Worst experience ever! when I try to talk to the nail tech about the nails being thin hands don't match , he got upset slam the tool box on the table and was very upset said he didn't have to fix his work. My cuticles are flooded with top coat. My nails already lifting and he drill into my nails. He also forgot to put top coat on my toes. I told them I was very unsatisfied with my nails. I said cut them off and I want a refund. They refused. The manager was so rude. Told me to leave. She said their is many salons go find another. They had the never to ask for a tip. Fell in love with this place!! My friends and I were looking for a nail salon after grabbing coffee and we stumbled upon this gem of a place. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They took all 3 of us in for mani pedis. Tony worked on my pedicure and it was the best one I've had literally ever. They made sure we were comfortable the entire time and were so personable. I have been putting off getting my toes done in forever (well since being pregnant) but today I finally went out to get them done. I am super glad I did. This place is super clean and amazing atmosphere nice jazzy music playing. I chose the 40 luxury pedicure package & it did not disappoint! I was able to read my book and then during 10 min massage (tony told me to relax no phone) which at first was annoying because reading relaxes me. However I greatly appreciated it and did relax as well so much that I remembered that I need to put myself first and do this more often. So with that I am now going to make this a either weekly or biweekly thing my kids can stay with their dad for the hour and a half that it took me to enjoy getting my toes done read more

Mm, I wanted to like this place because Tony was very welcoming as I was a first time customer. I told him I was trying to find a nail place here in the area since I go to school here. I wanted something for the holidays so he picked a red for me. But what was really nitpicky for me was that he told me to stop being on my phone constantly. As a young girl, I like to be on my phone and he was telling me mutiple times to get off my phone... I understood and I listened everytime but when I saw how my toes turned out after, I was upset because it felt like my toes weren't cleaned well of the cuticle build up. I'm used to the pedicure service I get in San Diego (where I'm from) so when I noticed he did little to no work in my cuticle, it would cause a problem. I gave Tony a generous tip because he did well with the massage and all but afterwards, this pedicure has left me with pain in my big toes. I wish he has paid better attention and didn't just dig into the sides of my toes recklessly. My previous pedicure had been on there for about a month or longer so I had expected alot of cleaning but he didn't do it to my liking. It's been one week since I got an awful manicure here, still trying to get refunded. Within one single week of getting a gel manicure 4 of my nails are chipped, broken and the polish is coming off. Gel should last 3-4 weeks not less than one! I have reached out several times outside of leaving reviews and nobody will respond. This place scams you completely. I was charged an extra $5 for a massage I didn't ask for, who does that! Massage comes with the service, I'm there for nails not a massage so next time just don't massage at all. I'm so disappointed in not only with the work they do but the customer service, they scam people out of money and then do nothing but sit back and enjoy it. Will never come back! Tony is way too aggressive. He lectured me the entire time. Wanted me to promise him multiple times that i would come back every couple of weeks and ask for him...Told me to get off my cellphone at least 3 times so i could "enjoy" the experience. I wrote a review over a year ago about my terrible experience at T4 nail bar. Here it is.... I NEVER write reviews... ever. I made a Yelp account just to share my experience. My mother in law got a $100 gift certificate from T4 nails for me for Christmas. Unfortunately, T4 nails is not where I typically get my nails done. I usually go to the nail salon two doors down... (K4 Nails- if you need a high quality experience, go there. You cannot beat their nail designs, price and service.) I went to T4 nails with my $100 gift certificate just to see if I could try to get a portion of the money back, not even the full amount. I was told that they would not be able to give the money back, which was expected. I then asked a customer if they would buy it off of me and the woman who worked there turned around and started telling me to "FUCK OFF" and "GET THE FUCK OUT OF HERE". She continued to cuss me out and threatened to call the cops. All I was doing was trying to sell a gift card that I was not going to use. She continued to cuss me out saying I was driving away her customers. She had 3 customers in there at the time and she still decided to cuss me out and flip me off. Once I made my way outside, she flung her body against the glass window with both middle fingers up. I could NOT believe this experience. Not only do they have terrible customer service, but they are also incredibly over priced. I tried to give multiple opportunities to have them fix this problem. I tried to get in contact with their manager Tram Tran, but no response. So, here I am, sharing my story. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. ONE YEAR LATER, the owner decided to reply. She is claiming that I was the one threatening her, yet it was her threatening me. I WAS THE ONE WHO CALLED THE POLICE ON T4 NAIL BAR******** I left before they got there because it was not a priority call for the night. She is claiming I left because I was going to get in trouble, so I'm sure she told the police false information by the time they were able to show up to the salon. The owner is saying that she has a lot of customers that love their services, and I'm sure this is true. HOWEVER, a job in "customer service" should not go as it did. I STILL have my unused $100 gift card. If anyone would like to buy it off of me for cheaper, let me know! :) read more

