I did spend quite a bit of time on this visit. Only one employee acknowledged me while I was in the store. That was because we were walking towards each other in a small space. The rest of my visit was spent browsing but when I had questions there was no one around. There were staff members at the counter but they were chatting amongst themselves. A few customers came in and out while I was there but it wasn't busy at all. This store is good for looking at and touching physical items, but I will be ordering online. Sad that customer service has declined so much in retail stores.

Signs pointing to the exits actually do not take you to the exit right away. The signs will take you to what feels like going through a Disneyland turnstile line. Just when you think you're getting out of the store or onto the Disneyland ride you've got a whole other roundy round or two to get through and lots of other goodies to see. They refused to give me the $10 birthday reward back in a digital card. They said when you use it, you lose it even though I DIDNT use it because I returned the item IMMEDIATELY she basically said too bad no exceptions!! Be aware if you have a birthday reward, you better not return any item that you buy it with or you will lose it. I recently spent approximately 4,000 there on furnishing a wall system & cabinet for the living room. Good customer service would have been to put it back on my account it's the principle not the money.

The guys were super nice and did the job quickly. They came in, took the old stove out, and brought in the new stove. IT WAS LOUD and scared my new puppy. I noticed while they wheeled away the old stove, parts of the top of the stove fell out and they don't bother to pick up the pieces even after walking by them many times. They brought in the new one and well I have hardwood floors and questioned "is that scratching my floors" as they push it around the kitchen and they told me no. Hmm I see ring minor markings but not that noticeable. Let's see how this goes when the new fridge comes.
