The guys were super nice and did the job quickly. They came in, took the old stove out, and brought in the new stove. IT WAS LOUD and scared my new puppy. I noticed while they wheeled away the old stove, parts of the top of the stove fell out and they don't bother to pick up the pieces even after walking by them many times. They brought in the new one and well I have hardwood floors and questioned "is that scratching my floors" as they push it around the kitchen and they told me no. I've lived one mile from this location since it was built and boy how times have changed. Home Depot has become to home building supplies what 7-11 is to grocery stores, you only go if you need something right now, or for lumber, otherwise just buy it from Amazon, they have a wider selection, it's always in stock, and not locked behind a cage where you wait forever for a worker to open it for you and stand in the isle wondering if anyone is coming at all. Just another industry being crushed because of greedy corporate leadership that prioritize profits and executive pay over customer service. First time I've been at a Home Depot and it was impossible to get help. Usually everyone is happy to help but this location, it felt like everyone was as just teyibt to get thru their day without any interactions. I say this because everyone kept trying to pawn me off to the next employee. There was construction happening near one of the entrances and so entering the lot was a bit hectic. Finding parking was also a bit hard. There's a ton of people walking and not in the crosswalk so get off your phone and pay attention. I came here to get my keys duplicated. I couldn't find it. It's at the end of one of the aisles by the sink section. When I went to pay, turns out there's one by the cashier. While I was there, I decided to take a walk and look at some of the products as I get ready to do some home improvement projects. There's a lot of options. Would have liked to talk to someone and get a second opinion. I don't think it's terribly overpriced. But I do think you could probably get some of these items at relatively the same price at locally owned stores. Last but not least, their plant section didn't have anything that stood out to me. I moved to Jensen Beach Florida played for a veteran discount at Home Depot. Had 10% and got it and I also applied for a credit card and got in. This has been about a decade if not too in time length I have spent tens of thousands of dollars at Home Depot and that's a matter of record, I ordered some lights for a gift and they told me their story didn't have them. I naturally thought they would pull from the nearest store I live in Jensen Beach Florida. The product came out of California then went to Chicago then went to Kentucky then went to Arizona and after two weeks I made a complaint then I got one of the suits at Home Depot that have these choreograph responses to make them look like they've done everything they can as they will probably this one and that was it and then I put in another order, hoping that I could get this gift before Christmas after it said in California for four days while I was trucking, and I asked them about it after two decades of being a loyal customer of Home Depot number one time being late on a credit card payment not one time in over two decades and have a occurrent zero balance they canceled my card just out of the blue it was because I complained about him that could be the only logical reason you can't call and talk to anybody you can call and talk to AI all day long about subjects that don't apply there to afraid now to answer their own phone and be accountable for their responsibility and their meanness and vindictiveness to veterans every veteran in this country should boycott Home Depot. They're taking advantage of us, they manipulate us with this 10% discount as they did me for over two decades and then I complain because it taking me four weeks to get a product that was a gift and they canceled my card. This Home Depot has a great selection of items. It's also in a convenient location close to our neighborhood. They rent equipment like pressure washers and carpet cleaners which is very convenient and inexpensive. The only thing that is often a problem here are the checkout lines. They never seem to have enough open and the self checkouts often are out of service. The employees are all nice and helpful throughout the store. read more

What can I say? Sooner or later, you will probably need The Home Depot. Personally, I look to their competition first. Sometimes, I can only find what I need at THD. Their website is pretty user-friendly and makes it easy to find the particular item that I need. I like that it specifies the exact location of the item in the store. Self-checkout was not intuitive to me. Use the pricing gun, or just go into the regular checkout line (I think they still have them). I guess they figure that "do it yourself" also refers to checkout? read more

