The cashiers working here are super friendly but that's not all it takes to run a business. All parking is reserved parking here and it's super small park early if possible. There are 6 showers here but they only clean and use 2 of them and make you wait. So 4 showers don't get used I personally waited over 2 hours for a shower which is just unacceptable. To treat drivers like this is absolutely ridiculous if you have to stop here DON'T keep driving there is a TA across the street.

First, it took about 10 to 15 minutes just to get assistance and have the car brought out. The staff didn't seem organized. The salesperson helping me appeared to be juggling multiple things at once and almost forgot about me and another couple waiting. Second, the condition of the vehicles was disappointing. The car I test drove was dirty, and it wasn't just that one. Most of the cars on the lot looked like they hadn't been properly cleaned or prepped. That already gave a bad first impression. Third, while sitting in the car before driving, I reviewed the Carfax. The vehicle had a reported accident on June 15, 2024 involving a sideswipe with damage to the right rear. It was listed as minor damage, but there was also a note about prior structural repair, specifically around the rear wheel housing. When I asked about this, I was told they don't really have to disclose damage like that. That response alone made me uncomfortable. Whether that's technically true or not, transparency matters when someone is making a purchase like this. Trying to downplay it and then saying other dealerships operate the same way didn't help. Fourth, during the test drive, the salesperson kept directing me to make right turns only. That stood out to me. I chose to make a left turn instead just to see how the car handled differently, and it seemed to catch him off guard. That raised concerns about whether they were trying to control the route to avoid certain driving conditions. Overall, between the lack of organization, the condition of the vehicles, and the way concerns were handled, I wouldn't recommend this dealership. The prices may look attractive, and they don't negotiate, but you get the sense that the target customer may be someone in a rush or not fully aware of what to look for. For context, I'm not someone who enjoys leaving negative reviews. I try to be fair and honest. But this experience was surprising enough that I felt it was worth sharing for others to be aware.

The one con is all of the RVs are unlocked and they let everybody walk around without supervision, so we walked into some unsettling situations. We came here because my younger son has been obsessed with RVs. We've been thinking about renting one to test it out. At one point, you could rent it at lazy days, so AI still thinks you can. However, upon further research that is no longer the case, but we still figured we should check out this place just to see sizes of RVs. When we got to the front desk, they told us that all the RVs are unlocked so we can just take a look at everything ourselves. I actually loved this at first, because we didn't want to waste the salesperson time as we checked out the different sizes of RVs. I realize that this is both the pro and con when my children walked in to one RV and found that the toilet had been used, and it was number two not number one so it was exceptionally disgusting. That really freaked me out and made me very wary going into the other RVs. Luckily, we didn't experience anything else like that, we did see a couple Coke bottles left behind, but it made me think it would be very easy for somebody who is mentally unstable to do something scary in these RVs since there were so few people walking around. So in the end, I do think this is probably a great place to check out a large selection of RVs because they have so many, but if you are a female, I would highly recommend making sure you either go with the sales person or bring a male with you just in case.
