Laura was rude, talked over me entire initial call. Didn't ask me any questions, just read from some script she had.

Hi, I need to replace an under mount bathroom sink set in a piece of granite. The sink is broken and I have a new one. Is this something that your company does?

Hi Kathleen, Yes, come on down and pick out your stone (granite quartz etc.). We look forward to serving you.

They installed beautiful Cosentino Silestone countertops and backsplashes in our kitchen and bathrooms, and granite in our bar. The transformation is absolutely stunning. The craftsmanship is top-notch -- the surfaces are flawless, beautifully finished, and truly elevate the entire look of our home. The team was professional, punctual, and attentive to every detail. They took the time to understand our vision and brought it to life even better than we imagined. Eddie is a true artist, and his suggestions were spot on! The installation process was smooth and efficient, and they kept everything clean and organized throughout. Our kitchen now feels like a completely new space -- modern, elegant, and functional. The bathrooms also look refreshed and luxurious, making a noticeable difference every day. Finally, the bar is impressive and truly makes a bold statement, becoming a showpiece in our home. Over the last several years, we planned to relocate, and put quite a few improvements/repairs into…read morethe old house, and after moving to Tucson, decided to make some upgrades to the kitchen, including replacing the countertops. We've dealt with a lot of contractors - flooring, tile, electrical, handymen, and I have to say our experience with Deluxe Granite was by far the best experience of all these different projects. We are absolutely thrilled with every aspect of our experience! First of all, just the planning and communication aspects were fantastic! Rene was great to work with. So was Sharon, handling the office administration, she was easy to work with too. Rene responded quickly, came out to measure, showed us some options, and communicated clearly about the process, the timeline, etc. We ended up going with granite, although we weren't sure initially if it would be quartz or granite, and we're really glad we went with granite. She showed us a photo of the slab, and that was good enough for us, we chose not to look at it in the showroom, and when it did arrive and got installed, it was completely true to the picture, so we were quite happy with the way it looked. The entire process took very little of our time. I could not believe how quickly both the initial consultation with Rene and measuring the template (thank you, Nick!) took, let alone the actual installation (removal of existing and installation of new countertop). Leif and his assistant (sorry I didn't remember his name) did an excellent job. They showed up on time, got to work, tore down the old countertop, installed the new one, it seemed like in no time we were looking squarely at our beautiful new countertops! Leif was really personable and highly skilled, and communicated clearly about care and maintenance. This company is doing something right. They must have figured out a great business model. Consult, select, measure, take template, order slab, tear down and install. No problem. Well done. We did get other bids before choosing Deluxe Granite and some of them it seemed like it would take weeks or months, or we wouldn't get what we really wanted, or there was some kind of compromise somewhere. Not true for Deluxe Granite. We were happy with selection, material, timing, communication, installation, and cost! We are grateful for Deluxe Granite's work. Couldn't be happier. They even have excellent contacts for tile and handyman work. In fact we are having the tile work start tomorrow for the backsplash, which will look great with the new countertop! This was the best experience with any type of home installation or repair project we've had. I would HIGHLY recommend Deluxe Granite to anyone in the Tucson area.

Contacted Deluxe Granite through the Yelp app and they responded within a hour. I was able to set up a time and for $100 less than the other company. Leif arrived right on time, even a little early and walked me through the whole process. Within 10 mins he had the chip patched and sanded. He color matched it so well. He was masked the entire time. My wife couldn't even see where the patch was. Great experience. Definitely would recommend.

On 31 May 2022 I signed a contract with Gallery Kitchen & Bath, hiring them to remodel my kitchen…read more On that date I gave them a fat check to cover the cost of materials plus part of the labor costs. The job was finally completed on 23 August 2023. That is 1 year, 2 months, 3 weeks, and 2 days (450 days) to complete the job! I was told up front that it would take 12 to 16 weeks to build and ship the new cabinets. Other materials, I was told, are readily available locally. The 12 to 16 week window passed with not a word from Gallery Kitchen & Bath. Several more weeks passed with no communication. Eventually I received a message from Cody in the office giving me excuses but no further information. She said that as soon as she has more information, she will let me know. That statement turned out to be a lie! Several more weeks passed during which my new cabinets were shipped to Gallery Kitchen & Bath and stored in their storage room. Cody did not contact me to tell me of the arrival of the cabinets as she had promised. I continued to impatiently wait for information which never came. Phone messages went unanswered, e-mails went unanswered. I drove to their storefront during normal business hours to find the door locked and nobody inside. I thought they might have run off with my check. I filed a claim with the Registrar of Contractors. Filing a formal claim finally got the attention of Nicholas, the owner of Gallery Kitchen & Bath. We had a meeting with an agent from ROC, Nicholas, and me. At that meeting Nicholas gave lots of excuses and apologies and promised me that he would start work on my project as soon as he finishes up other projects. In the presence of our ROC agent, Nicholas looked me in the eye and told me that he plans to start working on my project around the first week of March, 2023. Once he starts working on my project, that will be the only project he is working on until completion. There will be no interruptions in the workflow for my project. That statement also turned out to be a lie! Five months, 1 week, 6 days (166 days) later the job was finally complete. Obviously, there were a few interruptions! One day after completion I received a message from Cody. She was in a hurry to get the final payment that I owed. Gallery Kitchen & Bath was in no hurry to work on my project, but they were certainly quick to demand my final payment. In fairness I must say that the work that was performed in my home was very good. The workers were conscientious, knowledgeable, helpful, and detail oriented. I have no complaints at this time with the quality of work. Because of the lies, horrible scheduling, and absence of communication, I would never recommend Gallery Kitchen & Bath for any job.

The backsplash was challenging as I used large 12x24 ceramic floor tiles with inlays of glass/metal/ceramic small rectangular tiles behind the stove and interspersed elsewhere. Their tile person was fanatic about making these inlays set at the same depth as the floor tile, and even cut and rearranged the sheets of small tiles behind the stove for a more random look. The cabinetry is perfect. The glass special cut bar that sits over the quartz countertop came out perfect too. We could not be happier with the results. They also fixed our remodeled shower floor (it leaked) when they hadn't even installed it. There was a change of ownership right in the middle of this project and the people who did our bath remodel dropped the ball. Gallery Kitchen and Bath (thank you!!) took the shower floor down to the base; repaired that so the water would drain properly, put in the correct drain, and now the shower is functioning as it should with no leaking. Yes, I knew what I wanted for each project and did not depend on them too much for design, but for construction and pulling everything together. We would use this company again any time. Highly recommend.
