Great flavor and generous amount boba/jelly.The French fries were what you expect but for the price of $3 it's a more than a generous amount! I'll be honest: My family and I had reeeeal complicated orders, but the employees were very patient and understanding. Also as an added bonus, all 10 or so drinks we've had today have been excellent. I mean, even the drinks we ordered with lesser sugar still maintained great flavour. Their drinks will be $2.50 all this week for the soft opening, so definitely come check them out! I am from Berkeley and in the East Bay, spoiled by many tea spots. My fave spot is Purple Kow in Berkeley. Work has pushed me to this far side of the bay lately and we also just purchased our second home out here for an investment. While in the delta, I need my tea! I really like spot for tea! However I have to warn, they are heavy on the sugar. My favorite is the Lychee black tea with Lychee jelly, topped with sea salt creama - 80% sugar. My son loves the Brown sugar milk tea with boba but omg it's so so sweet for me. My daughter doesn't like tea or boba lol so she gets the Loving strawberry smoothie and loooves it. Now here comes some negative: They run out of stuff too much. Like seriously, they run out of Boba and Strawberries now three times. Last time we went they were out of like 8 things, no joke. THATS frustrating when you want your tea. That's why they get 4 stars. On another note the Honey chicken wings are amazing - they are a sweet sticky treat with a crispy outer skin. I've never been to a boba place like this before with such a large selection of boba! Would definitely recommend to all friends and the local community. Still enjoying this place since the last review. This time I got the passion fruit with lychee jelly and friend got the brown sugar iced milk with pearls. I liked the passion fruit even though it was a little sweet especially with the jelly added, but I let it sit so some of the ice would melt. The brown sugar iced milk wasn't bad, but the picture looked a lot better haha. Anyway, the place was clean and I felt welcomed. Also, the drinks are definitely reasonably priced. I was so excited that this new boba place right down the street from my house just opened. I ordered 4 different types of drinks and they all taste horrible. The Pearl Green tea didn't taste like green tea at all, it's taste like cough syrup tbh. My daughters Classic Rose tea taste like fresh roses of flowers and was horrible. Overpriced and mediocre... the boba pearls are over cooked and way too soft. The milk teas don't taste fresh, and a regular taro milk tea +boba is $5, that's ridiculous. I've had T4 drinks in other locations and they taste way better than at this location. Guess you can't expect much in Antioch though. read more

I developed an obsession with boba lately. T4 is always reliable. Their staff is super nice. I usually order the red bean milk shake or the taro smoothie which features real taro not the fake bright purple powder that you find elsewhere. I also enjoy matcha latte or most of their teas with salted cream. Their prices have gone up a lot since opening. It can get pricey ordering drinks and food which is the only downside. read more

Update: This place used to be my favorite, but lately, I've been put off from coming here. There's no problem with the milk tea itself, but I have grown concerned for the cleanliness. I've noticed on multiple occasions employees coming in to start a shift and going straight to making food and drinks *without washing their hands*! This a very basic practice of cleanliness, required by law and with it being flu & cold season, I am very wary of spreading germs. This is my biggest reason for not visiting recently, but also because the level of unprofessionalism shown by some of the employees. I get it, when it's not busy it's ok to be a little laid back, but when you don't bother to change into your uniform, loudly talk for long periods of time with your coworkers even while the dining area needs cleaning, I have to wonder whether you care about your job, your customers, the store and it's reputation. It's not like T4 is the only milk tea place in the area. If you can't meet basic standards, customers don't have to keep coming here. Initial review: Between the other tea places in the area (Quickly and ETea) T4 is my favorite place to go. ETea has fresh ingredients, but lacks in flavor. Quickly lives up to its name and is impressively fast. They've even gotten my drinks to me while I was still paying! But T4 has got the flavor that keeps me craving and coming back. I do have a suggestion though. It wouldn't hurt to implement a rewards program like Five Stars. Pretty much every other tea place I know does this, even other T4 locations. For a place that I visit regularly, it'd be nice to earn some perks for loyalty. read more

I love love love me some T4 and preciously was only able to get it near my job in Oakland. I was super excited to see that there was one in Antioch now. My boba was awesome but I wouldn't expect anything less from these guys. The only thing they need to get together is their food. Their is no menu for food anywhere inside this place. They verbally said they have most things the other T4 has but it would be nice to see a menu. Yum! Always greeted when I walk in and it doesn't smell all greasy in here like Quickly! I like to stick to my Earl Grey Milk Tea which is always perfect. My boyfriend on the other hand is the one that likes to try a bunch of different stuff and he has liked every drink. Today I ordered basil popcorn chicken and it tastes very good! I've tried so many boba places already and had to try this place out because it was in my area, first I love the atmosphere once you walk inside its pretty and love the color (Almost like a tiffany color) Which is a plus, the boba pearls are so yum I love the small ones its chewy and I love it. Walked in last Thursday with 1 person in line in front of me. Thought I could be in and out and back to work in less then 15 minutes but boy was I wrong. It took them over 5 minutes to make the drink for the man ahead of me. Then since I ordered two drinks it took 4 minutes for each of my drinks. WOW! They are lucky that the two drinks I had were delicious or this would be a 1 star review. Their earl gray milk tea is one of the best I've hand and their Boba(pearls) were perfectly cooked!
