This is my favorite boba/milk tea spot in the area!!! They have so many delicious options - to satisfy every palate. Their boba/milk teas are creamy and taste so good!!! I always get multiples when I go, one fruit tea and one milk tea. There's also a very nice selection of snacks, ranging from Takoyaki, popcorn chicken, egg puffs, pork buns, fried Oreos, the list goes on and on. One thing that I truly appreciate is how clean the place is. You can tell the owner/workers take pride in the place. They're also very friendly and work efficiently. I loved my matcha Latte ! It was the right amount of matcha/milk ratio. I recently went to TeaZenTea and was very dissatisfied, waaaay too sweet, toooo much milk and not enough matcha. I'll be back to T4 frequently. Service was good too! Looking forward to future refreshing drinks. read more

The customer service is amazing I always call and order in advance and they are always sweet and patient with me since I can't ever remember what my drinks are called, it's ready before I walk in and there's always parking and seating inside. Okay, I Spent $21 plus a $2.00 tip for a few chicken clusters of Basil Popcorn Chicken & 2 pieces of Shrimp Rice Bowl w/ small Thai Milk Tea no boba EVER AGAIN thanks to this place.I was given a kids meal food portion. They also charge extra for half cup of dipping sauce last time they gave you one free. Service is okay, they ignore you until their finished with whatever their doing, environment is safe. I wanted to satisfy my later afternoon boba desire when in the Antioch area this past weekend. There aren't many options to choose from so went to a generally predictable T4 spot. Some initial impressions: - Still no indoor dining to this date! Aren't we in 2023 now, long beyond the pandemic days? - There's a few unique snack items like fried Oreos and mushrooms that you don't typically find at a T4 let alone at any boba shop. - No customer accessible restroom so clearly they're not catering to dine in Upon placing my order, this is the additional observations and experience: - staff is friendly - They don't offer a stamp card nor any other loyalty program. This too is very uncharacteristic of most if not all boba shops! - The boba was smushy, basically overcooked. Tea was standard. Update from my previous encounter with this T4. I ordered their avocado smoothie and it was super water and tasted more like a winter melon flavor. Didn't like it. Wouldn't order it again. They still do not have restrooms available....They also blocked it with a table to make sure customers can not go in & there isn't any seating. So basically just order it and to go. 3 drinks costed me $25. Inflation sucks but I would rethink about coming to get drinks. read more

There is not very many boba drink establishments in the city of Brentwood. Most boba drinks in Brentwood are in eateries that serve boba drinks on the side. So we wanted to try Tea 4 to see if their drinks are comparable to the boba drink establishments in the Bay Area. Passion fruit Smoothie - 3/5 The positive side is that the flavor does taste close to passion fruit. I've had passion fruit Smoothie at some boba drink establishments that don't come close to the flavor of passion fruit. Unfortunately, even though the passion grey flavor was spot on, there was a very flowery-soapy after taste that when you bite down in the boba, it actually tasted "soapy". I'm unsure why this is. This was our first experience here. We're going to try Tea 4 again and purchase different flavors and update our review. I may try the passion fruit Smoothie again to see if the after taste was an anomaly or it's how their passion fruit syrup is. read more

Very thankful to live near a boba spot. T4 is one of my go-to boba places because the boba is always sweet. Most boba spots don't have the best flavor boba and I can tell this places makes it sweeter than most. Taro Milkshake? Yes, please!! T4 has a huge menu and this was one of the offerings. I am not a huge boba fan, but my kids are. It is nice to know there are other options and everyone can get a treat. They also sell snacks like popcorn chicken and gyoza. The service was good, the staff was friendly and drinks only took about 10 min. to be made. If you've never had a Taro Milkshake, it is similar to an ube flavor but less sweet. If you've never had ube, it's similar in taste to a sweet potato but not as sweet, lol. The first time I tried T4 was in Castro Valley and I ordered the rose milk tea, since it was a popular item. I did not enjoy it - it tastes like soapy milk tea. I was not into T4 after that. On this smoky air day during the CA fires, we decided to hit up T4 since it was on the way. I placed an online order through Eat 24. Once I got there, there was a long line, but when I got to the front, there was another 5 minute wait tops. No biggie, as I placed my order only 5 minutes ago. I ordered the Okinawa milk tea with small boba, a smoothie, popcorn chicken and mozzarella sticks, plus two other drinks. The total was only under $25, I believe. Not bad. The popcorn chicken is the best I've had compared to other tea places. The milk tea was ok. I'll try other flavors next time, but I'll order the chicken again. Had a craving for milk tea and the staff was so accommodating. We asked to have our drinks with 0% sugar and they added the splendas we brought with us due to health reasons. They did it with no hesitation and our drinks tastes great. They have a small eating area inside. Lots of kids come here right after they get off so this place gets pretty packed from 230-5pm. The Thai tea taste like the ones you would get at a Thai restaurant but healthier because I have no sugar added on it. It's great that customers can customize their drinks to small or large and 0/30/50/100% sugar levels. They also have a food menu that serves calamari, popcorn chicken, puff pastry, and more! Hate to write this review because I have ordered here many times. Today I had a piece of hard quill in my calamari. I was chewing on it and luckily, I did not swallow it. I called to speak with a manager about the issue and an employee told me she could handle it and didn't know when the manager Kevin would be in. She suggested I drive back to the location to have them make it again but I was already home. The employee made excuses about the way the calamari was packed, and I had to explain this was their responsibility and that if given to a small child this could be a serious issue and it should have been cleaned properly. I literally had to ask a few times for some type of credit which the employee told me to provide my name next time for a free one. Not sure I trust a place that doesn't know when the manager will be in and makes excuses for the plastic-looking quill inside of a deep-fried entree. Belated Review: T4-Antioch I had to do some circles around this shopping area just to find this place. The sign for T4 isn't that large so I had to be extra alert on my search. Here I thought I had tried every bubble tea spot in the Antioch/Pittsburg/Concord area! BUT GUESS WHAT? I missed about two. So here's this review of this one spot that's close to the hospital. (Good to know just in case I get a sugar overload.) Impressively clean here. Note that I just came in a few minutes after just opening so that's probably why. There's light blue walls. So pretty and actually soothing. One long booth bench with about three tables in front with six chairs on the other side (two chairs in front of each table.) There are two tables on the other wall with four seats each. There's a nice poster with the top ten drinks. The menu upon the wall isn't huge. The choices don't overwhelm you like what Quickly's menu can do. We got milk tea, smoothies, some food items like spring roll, etc. This day's choice was jasmine milk tea with tapioca, regular size. Nice service. Hmm. Tapioca was fresh. There was too much ice. But the milk tea was cool and was nice for the hot day. I wish I didn't have to drive out this way just to have some pretty good tea. 4/5 read more

Such a bummer. Ever since the T4 closed down in SF, I was in panda milk tea withdrawal. I happened to be close to Antioch and saw this location. Couldn't wait to stop by and got our fix! Unfortunately, it fell short. Too many spots have opened up around the Bay Area with amazing boba and T4 seems to have fallen behind. The tea fell short. The boba was warm and overcooked.
