I randomly stumbled upon this store, and I was really excited that we stopped by. The shop was super cute and had a variety of plants, accessories, children's book, and other cool items, including food stuffs. The Lady who was working the day we went in was really sweet and offered us samples of gummies from Switzerland. She also informed us that all the plants were on sale for 20% off. In the back room, my dad and I found some Lemon Lime Maranta plants and wanted to purchase them, but we didn't know much about them. Luckily the Lady was a wealth of information and we felt pretty reassured that we were well-informed, so we bought them! Mine has been thriving, so you know they know how to care for their plants! In addition to the beautiful plants and accessories, the shop is stocked with fun stuff like candles, facial masks, a few unique items for your kitchen or bar, and handmade pots/mugs. The owner and one of the store associates, Shawna, have been so friendly and helpful every time I've visited. Both took the time to answer this new plant mama's many questions. Managed to get a sun burn our first day in town. Stopped by this lovely shop to ask for an aloe vera plant. Very friendly woman in the shop offered us a couple of clippings from one their plants for free. Even gave us a plastic bag to keep the gel from oozing everywhere! What a gem in this plant store is! I want to tell all my plant friends but I also want to keep this place all to myself. Was very happy to find my long awaited oxalis from here! It's been. A year and I'm glad I snagged the last 2 for my sister and I, when I bought them they were in such great shape they were already blooming lilacs! I was in rush but their store may be a little small inside but jam packed with great priced plants and pots! I am very happy I was able to find this gem! My only con would be parking since it's street but there was ample across the street. Not a big deal though, definitely going to be keeping this store in my top fave plant stores in SD! read more

This shop and shop owner, Theresa are fabulous and the store is a welcome newcomer among the rather tired older shops along the old Pt. Loma Rosecrans area. I have purchased many gifts there and a few goodies for myself. I love this place and stop in when I am in town and used to stop in regularly when I lived down the street. I got to the point where my dog, Bella, would automatically walk right in. Great gifts, wonderful plants including succulents, pottery, and thoughtful natural products and food stuff. Walked in on a Sunday afternoon... What a beautiful selection of plants and gifts. Seriously the sickest plant in there was nicer than the best plant at most nurseries. It's clear they take great care to keep their plants happy and their selection well curated. The family was also incredibly nice and looked up info on our plant selection to make sure it wasn't toxic to our hungry cat and human kids. It was hard not to walk out with more things... Found them through friends posts on Instagram. Staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Even after bringing my new plant home I still message them and they always reply :). A welcoming wagon of various succulents sits just outside the storefront and entices entrance to this exceptional shop filled with various wonders. Not only does this place have sustainable plants, seeds and soils galore for garden, but it also contains an assortment of unique and interesting whatnots. A melange of items for your home can be found here; even some edible stuff such as jams and honeys. I have purchased children's gifts here on two occasions so far, and I intend to continue present purchases for my friends of all ages. For the kiddos I was able to find imaginative books, puzzles and even grow your own flower kits; educational and fun activities for the littles in my life. This has to be the cutest store in Point Loma for gifts, housewares, and bath. All the staff here is super informative and knowledgeable. I came here on one of their open house nights. I purchased some of the Herbivore line, great products!!! I came back a week later and bought a variety of house plants and pots. Their plants are in incredible condition, very vibrant and well cared for. I would come here anytime I need a gift or just want to add to my own garden. read more
