I've been driving for over five years and have visited TA truck stops in almost every state. If there's one thing that seems consistent across their locations, it's how slow and inefficient the service is. There is clearly a management issue. Simple tasks that a local roadside mechanic can finish in 15 minutes somehow take three hours at TA. I understand that mechanics are hard to hire and retain, and TA may be trying to keep things relaxed for their employees. But it doesn't make sense to pay mechanics 10-12 hours of labor when only two hours of actual work they're doing all day. Trucking is all about efficiency; being fast, precise, and on time and these delays cost drivers money and disrupt schedules. These shops also desperately need equipment updates. We literally waited 25 minutes just for an air pump to fill a spare tire to 100 PSI. That's unacceptable for a facility that's supposed to keep trucks moving. TA needs to seriously rethink its service model... better management, performance-based incentives, or a completely new system that prioritizes speed and accuracy. Something has to change, because the current setup slows everyone down. read more

The place is outrageously filthy. Still charging $18.00 per a shower that is loaded with mold. I would not recommend anyone to use their laundry machine either. read more

The truck parking is very limited so you have to get here early if you plan on shutting it down later in the day, can't really say too much bad about it due to it not really being a lot of truck stops on the east coast but at least it has showers and laundry not the best but definitely better than nothing. read more

Not my favorite "travel center" I have ever been to. Fortunately it was a bathroom stop, and out! I can hold my breath a long time. The travel center just seemed......not filthy, but rather over a period of time....doors, and counters were just not cleaned. I certainly would not eat at this "travel center". read more

Slooooow. Been here for 4 in a half hours for an oil change, still not in the bay. 1 truck ahead of us for an oil change all day, not waiting on parts. The staff just doesn't care how long it takes. Not one word has been said to the staff at TA. We are just waiting. Arrived at 12:45 pm depart at 635pm. Thank God for the night shift. read more

This is a nice truck stop, its restaurant is a clean and the food is good. They no longer have a whole page of all you can eat selections which made this location a great value. Their standard menu selections are good diner food. It is the last diner style truck stop in the area (but no longer a 24/7 establishment). In the diner tradition they also have the whole menu from open to close. A great find but had been better. read more

This place is an Absolutely disgusting place to stop!! Filthy bathrooms and No food..... unless you count the terrible conditions around the coffee and hotdog area that get neglected due to workers more concerned about talking and texting. Go a half mile down the street to the Flying J better prices and much cleaner and nicer. Stop supporting Ta and Petro give the business to truckstops that try to make life a little better for drivers!! read more

This place needs a makeover. The bathrooms weren't horrible, but were a bit hard to find. The pavement was in poor condition (not bad if you were in midtown manhattan, but pretty bad out in the suburbs). Grass was bit overgrown . Come to think of it, all the other TAs we've been to were much much nicer. Yup, needs a makeover. read more

Terrible maintenance of the lot so no coming in hot with a sense of urgency. That being said the cashier, Clara, was amazing. Very clean especially considering the nasty conditions outside. read more
