    Sooooo good!

During a hectic day at the office, I decided to door dash myself some boba tea. My order arrived quickly and it was just what I needed. I decided to try the Brown Sugar Latte with Pearls. I was a little hesitant because the sweetness could only be ordered as "standard", but it was actually perfect! Not too sweet, and not bland at all. I was also happy that I could order soy milk to be included, as I can't have too much dairy. This drink was good until the last drop - I even made sure to eat every single pearl lol! They also have snacks and I'm interested to try those all well - everything from cheese sticks to fried chicken and fries. Once I do, I was def update my review. In all, 5 stars - if you haven't tried T4, I suggest you do!

    Okinawa Milk Tea

On a weekday afternoon, there were a few people waiting in line in this T4 location that could seat around a dozen people. Similar to the other locations, this location had its signature white and blue interior decorations. I ordered their Okinawa Milk Tea at half sweetness and less ice with boba, while my friend got their Mango Royal Tea. The Okinawa Milk Tea was a bit too sweet for my taste, but I enjoyed the texture of the boba. Their Mango Royal Tea was tasty & enjoyed by both me and my friend. I haven't been able to try one of the T4 locations in a while, but it is still of similar quality since last I tried!

Nice environment, and staff are super friendly. Coconut pudding is my favorite . When I visit Oakland Chinatown, I would like to stop by and order some food.

I frequent hear often. I feel it's one of the last affordable places in the Bay Area.. most popular item. Everyone orders is the popcorn chicken.. but I personally like their crispy fried fish. With the Oreo potted milk, tea.. if you're really hungry, they have rice and noodles I feel the prices for majority. Items are very good. Also, they have a dine in option where you could sit down and enjoy chatting with my friends.

Drink was very refreshing, foods were yummy. They were kinda busy, and they were efficient. I like there are many seat, I could chill in the store.

I recently visited this local boba place, and I'd describe my experience as a mixed bag. I've come here a couple of times before and each time I've found the boba flavors to be quite indistinguishable from one another. Undoubtedly, the unique charm of this place lies in the variety, but unfortunately, they all seemed to be heavy on the syrup which makes it difficult to appreciate the nuances of the individual flavors. From a taste perspective, it is quite hit-and-miss--some days I've had good boba and on others, I have been left a little disappointed. It's not that the boba is bad, but it falls short of being great. That said, I believe they could do a better job at delivering a more flavorful and distinguished boba experience. The place itself is warm and inviting enough to make a late-night run for some boba. It's not extraordinary, but it does have that cozy atmosphere I enjoy when I'm out for a casual drink. The ambiance manages to make those relishing sips of boba just a tad more enjoyable. The service was passable but there's room for improvement there. Despite everything, I'll probably be back at some point, but I wouldn't go out of my way to visit. This place is more like a fallback option for when those late night boba cravings kick in and Shooting Star is closed/too full.

T4 Oakland is a go-to spot for delicious popcorn chicken and tasty milk tea. The flavors are great, and the prices are reasonable. I really appreciate how customizable the drinks are--you can adjust sweetness, ice levels, and toppings to your liking. Highly recommended if you're craving a solid boba and snack combo! Service was efficient. The inside has multiple tables and they are clean.

Food was good. Boba was a little soft. Clean and not too busy after lunch. The ordering machine was a little weird but functional.

Very yummy side dishes and so many delicious drinks to choose from. The service was great and the people were super friendly and welcoming. The Ambiance is cute little shop with a "Breakfast at Tiffany's " kind of theme.

Average tasting boba. I had a roasted oolong 50% sweet 100% ice. Super reasonably priced! Under $4.50 for a regular size. There was a good taste in my drink and the boba was plentiful at the bottom. Would go again!

We went mainly for drinks and tried a latte, tiramisu latte, and a Spanish latte. The tiramisu latte and Spanish latte were both really good and definitely my favorites. Smooth, flavorful, and not overly sweet. You can tell the coffee quality is solid. We also tried the matcha drinks in vanilla and strawberry. I liked the strawberry matcha more. It comes unsweetened, so I asked for it to be sweetened and it was great after that. The vanilla matcha was fine too, just not my top pick. They're also dropping a new Ramadan drink soon, a date latte, which sounds really good and I'll probably come back just to try that. Overall, great drinks and a nice place to hang out.

The only option is street parking, so finding a good spot can be difficult. It is an extremely popular spot, so I'd advise making your reservation weeks ahead of time. Once you're inside, though, it's a great experience. Though gu the shop is small and the tables a bit crowded together, the atmosphere is lovely. The decor is tastefully quaint, and the space is clean and well-lit. The tea service itself is lovely as well. The full tea service, which runs each person $48, includes your pick from a very large variety of teas and sandwiches, including a couple vegetarian options, though I wouldn't call the overall menu vegetarian-friendly. Each table also comes with a little container of sugar cubes and creamer for their tea. This far, all of the sandwiches and teas that I have tried are very good. Each patron gets their own pot of tea instead of one shared pot for the table, which I love. Each set also comes with a scone with clotted cream and jam, a potato canape, and a selection of small desserts. It was more than enough to satisfy me. I really love that they offer both traditional British flavors as well as unique Malaysian flavors in their menu. The desserts also change from time to time, so every experience can feel a little special and new. It gives this spot a unique feel that I haven't yet found elsewhere. Overall, the experience was very positive and I absolutely do recommend it to anyone who has the time and interest. Though $48 is definitely not cheap on the surface, I feel that the unique menu, quantity of food and drink, and general enjoyability of the experience make the price worth it.

Even though there was a sign mentioning that it was a small space and asking guests to keep the volume down, that didn't really happen. One of the other parties was an intimate baby shower. My friends and I weren't exactly quiet either, but I think it was because the whole room was fairly lively. There were so many different kinds of tea to choose from. There were six of us, and we all ordered different flavors so we could sample each other's teas. The sandwich selection was also impressive, and our tea towers included a variety of small desserts that were all delicious as well. I chose the Smoked Salmon & Chive Cream Cheese, Cucumber & Dill Cream Cheese, and Coconut Jam (Kaya) with sliced cold butter. The Kaya sandwich was easily my favorite. The desserts were a wonderful addition to the experience, and everyone at the table enjoyed them. I was torn between ordering the Peaches & Cream Black Tea and a green tea. I ended up choosing the Genmaicha with Coconut, and it was delicious. If I come back, I'd definitely like to try the Peaches & Cream Black Tea. As a group, we all agreed that the Kaya sandwich was the standout item. We did have a small hiccup at the beginning because two of our tea orders arrived without tea bags--basically just hot water! We all had a good laugh about it. They were busy, and mistakes happen. The staff was very apologetic and corrected it right away. They even offered us two extra sandwich orders, which was a very thoughtful gesture. Overall, it was a good experience, and I enjoyed my first tea party. However, I do feel that this venue is better suited for a calmer, more intimate gathering, such as a bridal shower or a quiet afternoon tea with close friends. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Anytime someone rang the bell, they came to the table almost immediately. If you're looking for a relaxing tea experience with a small group, this is definitely a place worth trying. For my group of friends, we're a little louder and more energetic, so it almost felt like we were too much for such a peaceful setting. Still, we had a wonderful time and would recommend it to anyone looking for a charming and cozy tea house
