I ordered the Okinawa iced milk tea with 100% sweetness. The tea was as expected however the mini pearl bobas was not cooked all the way and still hard in the middle. It was very hard to enjoy the drink to say the least. I normally don't get boba for this reason so I have no idea what possessed me to get my tea with boba today. I'd have to say a dissatisfied customer today. My tea went to waste. Otherwise the location is great. Very clean inside. read more

The hours that we went were very quiet and the staff were welcoming and nice in their own way. We only had drinks so I could only critique on the drinks. Today I had the pink Rose Buball and I must say I throughly enjoyed it. Upon first taste you get the cold and then a burst of the floral rose which was exactly what I was looking for today. Came here for their grand opening after hearing that they were opening a T4 location right here in Vacaville's Nut Tree Plaza! Of course I had to go on day 1 to fulfill my Yelp Elite duties! The inside was immaculately clean when you walk in so definitely feeling new new. They had a sweet Buy 2 Get 1 Free promo going on for their grand opening so I couldn't miss it being the boba loving girl I am. I ordered 2 snacks (fried tofu and basil popcorn chicken) and 1 boba drink (matcha latte with 50% sweet and crystal boba) and ended up getting my drink for free! Fried tofu was okay but the BASIL POPCORN CHICKEN!!! So much flavor especially when you dip it in the sweet and sour sauce! The matcha latte was also perfect consistency and sweetness for my liking so definitely a big plus. I usually don't write reviews, but this experience was too frustrating to ignore. I visited T4 to order a Wintermelon Classic Tea, a regular tea, not the milk tea version. When I placed my order, the cashier confirmed it as "Wintermelon Milk Tea." I immediately corrected her and clarified that I wanted the classic tea, not the milk tea. Instead of acknowledging the correction, she looked confused and repeated, "Yeah, the milk tea." I clarified again: "No, just the tea. The Taiwanese-style classic tea." At that point, she rolled her eyes, sighed, and told me, "We don't have that here." I was completely, confused. The drink was clearly listed on their menu. I pointed it out on the store's poster, and she simply sighed and said "okay," with no apology or acknowledgment of the mistake. I went ahead and paid, but when my order was ready, it was unsurprisingly the milk tea. The two drinks look very different on their own menu images, so I corrected the mistake and explained again that this was not what I had ordered. Her response: "It is the Wintermelon tea." I said, "Yes, but this is milk tea. That's not what I asked for." By then, I was exhausted from the back and forth. I asked for a refund, but she flatly refused, saying if I wanted the correct drink, I'd have to buy it again. This entire interaction left me feeling disrespected, confused, and honestly, gaslit. The employee's attitude made me question whether I had communicated clearly, even though I absolutely had. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. read more