With a staff member waiting on the outside of the center there. I ended up loading 7 bags myself. After I got done, the garden center staff asked if I still needed help. I ordered custom countertops last month from the Fairmount Ave store in San Diego. I didn't know the exact measurements of my kitchen at the time, but the man that helped me out, named Tom Chee assured me I would be refunded the difference later. It also stated in the "what to expect" pamphlet in the image below. I paid in full for the whole thing believing that I would get the extra square footage refunded. I paid for 42 sq feet of countertop, and the real measurement is 28 sq feet including the backsplashes after installation. That is more that 1K that I would be getting back, and they are refusing. I made no extra changes to the original template that I sat down and designed. The assistant manager of the store, Elizabeth insists that no refund is due to me for the extra square feet that I put in the original estimate. Beware, if you have to use HD for countertops , have exact square footage measurements!! because you will be out the money for the extra square footage. read more

This review is specifically for the Minute Copy Key Booth located towards the cashier near the front entrance. We needed to make several house keys and looked for the person to make copy of our keys. Turns out, they got rid of the key station and it's been replaced by a machine. At first it was cool. You input your key in the slot and it latches on to trace it. You can pick your key pattern and design. We stayed with the simple brass color. Then it spits out the finished key copy in one minute like a vending machine. We grabbed the keys and went to the self checkout and rang up each key which has a bar code scanner on each key. We got home and tried each key. Unfortunately nothing worked. It would fit in the key hole but wouldn't turn. I immediately called to ask if we could return the keys to get a refund. The answer was yes. We got to Home Depot and this time, there was a line to get in and no parking. So we decided to come back another time. read more

Very clean home depot. They are conveniently located off highway 8 near highway 15. There is plenty of parking (the tree lot during Xmas did take up a few rows of parking)... Have been here a few times and have had "error" message checking in on yelp... in any event... we came during Christmas and it does get a bit crazy as most shopping places are during the holidays... the tree lot was full of different sizes of trees and eager employees to help pick out the right one and help you load. The garden department is one of the biggest and always clean and friendly staff, always at least one cashier at the garden entrance/exit. The store has always been clean and welcoming. There has been in a shift in management mid January and some of the supervisors have been moved to different departments, but Jake is still the garden supervisor if there is ever and issue. The front of the store and some cashiers have changed and management as well. I know nobody likes change, especially when you are set in your old ways but glad to see some improvement as this location is extremely busy with foot traffic. Make sure to check out the special mark down clearance throughout the store, as I learned it could be store specific. read more

Spent some time here to make copies of my new keys. 3 out of 4 works, the 4th one gave me some problems, since it was a mailbox key, Mark was the one that helped me the first 2 times, still I got to come back for the 3rd time because the key would fit inside the lock but it didn't want to turn, Mark wasn't available but the other employee told me that their machine wasn't able to make copies for this type of key, meaning Mark had to override the command to had the key made which it didn't make the exact copy of the key since the tip was a little longer. He suggested me to contact my post master to get a copy from them instead. Should I come back again to see Mark? Maybe since he knew better how to do copy of my key, or should I just give up and I go to my post master hmm read more

Nov 17, we placed an order for curbside pickup and even though we were notified that it was ready and reported when we arrived, we waited for over 25 minutes and no one came. My husband went in to the service desk and explained the situation. Jeremy/JD apologized and even though curbside delivery was not his duty ( the people who were supposed to do this were all missing), he personally dropped what he was doing and handled the delivery himself. He was extremely friendly and even volunteered to help another employee with their tasks to make sure I got my copies that day (other employee initially said no to making copies with 15+ minutes before they closed). Would give 5 stars just for him, but every time we asked for help loading things outside like cinder blocks, other employees would get sidetracked and eventually I got tired of waiting and did everything myself (they were in a somewhat restricted area). read more

