to reach out to me as he had promised). The director decided they will not cover a replacement for my retainer. I am in disbelief over the lack of patient advocacy and accountability of this office. As much as I emphasized that the retainer was damaged in their office due to their hygienist's aggressive cleaning, the office manager attempted to gaslight me into believing me that my retainer (which I have been told by previous hygienists is glued down extremely well) was just old and worn. Please do not go to this office, even for the most basic of your dental needs. In the case where something goes wrong, they will avoid liability and leave you helpless read more

Chose this place for the proximity and being open on Saturday mornings. The staff at the front seem to view people as a cash machine or are poorly trained (no greeting whatsoever, literally 1st word out of the staff´s mouth upon introducing myself was the price of my procedure). Predatory practices unseen at any other dental practice I have been to in the area (such as making you pay deposits, asking for upfront payment before they have done any work on your teeth - the reason stated was they "have no way of making sure I´d pay"). What practice makes you pay for a treatment you haven´t received yet? When I refused to pay upfront and asked to just cancel my appointment, they dangled the fact I would lose my deposit if I decided to do so. The manager, supposedly brought to diffuse the situation, was ruder and wasn´t receptive to any feedback, ostensibly more concerned with how he looked in front of his staff than hearing out a patient. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I called the front desk to obtain my X-rays and have them emailed over to me. They said it would take a week because they need to get prior authorization to do so. This is unlawful in Massachusetts not to provide a patient and dental offices with X-rays when the patient requests them. I already paid for the panoramic x-rays, when I had my first and only dental appointment a year ago. Furthermore, when I got the X-rays, it took an hour and a half and they used the metal old fashioned film holders which were very painful for me to hold in my mouth, especially since the person placing them had never done it before and spent 45 minutes adjusting them before asking someone else to come help place them. When the dentist came by for 5 minutes he never showed me my X-rays not did he refer to them but poked my wisdom tooth and said I need to go to the oral surgeon in the suite below to have it removed. I was skeptical since my previous dentist said there were no issues with it. They're in cahoots with the oral surgeon below who has terrible reviews. Also, it took them 40 minutes just to see me for an on time arrival. Three hours later, and I finally left that dental office. The only good thing was that the hygienist did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. Just don't waste your time otherwise. read more

Wendell is excellent!!! Always get a great cleaning here and leave with my teeth feeling so squeaky clean. They keep up to date and send me texts/emails often so that I remember my next appointment. The lobby is nice and comfortable with a TV and plenty of magazines to look at. However, it does not seem you will be in there long because every time I check in, or anyone else, they get called in and taken care quickly. Awful office/ chain dentist. Over booked. Over worked staff. Booked hygienist 3 columns of patients, with 1 hour and 15 minute to complete 3 patients at once. Unable for this to be done well while saying hello to the patient, taking their chief complaint, updating medical history, and making sure they got a good cleaning. CROOKS They removed a perfectly good crown and tried to convince me that I need to get extensive surgery conveniently through their in-house surgeon. So of course I didn't go back there, I found a good dentist I trust, but he can't put in the crown because T Station BILLED my insurance for the crown they didn't do!!! So I have to go wrestle with them now, those crooks. The one positive is their hygienist Valentina, who is an angel. She was a dentist in Russia before she immigrated here and she's amazing. This place is pretty terrible. Worst dentist experience I've ever had. I got there yesterday at 11am for my appointment, 10 minutes later someone greeted me and took me into the exam/x-ray room. I thought this was a little strange considering I got x-rays 6 months prior. I wish I had said something. Not to mention they barely consulted the x-rays. It didn't help that I looked over at the machine after he finished and noticed it read, "This machine is potentially dangerous if operating procedures aren't followed." One of those moments that gives you a certain gut feeling. After he finished taking x-rays, the dentist with ragged stubble came in with his glasses on that had microscopes that he chose not to remove and said, "Leondro, when was the last time you say your orthodontist?" I said, "My name is Mike." After they tried to save face and the dentist spoke sternly to the x-ray tech about double checking the yellow paper, he asked about my gum recession. I told him I went to the surgeon appointment that they made for me on the second floor and the total surgery costs were about $12K. He then thought maybe the recession was due to an imbalanced bite. He recommended I go to the first floor for an orthodontist appointment. I am 29 and I've never had braces. After being sent back out to the waiting room with the assistant, he asked me if I've had my cleaning yet, which I thought was funny because he had been basically the only person I interacted with since I got there. I said no, and proceeded to wait 20 minutes in the waiting room that had the radio playing AND the TV playing some show that caught my attention when I heard someone say, "Ok and now we'll remove the bowels." You can't make these things up. After getting up twice to speak with the chatty receptionists to make sure they didn't forget about me, I steeled myself and decided not to run out of there. Thankfully the dental hygienist was a pro. She gets the star. I left this place feeling like it the whole building is a scam. read more

Avoid this dentist. Hidden costs and surprises. I lent someone money to have work done here. I agreed to $400 over phone and they charged $1500. I used a debit card and it would have better to use a credit card as then I could have done a chargeback. I notified the office immediately of overcharge or payment I did not agree to within 15 minutes of the patient leaving the office once I got the printed out receipt. They argued with me and REFUSED to refund even though work had not been completed. I wish I had read the reviews prior. No star from me. I was paid back by the one that borrowed the money. In the end his loss. My bank did not stop payment and did an affidavit and no call back from them weeks later. I would never treat a customer this way when I owned my own business. In a nutshell, I asked repeatedly if my insurance would cover the xrays they wanted to take, given that I had had xrays at another dentist 6 months prior. This place should be shut down. Do yourself a favor and find another dentist!! When I went in for my appointment, the lady taking my x-rays kept messing up over and over again. Took over 30 X-rays. Bet that radiation is just great for my body! Then I had my appointment with Dr. Su Han, who informed me that I had FIVE cavities. I didn't believe her - I've only ever had one cavity before in my life - so I went and made the trek back to my hometown, visited the trusted dentist my entire family went to. I even brought a print out that T Station Dental gave me showing where the cavities supposedly were. The trusted dentist said that I only had one cavity, and a teeny-tiny one at that. He looked extra carefully at the spots where TStation Dental marked on the chart - nothing. No problems. No signs of future problems. Nada. They are full of shit and I have already reported them to the Better Business Bureau. I just hope that people read this and know not to go! read more

