Lu Ruo Fan by AshYan has long been on my list of places to visit, and at last, I had the opportunity to do so! I delivered, and all was available on time the food was not hot and did not require heating. The food is so very good and quite tasty and it has a lot of sauce so it is juicy to taste. The meat was exceedingly soft and the taste was rich and strong. This is not the first order that I got and the consistency was of the highest quality. The following day, when I warmed up the leftovers, there was no difference in the flavor and the feel of the meat everything was equally tasty. It is an actual case study of how to get quality food that is not disappointing in terms of quality. I will certainly suggest this meal to anyone who wants to have something very delicious and fulfilling. And should you have room, do not forget to add an egg it gives this dish a particular flavor! read more

I been wanting to try Ashyan's Lu Ruo Fan for awhile now, but due to the pandemic and distance I couldn't. More recently they offered delivery in my neighborhood in the Outer Richmond and I jumped on the chance! I ordered the LRF for delivery and it came exactly in the provided timeline. The food was still warm and didn't require any heating! The food is very saucy and never felt dry as some other places I have tried. The meat was insanely tender and the flavors packed a punch. Consistency is also good, I have had this twice now across multiple days with no issues. Reheating the food from the fridge was fine as well the next day. It did no diminish the flavors or textures of the meat. In short I highly recommend trying this at least once :) read more
