Yeah for more drink options I the area! For their grand opening special, I tried a few combinations for drinks and toppings. They are all pretty good and things that I'd get in the future. The cafe itself is new, so it's clean so far. They need to upgrade their trashcan, which is impossible to toss receipts in without touching it. It looks like it's recycled from a nearby restaurant. Otherwise, the decor is clean and modern and works for them. Service can use some improvement. They are not the greatest at answering questions or informing those who are obviously new to the T4 experience. I'm relatively new to T4 and forgot I can customize my ice and sweetness level - my first visit they did not ask me at all. Second I had to tell them. I've only recently become a hard core boba drinker, and that's mostly because of T4. After several visits to this place, I have to admit that the drinks are either good or great. I don't mind drinking either type, but I can never be sure if the tea is going to be slightly watery or have too few pearls or too much ice. Although I've never had a bad drink at T4, I would like a little more consistency. Aside from boba, the popcorn chicken is SO good. The chicken is always so fresh and tasty - the only problem is the spice levels. I got chicken with +1 spice and my throat was literally on fire. I'm good with mild stuff, but that sure was not mild. Eh this location used to be pretty awesome but lately the staff is just downright rude, drink quality is okay at best, and their kitchen is in the process of "remodeling" for almost two months now (staff don't even know when it'll be done). Years ago, T4 used to be the only boba place for miles. Fortunately now there's at least one or two in a 10 mile radius. A great spot if you're a big boba fan. They've got a ton of varieties so there's always something new to try. Keep in mind that they seem to strictly employ teenagers though so sometimes the service is a bit lacking. For example, a few times they didn't call our number so were left waiting for awhile. They also don't clean the place up as regularly as they should considering how busy it can get (e.g., full trash bin, dirty tables, floors, etc.). Got T4 delivered and it was great! Great taste and consistency. I asked for added lychee popping and boba balls on my DoorDash order and luckily they added that in my drinks free of charge as well. The Taro milk tea and the Strawberry Lemonade smoothie were super good, but my matcha latte was great! I love matcha but this is exactly the smooth and sweet flavor I like. This t4 took over the old quickly that used to be here which was probably the worst boba place in the area. Parking here is super easy to find which is awesome. My usual order is the soy milk tea which is pretty good, nice balance between milk, tea, and sweetness. I have yet to try out the popcorn chicken but I am assuming it is just as good as the other locations in the area. My main problem with this location is that it is very small, making it feel more cramped than it already is especially when there is a line waaaay out the door. Also, at night time there are people that like to rev their excessively loud engines in the parking lot which is the most obnoxious and disruptive thing at 9 pm. After discovering this place a few weeks ago, I have already become a regular here. Located conveniently next to a Safeway and Chase bank, this place is perfect if you want to make a quick stop for a refreshing drink without having to worry about finding a parking spot. I've always enjoyed tapioca, but this place truly has some of the best flavors I've tried and offers options for the amount of sugar or ice you want in your drink, which can be regular sized or large. I really enjoyed their Jasmine Milk Tea and their Elegant Rose Tea. However, when I asked for no sugar in my Elegant Rose Tea, it still tasted sweet. T4 is taking over! This was my first visit back to this boba tea shop after their remodel from being a Quickly. I've been to many T4s now and have tried a bunch of different flavors. Here is what I got: Elegant rose aloe tea - it had dried rose petals on top, and aloe jellies in the bottom. So refreshing. Honey Peach tea- very good, you can taste both the honey and peach flavor. Popcorn chicken - Decent quality. They have different levels of spice. Mozzarella sticks - you get about 8 of these with an order. Delicious and a good deal. No marinara sauce though :( Calamari - So-so at this location. Could use a bit more work, and wasn't well breaded compared to other T4s. Note: this location did not have two other flavors that I've tried: Potted milk tea (milk tea with an oreo topping) and Lemon Bomb tea - (they artfully cut an entire lemon into your tea, its super lemony and refreshing. It varies from T4 to T4. Huge improvement from Quickly, though I have to say I miss the Snow White Snow bubble... :( read more

My friends and I were regulars here since this location opened - before that we went to the one on Alcosta. The location is super convenient for students and locals. This is a great spot to hang out and meet up with friends. I always order the Elegant Rose Royal Tea with aloe, no ice, 0% or 30% sweet. I've tried several of their milk teas as well. Wow. All I can say is W O W. As a man of great culture and taste, I visited this T4 in the hopes of finding the perfect milk tea drink, with the exact right chewiness of boba. Not only is that what I found here, I also encountered a cashier with probably the most professional work ethic and friendly customer service I have ever experienced! I believe her name to be Calista or Kalista? Not only was she phew... stunningly beautiful.. she was also helpful and kind and helped me pick out the drink I would like the most. Such a sweetheart. Ordered rose royal tea last night with my two friends. I ordered with 50% sugar and 50% ice. The drink turned out really good coz I don't like too much sugar and too cold. Drinks are average but it's the closest one to where I live. But the food. Where do I start with the food. For $10 you get bowl full of rice and ginger, with a side of unagi. T4 ranks itself as the least consistent, messiest boba place in the San Ramon area. Wanting to redeem it multiple times, the staff simply do not have it together to organize and get drinks out efficiently and quickly at times. The last time I was there, only a month ago, they somehow ran out of most of their teas and were unable to make other customers drinks that were later ordered. I ordered the Elegant Lady Rose Tea recently; while ordering, I was told that certain toppings weren't available, so I asked for the only few options which was the coconut lychee? Coconut? Lychee? .... It appears as "coconut lychee" on the menu, yet I was told they were separate toppings by the employee, causing some confusion. Outside of that, I received my drink a vast 15 minutes later through the mess and ended up not getting any toppings at all. I didn't bother to ask where my toppings went, not wanting to add another mishap to the environment and wait even more. The drink tasted decent, though. The rose floral flavor was a nice hint to the tea flavor, and it was refreshing. This particular T4 location proves itself to be an ok spot for boba drinks, but in an area with many other boba shops, it ranks low and creates a poor impression of the store in general in contrast to its competitors. read more

We only choose from the same 5 items when we come here. Popcorn chicken, fried tofu, thai milk tea, jasmine milk tea, and taro shake. I have always found my thai tea too milky from other places. I am giving this place 4 stars for their consistency. The way they make their thai milk tea has been so consistent since they opened this place up. Along with everything else I have tried. That's important to me. This place tends to get crowded after the teens get out of school, and also on the weekends. So every time I am craving T4, I just call my order in 10 minutes before I arrive, that way I just go in and pay. I don't have to wait for them to make my drinks or food :). That helps a lot, especially with the food orders. Sometimes it takes a while when other people ahead of you have ordered food. Now the 1 missing star is for cleaniless. I am a little disgusted when I walk into their restroom. I understand teens run this place, but please teach them how to really clean.