I have been going here for a couple years and really tried to be patient and give it a fair chance. I know everyone, at the best of places, has off days. That is not the case here. Sure most of the staff is polite and kind enough at first glance. However, the place is horribly managed, and no one takes accountability for all the mishaps, most concerning of all, the dentists, who are no where to be found much of the time. As other reviews pointed out, the wait is ridiculous. It is consistently a 1-2 hour wait for a cleaning. I go every six months or so. At least 2 of my 3 or 4 cleanings here were the full 2 hours burning into lunch or dinner time. My kindergartener was in tow on those occasions. We were encouraged to make our appointment at the same time as we will be seeing simultaneously. Nope. He was forced to patiently suffer a similar wait for an hour and then wait for me to be seen the next hour, making our exit time somewhere between 2 1/2 to 3 hours from the start of our scheduled appointment. You would think with all the time you were waiting (with no explanation or apology unless you confronted), you would you get a good cleaning. Nope again. As other reviewers said, the cleaning is noticeably rushed and some teeth are missed completely. Also, I had two erupted wisdom teeth that I was I encouraged to have extracted here, which I now wonder was ill advised. Regardless, I did schedule the surgery on the phone, having given no instructions for prep for the surgery. It seemed a little odd, but I haven't had any process done like that since high school, so I didn't think much of it. I arrived at my appointment and was handed a list of my pain medication options. As I glanced at it, I saw that the only one I was eligible to take was a local anesthestic. No apology from desk other than that it must've been a new girl! (This was coming from the girl whose voice I clearly recognized as having scheduled my appointment over the phone) My busy husband had taken the day off from work to allow me to rest and heal (We have to small kids at home with me.), so I just sucked it up while the surgical team rushed through the process, digging into my head and ripping my jaw back and forth violently. Really, this whole experience has shocked me. My experience at dental offices has always been otherwise positive. I went to this place for a couple of years, mostly because it was near my apartment and they had Saturday appointments. I consistently waited 30-60 minutes for my appointment, and teeth cleanings would usually take 2 hours minimum. I would also decline to make a future appointment, to discover one had been scheduled for me anyways, and then they would get angry when I cancelled. They also take x-rays every 6 months, which is definitely not necessary or standard practice. I finally switched to a new dentist, and to get my x rays I had to pay $25. read more

THIS PLACE IS SO AWFUL! I, like many other reviewers, felt like the place was super impersonal, rushed, and just thirsty for my insurance money. I was told I had 5 cavities by Dr. Han, and when I probed about it she did also say they were very tiny/"pre-cavities" actually. And I let her fill them. ONLY A COUPLE OF MONTHS LATER A HUNK OF FILLING POPPED OUT, AND TODAY, A PIECE OF FILLING DETACHED FROM ANOTHER TOOTH. I DISTINCTLY remember her telling the technician to "Cure all over" before letting me go. As in, cure all of the filling material with the light once again, and he DEFINITELY rushed through and skipped some teeth. I went here for a wisdom teeth removal and I experienced great service. I was awake for the procedure and my doctor was calm and thorough during my operation and answered all my questions before and after when I was a little hazy. I've never been here for a cleaning but a few people seem to not like Dr. Han. I probably won't go for a cleaning but a friend of mine had a great experience here with her braces so I'm considering going back to discuss my own braces options. read more

Do NOT go to this dentist. I went for a routine exam and cleaning. The dental assistant who did my X-rays seemed inexperienced and slightly rushed/confused. Then Dr. Su Han told me that I had THREE cavities and I needed fillings. She was abrupt, impersonal and seemed to be in a hurry. When I went to the front desk to schedule my appointment for fillings, the front desk person looked at my chart and said, Oh, you don't have cavities this is just preventive. The other person at the front desk gave her a nasty side eye and said, No, these are cavities. The whole experience was sketchy so I went to another dentist and he told me I had NO cavities and that my teeth cleaning was not thorough in some places. So not only did I not have cavities as I was told, but the teeth cleaning was not even done that well. When I called to let them know, they said that even though I was told I had cavities and needed fillings, it was more for prevention and that they recommend fillings to people who don't have cavities. read more

I'm glad I read the reviews below - I thought I was being crazy/ dramatic for feeling weird about my experience here, but now it all makes sense. I went for a routine cleaning and was told I had 3 cavities. That's fine- haven't been to the dentist in a while, sure there are a couple cavities (despite the fact that I had NEVER had cavities before). Scheduled an appointment 2 weeks later to have them fixed. The doctor (Dr. Han) goes "Wait, how many cavities do you need filled? I see 6." SIX. So either I got 3 new cavities in the span of 2 weeks, or she didn't find them the first time... both of which are concerning scenarios. She also couldn't tell if there was food in my teeth or if there were cavities... and she kept miscounting the number of cavities. Needless to say, I will NOT be going back there. I just went to a different dentist today, who re-took the X-rays (because the originals were blurry) and said I had NO issues at all. Stay away from this place. read more
