[[HIGHLIGHT]]Super cute spot just about all of its crepe menu options are displayed at the front glass in front of the shop which is adorable.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We went around 8pm so it wasn't busy at all, it probably took us longer to decide what we wanted than waiting to actually get the food. Would definitely recommend a drop by if you like crepes

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Stopped by on a Friday around 11:30 for lunch. Place was quite empty![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We ordered on their screens, then waited about 10 min for two sweet and one savory crepe to come out. They also have fun Asian snacks. There was ample and comfortable seating, and only One other group there at the time. I got the shrimp tempura crepe, which was a bit difficult to eat but the shrimp was great, as were the toppings! Great place for a light meal or snack!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Small with limited amount of tables. So, you might not get a table when you are there[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. But, the desert crepes were amazing! I definitely would eat here again.

The crepe is pleasantly crispy. The filling combination provides a unique combination in every bite. However, the chocolate truffles alone, although tasting good, can become a bit overwhelming with its sweetness. My friend and I shared a mini and I felt satisfied after eating less than half. The place itself isn't necessarily the most visually appealing place to be at but it's not unlikeable.

Every time I come here, it's specifically for a crepe brulee with strawberries. That being said, I've come here multiple times and I was a bit disappointed by my experience this time. I didn't know they changed the crepe sizes because there used to only be one, so I assumed "regular" was referring to the previous size and "big size" was referring to something even larger because I did use the kiosk and the sizes displayed above it say "regular" and "mini" with no mention of a big size. So basically, keep in mind that a regular-sized crepe brulee is the same size as a mini of any other crepe because it's not made clear if you're using the kiosk to order. Secondly, my crepe was cold. It seemed like it had been sitting out and wasn't a fresh one, which I've never experienced here before. Even so, it was still delicious.

T-Swirl is a cute spot to get crepes in Downtown, New Haven. The vibe here are super fun and the menu items all seem unique. What I love about this place is that the crepes are made fresh to order and aren't sitting out. It's nice to bite into a warm, crispy crepe that isn't limp and lifeless by the time you get it. The savory crepes are generous in size and stuffed with tasty filling. My favorite menu item here was the creme brûlée milk tea. The presentation is amazing and the drink tasted even better than it looked!! It actually tasted like creme brûlée custard yet it wasn't too sweet. I can't wait to get this drink again! Also the wait time isn't too bad here so it's doable to go for a quick crepe run!

Such a welcome change from the regular ice cream cones. The crepes were so soft and cooked to perfection along with their extensive menu of pre-selected flavour combinations are amazing! Being the chocolate nut myself chocolate nut party was amazing. The service and ordering screen was also quick and easy to use. We reached around 9:20 and by the time we were leaving it was 9:40pm very close to their closing time and while we were in the seating area, they started the cleaning already. It was only concerning because I didn't want any dust particles to sit on our food. Other than that the place is really fun and has amazing food! It felt a little pricey but also ended up to be worth it. I would recommend to other people and encourage them to visit a little early if possible.

What we ordered: - matcha strawberry - caramel fuji apple - nutella strawberry I have been here before a couple times in the past but I didn't get a chance to do a review. Last time I came I got a crème brûlée crepe which was super delicious. However, today the quality was not as great. The crepe was kinda cold and the toppings did not meet the standards. My favorite is still the crème brûlée ones. I hope they can make some adjustments to their preparation because the crepe should be warmer and not cold.

    Shrimp Tempura

Enjoyed the shrimp tempura crepe as a light lunch! Flavorful and fresh. Appreciated the crepe holder which made for a less messy eating experience. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The decor could use a refresh given the scratches on the tables, but didn't detract much from my experience.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

T- Swirl Crepe offers both sweet and savory crepes. As well as a varieties of milk teas, fruit teas, slushes. The process is slow. So its not a spot to stop if your in a rush. I chose a sweet crepe with strawberries and nutella. It was so big and that was a good thing. My intention was to save the crepe for tomorrow. That did not happen it was all gone tonight.

Had the Carmel apple crepe, so delicious! They have savory crepes as well as many sweet choices. Rolled into a cone to making eating easy. Clean and you can watch them being made and assembled.

Delicious crepes!! I wish I lived closer to go all the time. The fillings were fresh and flavorful and the crepe itself was the perfect thinness with a little crisp. We liked the unique snack selection too!

Creperie on Ludlow St came up in my search and we happened to be down that way on Sunday. I'm also a huge ice cream and gelato fan, but husband is lactose intolerant so he prefers non-dairy. Last year we discovered the amazing vegan ice cream at Orchard Grocery, but I wanted the real thing this trip and he apparently hadn't wanted a frozen treat at all so wouldn't do Orchard Grocer for himself and a different place for me. Happy medium? Share a good crêpe! We found it at Crêperie. SO many choices, many similar to ones we loved in France. Extensive selection, but it didn't take long to decide on the apple-walnut-caramel crêpe to share, costing not much more than 2 ice creams. We watched the lone young man as he poured batter onto the round griddle to just the perfect thinness; as he expertly flipped it; as he loaded on plenty of apple compote, plenty of walnuts, and gently squeezed caramel sauce. Then he folded it into a neat rectangle, scooped it into an exactly the same size pan, flipped the whole thing over onto another griddle and left it to heat while he made a crêpe for the person behind us. At exactly the right moment (was he watching the clock? or maybe he's just THAT good!), he flipped it over, slid the crêpe onto a plate, artistically drizzled more caramel sauce on top and then gently shook some powdered sugar over it. Handed me 2 forks and knives and we sat on stools at the counter for our Sunday afternoon treat! Excellent! They have several savory crêpes (in Paris, those were usually buckwheat crêpes called galettes) and many sweet ones. Unfortunately it's more of a takeout place, with just the few stools at a counter inside, and a couple of small tables outside. I'm still looking for a genuine Parisian-style restaurant with a good selection of galettes and crêpes - but this was a great find and I definitely recommend it to you!

Unfortunately, I visited this place at opening time after traveling on the subway and it was CLOSED…read morewith a sign on the door saying opening at 1 pm. It would not have been such an inconvenience if it wasn't raining and there was no place to stand for 2 hours. I hopped back on the subway as my only option as I was hungry, cold and wet. After taking the wrong direction to Marcy Ave and getting back on track decided to come back. Got here and asked for the NY Cheesecake crepe with Carmel instead of chocolate and he said he has to CHARGE me for Carmel instead of chocolate. Huh! I explained that I took the subway twice $3 each way because when I got here, the food delivery truck was outside delivering boxes and the sign said opening a 1 pm. Mind you I already said it was my second time here today when I walked in. Really!?! Terrible customer service!!!!!! I'm from out of town but yikes! I left Times Square to visit this small business in the rain. The $19 crepe was decent.