Horrible place, awful service. I started coming to T4 and I asked for short Gel-X nails, she was very pushy in her services and told me I needed long ones. I finally agreed to get her to be quiet and was happy overall with the nails, but I was put off by her vibe. I came back for a soak off and a new set & continued with the long nails because she refused to put short ones on me & I got charged for the longer nails which is fine but I wanted short ones & was refused. I tipped generously both times as I work in the service industry as well & paid in cash. I came back today to get my nails done & was offered a fill at the door. As she was drilling to get my nails prepped for the fill, I saw fungus under two of my nails-- disgusting! I brought this up to the tech & the main lady T told me that it was due to poor nail care. I come every two weeks to the day and take care of my nails. This has never happened to me before. Then she pushed for me to put acrylic over the fungus but I wanted to take them off, I was like no I don't want acrylic mixed with gel and I don't want anything over the fungus. She offered a builder gel fill & told me it would be $55 which is the same I paid for a new set. I told her no I don't want to pay that since I could get a new set for the same price & wait for the fungus to grow out. She then started to get very heated over my saying this & was very combative saying I didn't want to pay for anyone's time & I am wasting the techs time by asking for a removal instead after she already prepped me for a fill. I had no idea there was going to be FUNGUS unless I got prepped for the fill. I didn't waste anyone's time. The fact that she was so insistent to work over fungus instead of just taking off the nails is probably why I got fungus from this establishment in the first place. I then go to pay & I send the money through Venmo. I have buyer protection turned on for all services I pay through Venmo & sent it that way. I still tipped the tech $5 (which is more than 20% of the $15 take off fee) even though I was yelled at before for not wanting to put a fill over fungus and getting a take off instead because it wasn't the woman doing my nails fault. She comes to yell at me at the door that I can't pay this way (even though they told me to) that I have to turn off buyer protection & pay again because it took 50 cents from the tab. I told her I would go get an extra dollar from my car to make up for the 50 cent off my tip but I wasn't going to resend it. Regardless they received $19.41 which covers my $15 charge. She then started screaming at me that I was a bad customer & I didn't pay & that I can't come back. Her yelling at me that I did not pay as she's waving around the received venmo was absolute insanity. She fully received the money!!!!! It is so sad to see an establishment that puts even the smallest amount of money over professionalism. T would rather scream at a customer in front of others than have any amount of customer service and take accountability for a FUNGUS-- absolutely uncouth behavior. read more

Wonderful, beautiful, and clean salon. I came into the salon asking if they take walk-ins and they said yes. I was immediately sat into a chair by Tram and she did my nails wonderfully. I chose a pink color and when it was shown to me in the bottle i wasn't sure if it was right for me, but then she said she would look through more shades with me after filing my nails. She did and even tested the original color on one of my nails. I did end up loving it but i'm so happy to see someone would take their time to help me pick a color. we did one coat of pink and a few of top coat and I was out of there in an hour. 11/10 I will be recommending.