So far Home Depot has been lacking in every regard. My husband and I are doing a HUGE renovation project and ordered basically everything from Home Depot. It's been horrible so far. 1) countertops: we wanted specific quartz countertops on sale and informed the person working there. They make an appointment with us and say someone will be on our property for a measuring consultation and help us choose our quartz. The next appointment is in a week so that's one extra week delay in our reno project. The day of the appointment I get off work early to meet the guy and it's for Cambria quartz which is like three times as expensive. I'm super confused because I'm not given a quote for the quartz I wanted and it turns out for the type of quartz I wanted I don't need a consultation. Then once we go back to Home Depot to get clarification on what happened, they write an order for us for the quartz we wanted (that was on sale) and tell us CCM is the contractor for the quartz. However CCM sucks. Their process is so opaque, you have no idea what's going on. We put in an order for one type of quartz, and three weeks later are told that quartz is out of stock. Then we put in an order for our backup, and a week later are told it's in stock. despite asking we were given NO time frames as to when we'd learn when the templator would come out, when they'd be able to check and know whether a certain type of quartz is in stock, etc. Templator finally comes out and seemingly everything is fine. However, templator draws up a template showing NO seams in kitchen which we love. Templator fails to point out that upstairs sink looks terrible because it's two inches longer on the right side than left side. Finally the day arrives for our backup quartz to be installed. Despite the template which my husband pre approved showing NO seams, our countertop in the kitchen has TWO seams. I ask the installers what's going on and they don't answer my questions until after my husband signs the paperwork. So freaking shady. They say we can still complain about the seam after we sign. This is so shady and wrong - they legit lied to us. The installers - after we sign - say that the second seam in the back is weird and unusual. They said it shouldn't be like that. I call to complaint to Home Depot and it takes like five tries to get someone to speak to me. Once I finally get bounced around to someone who wants to do their job, They say they'll have someone come out to do an inspection. A week later no one calls me to set that up so I have to cal back to see what's going on. Finally someone from CCM calls and we make an appointment. Bill from CCM comes out and totally disregards All my complaints about the shoddy work. He lies to me and says the quartz with mitered edge needs two pieces of quartz (ie a seam) which is total bs bc we don't have a mitered edge. Then I show him the crappy job upstairs where the countertop is uneven in size and he says if it were him he'd prefer a larger countertop space. Umm so he totally just wasted my time because he wasn't taking any of my input seriously. So annoying and he was rude to boot. It's obvious he didn't want to do anything to fix the problem. They get their jobs from Home Depot so they have NO incentive to provide quality work or any kind of customer service. I ask the countertop rep what a quartz slab size is and he doesn't know. Well I do and our countertop length is well below the quartz slab length and width and it was totally possible to get a 90 degree square edge in one piece 2) appliances: We ordered appliances from the Black Friday sale. They were supposed to arrive on 12/16. On 12/15 we were informed it's delayed until 12/28. No explanation and no discount. Very irritating 3) flooring: we ordered two pallets of dusk cherry flooring and it's cheap as hell. All the little tongue and groove / locking mechanisms are flimsy and break when you try to install it. I had a contractor look at it and he's says it's poor manufacturing and evident of Home Depot trying to get rid of this shitty product. Overall - we've spent literally tens of thousands of dollars at Home Depot for horrible (ie non existent) customer service, incompetent employees, and shoddy equipment. Super disappointed and very annoyed that my time is being wasted trying to chase people down to do their freaking jobs. If you have a choice - DO NOT COME HERE as an individual homeowner. They do not respect individual homeowners and rather than help you, they will literally impede your home reno project. No one provides helpful info, and the Home Depot workers here aren't competent/knowledgeable. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a Home Depot. The manager refused to price match a product that was clearly on sale at Lowe's. He went through and made sure the SKUs of the products matched and still was skeptical. He then brought me over to his desk so he could research the product himself only to say he refuses to acknowledge the price adjustment because it was too steep. The policy states that they price match with Lowe's, Walmart amongst other stores yet he decides that the terms of the policy are conditional. It is not up to the management of this store to decide whether or not they need to abide by the company's policies. The policies are put in place for a reason and it is absurd that a manager is able to completely ignore this. read more

I stopped by there yesterday around 4:30-5 to pick up some pepper plants and some other odds and ends. I was surprised by how great the employees were. Two stopped me to ask if I needed help. Laura in the gardening department surpassed all my expectations. I was looking for multiple plants in one pot and she kept looking even after I walked away and she found some very healthy looking ones.
