Unfortunately, I did not realize they were located on the 3rd floor and no elevator in the building. I discovered the elevator issue when walking by on the way to another attraction. Many places we've travel have a fee for cancellations but when I called HKS they were very understanding. We can't provide a review on the teams ability to cut or style hair but I will review them for their ease of booking and their willingness to work with their clients even if that means not making a sale.

However, the salon is charming and I loved the Tokyo vibes. :) my haircut took about an hour and I left feeling refreshed. Especially loved their deep conditioning massage.
