On a road trip to Florida and we were lucky enough to find this gem. Table 100 was wonderful in every way. We sat in the bar so we could be near the live piano music played beautifully by Tommie Vaughn. He was friendly, took requests and created a relaxing and fun environment. Table 100 is absolutely one of the best restaurants and the bar very upscale great bar area so you can listen to piano kind of feels like a jazzy bar and the bartenders make all these great concoctions of cocktails, great champagne, excellent French onion soup, pork belly appetizer . They've got guys that come around that play music on Sundays and they have a very good salmon eggs Benedict, they also have a bloody Mary bar and you can't go wrong with that. My husband and I went here for a date night. We have only been once during lunch on fried chicken day, and we were impressed. So we wanted to try their steak. We ordered the tuna appetizer. I definitely wouldn't order it again. It was okay. I'm sure there are other appetizers that are much better. We both ordered steak, cooked to medium. Steaks were seasoned well and tasted delicious. I added crab meat to mine, and it was a wonderful add on. The brussel sprouts were the highlight of the meal. The mashed potatoes were creamy. Honestly not what I was waiting for. I ordered fish, pasta, fries/steak, burrata, and bread pudding. The fish absolutely had no salt, the pasta was something I could make at home, the fries/steak really heavy and disgusting, and the burrata presented in separate from the bread which that's not what I usually get, it comes on top of the bread. The bread that came out was cold & hard. My grandmother had to ask them to bring out fresh ones. And this was during late lunch time where there weren't many people dining. One of my favorite spots to eat at when in he Jackson area. I have been several times now and each has been terrific. I've only been for dinner. They usually have someone playing the piano and taking requests which is always a pleasure to listen to over a meal. I don't think you can go wrong with anything in the menu. I've only had e brisket and short rib. The meat is very tender and cooked to perfection. The Mac and cheese that comes with the brisket is outstanding. Chad was our server and his attitude is beyond professional! He is knowledgeable on the menu, presented us with the daily specials and gave recommendations. We started off with the crab cakes along with the pomegranate martini and Pink Ta-Ta from the bar. Drinks and Appetizer were fantastic. I ordered the chef's fish special and my date ordered the brisket with southern side dishes along with a cup of duck/pork sausage gumbo. My fish was delightful and well seasoned.
