Assistance at the shop is kinda rude to customers. I'm speaking plain English but he always correct me with car language with an attitude. I get it, I learned some new car/term that day. Thank you very much. Moreover, I had an appointment to fix a slow leaking tire at 9am and they fixed it by 12:30pm (luckily they did charge me for 4 hours of labor fee). The services on my car are solid. I changed my 4 tires here and got them aligned and this time fixed the slow leaking tire. I would recommend just drop off the car for any services. Did they fix my car? Yes. Was the customer service good? No. It was terrible. The two workers behind the desk didn't even seem like they wanted to be there. The girl was uninterested, and the taller big fat dude has zero customer service skills. He tried to ignore me until I raised my voice. He was acting like I was invisible while he was using his phone. Funny thing is, the mechanic was the easiest person to talk to, he was cool. But 0% chance I'm coming back to Just Tires on Kirkwood. Absolutely unacceptable!! I made a 4:30pm appointment. AN APPOINTMENT!! As soon as I arrive, the only available installer leaves to go eat. 5:15pm and the car is still sitting unattended. I already asked that no courtesy services be done because I have somewhere else to be. Why would you schedule a service when you don't have workers available? Lunches are scheduled, right? The place just gives off a feel of unprofessionalism. The front desk attendant isn't in uniform and the original front desk attendant I made the appointment with argued the validity of my tire source (Tire Rack), even though I explained that they are listed as a preferred installer for their website. I will be contacting Tire Rack about that. They may not want to do business with a place that says they've never heard of them. I only want to switch two tires. I could only imagine the quality of the actual vehicle service. Couldn't be me. One and done for sure. Well worth it to go down the street to Mavis and pay $60 more. I was taken back, he seems upset or grumpy or doesn't like my kind. I was very polite the entire time he didn't say thank you you're welcome or anything just give me the keys! They changed 4 rotors and pads of the Volvo xc90 min I bought from CarMax and gave a 2 year 22K mile warranty. After 10k miles, the same problem appeared and because they did not tighten a bolt in the rear brake caliper completely, it fell off and damaged the rear brake. I made an appointment and went the next day. They didn't fix my car and their excuse was that they couldn't find the tire lug lock. I told them that they were the last ones to use it and if it was not there, it was their problem, they refused and the place they were looking for that piece was my personal bag with the word "TDBANK" written on it. When I asked them why they did this without my approval, they swore at me and kicked me out of the store. This is going to court in the end. Finally, CarMax customer service tried to solve this problem, but ROB from Just Tires didn't like my style. It's their own employees who swear and rummage through bags without permission. read more

I would highly recommend Just Tires on Kirkwood Highway in Wilmington. Their customer service is excellent. My tire air pressure light came on suddenly on a Saturday night. I called Sunday and they took me right in inspected all of the tires and took care of the problem. This is not the first time this happened and I am very thankful that they are always there for you. Incompetent is to small a word for how bad this place and it's workers are. I brought my Nissan Altima in for new tires , brakes and an oil change. This was to only take 2 and a half hours. It took 6 and a half to just get the oil and tires done. Which they didn't reset the sensor for the warning light that they said they would fix. Which they never did. $456.79 for that then a reschedule the following week to install the brakes and flush the antifreeze. So back I went to wait ANOTHER 7 HOURS in an uncomfortable chair in a waiting area with a t.v. that only got one channel. And after 7 hours and another $989.00 they still didn't fix the sensor. So had to wait an additional 40 minutes while they did that. Which if I hadn't mentioned again it wouldn't have been done. And after a total of 13 hours and 40 minutes, over $1,400 in total repairs THE FUCKING SENSOR IS STILL ON!!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS OR THE RETURN BUSINESS. THE ONE IN NEW CASTLE IS EQUALLY AS BAD AS THEY COULDNT WRAP THERE MINDS AROUND FIXING THE SENOR EITHER BUT HAD NO PROBLEM CHARGING ME FOR THE EFFORT AND THEN LIE AND SAY ITS FIXED!!!! This place is great!!! I am a single mom and am always leery about going to an auto shop to get my car worked on but the men here are very respectful and kind. When I booked the appointment the gentleman who answered the phone was very nice and was able to squeeze me in for an appointment to get my tires rotated and balanced. And the tire rotation is for the life of the tires even though I didn't buy the tires here which I thought was great. I did not feel like they were trying to sell me more than what I needed. There was another single woman in the waiting room as well and I overheard the man telling her about what is going on with her car and he was very kind, patient and genuinely wanted to help the woman. I had been here before and had no problems so I'm just glad I remembered to come back again for such great service. read more

Customer service was great and the technician even came to me with a question about rotating the tires. I found the place clean. The waiting area had TV. I just had to change the same headlight two months later and took me 30 seconds . They charged me 50 for the labor and 20 for the headlight. I have gone here a couple of times and found prices to be fair and service adequate. Yesterday I went for an oil change and tire rotation which is included in the price. First I made the mistake of not re-enforceing the fact that I did want them checking out anything else on the vehicle. So instead of taking 45 minutes, which should be more than enough time, to complete my two requests I sat there for one hour 15 minutes. Not happy about that. They checked all other things in the car (their 20 point check) and found the climate control filter to be very dirty and need to be replaced. I asked what the price would be. It was $16 plus another $12 for installation. Ok so you took it out of the car for free and now you want to charge me to replace it. Bottom line is they didn't have it in stock and would have to order it from their supplier. I can go to any car parts store and buy it cheaper and install it in 5 minutes. I watch my technician work on my car and it seemed to me he was wasting more time walking around the work bay than getting my job done. This employee seem to be more interested in wasting time so he would not have to complete my job and move on to the next one. I commented to the mgr that I know it is hard to get qualified help but your employee is costing you and your business money. He must have agreed with me because he discounted the cost of the labor involved in the work done today. There are a lot of fish in the sea and I will move on and spend my money somewhere else. The customer is the number one reason for what you do. These people don't grasp the concept. read more
