I realize the cost of labor in California is a huge burden, but it gets to the point where it is not worth 30 bucks for a chicken. And after paying the $29.04, you end up with dried-up chicken because it sits around because no one can afford the price. read more

I stopped ordering here weekly after they charged me for extra sauce, but didnt credit me for leaving off beans, lettuce, salsa and guacamole. Since that last review ive only ordered a few times and it was for enchiladas. This last time I ordered 4 enchiladas and the two taco combo. Didnt get any salsas for the tacos. The cheese wasnt melted on the beans because they and the rice were cold. I asked for extra enchilada sauce on both orders. Since they charge $2 extra for sauce on enchiladas that should cover the extra charge. Nope. Not only did I NOT get extra enchilada sauce, they shorted what they put on it. The ends of the enchiladas had no sauce on them and were hard as a rock due to being exposed to the salamander/broiler. You can see in the photo that there is not a drop of sauce in the to go container, only on some of the enchiladas. They did stuff the enchiladas with more meat than other places. Great tasting food here, but the problem is either inept employees or they are being stingy on purpose, nickle and diming people and then messing up the orders. read more

Taco 900 catered a company lunch for about 60 and it was so good! The set up was great, the portions were generous and the food was fantastic. They provided a vegan option of sauteed jackfruit which I don't see a lot of caterers providing. Also the churros were a huge hit for dessert. This place has some excellent tacos. I get the shrimp tacos, and they're great, but the various salsas that you can get with it are absolutely spectacular. I like getting both the shrimp taco from Taco 900 (with the green salsa) and a pizza from Pizza 900, then pouring the salsa on to the pizza. Mind-blowingly good. read more

We spoke and I was sold. Ari was very courteous & I can hear how passionate he is about his catering company. Their sister company is Pizza900 & I did not know that. Definitely good to know! We would give Taco900 a few days in advance when we would submit our order & when we would need it delivered. We email Taco900 our individual custom orders (about 15-17 of them) for their don't have a form for you to fill out. Ari would email us back a confirmation, along with our total & a credit card authorization form. The whole process was very simple & efficient. We made it clear to them to label each of our orders for who it was for -- Taco900 did just that! Super pleased (cuz Doordash orders doesn't do so). -:::- SERVICE/DELIVERY -:::- Ahhh-mazing service!! One of the first catering, take-out and delivery only restaurants I have encountered. What a brilliant concept. As someone who has a little restaurant background I can tell you that removing the front of the house from the equation takes a huge burden off the management. They may not offer a dining room for now, but Taco 900 has some of the highest quality Mexican inspired dishes in the area. We enjoyed 3 different tacos including shrimp, asada and chicken. We also had handmade chips with fresh guacamole and asked for a sampling of their salsas. The avocado was our favorite! The others were very tasty as well. We also received a small sample of the habanero pickled onions. WOW! Explosion in the mouth. If you are up for a kick both spicy and mouth watering, DO IT! My oldest kid, who is a big foodie, told me about this place today. He said he had a carne asada burrito and a carnitas taco and they were both great, so naturally Taco 900 was on the menu for tonight's dinner. I ordered just the a la carte beef taquitos with a side chips and salsa. My husband ordered the carne asada burrito without guacamole and two carnitas tacos. We ordered online and were charged double. My husband called and they thanked him for letting them know about this because they're using a new system and suggested using Door Dash for the free delivery. They fixed the charges and we reordered from Door Dash. They forgot to send the order of chips and salsa. My husband called back to let them know. They were super apologetic and told them to just let them know next time that they owe us. We were totally fine with that because we love Mexican food and support small businesses. My husband is very particular about the condiments in his food and specified no guacamole or sour cream. His burrito had guacamole. After the first bite it went in the trash. He ordered carnitas tacos as a back up. He ate one taco and put the other in the refrigerator. He said it wasn't bad but it wasn't good either. He said it was just hard to describe. I'll eat it tomorrow and maybe understand. I was excited to try the steak taquitos. The flavor of the meat was meh--nothing special. The tortillas were actually the star. The meat was rolled in super thick tortilla that were perfectly fried. They were not chewy or greasy but instead had the most perfect crunch. I'm amazed at how a crunch like that was with such thick tortillas. But I'm bummed that it was the highlight of the entire meal. I'm glad we didn't order anything for our younger kids. We both honestly wanted to love this place and were totally understanding about the mistakes that were made. New businesses need to work out the kinks. But what we received was nothing exciting. We hired Taco 900 to cater a small birthday gathering of 30 people in our backyard. We selected 2 appetizers to be served along with chips/salsa/guac, and then a selection of meats to be served for dinner with tortillas, rice and beans. David arrived an hour ahead of our event to set up. He set up a BEAUTIFUL salsa bar of about 7-8 freshly made salsas and guac and pickled veggies. And the other table had nice ceramic pots holding the warm foods. The appetizers were shrimp ceviche and empanadas, which came with a delicious home-made sauce. The guests all loved the food, and there was plenty left over. David was punctual, very courteous with the guests, friendly, and professional. I would recommend this catering company to anyone. They are a bit on the pricey side but the quality and presentation is worth the extra cost. read more

Had their catering at a birthday party and the carnitas was one of the best tacos I've had. So tender and juicy. Just the right flavors and heat. There arrangement is very nice as well. We went here on the weekend for a pickup order and got several tacos and a plate. The taco 900 and 900 pizza are owned by the same guy so they only have one door in use for both places. They have a nice outdoor seating area with distant tables and sun umbrellas. We ordered and took the tacos and plate home and the owner gave us a tub of super hot salsa which was perfect on our carnitas tacos. The food was super fresh and you could tell it was fresh ingredients made to order. The guac was amazing and I wish I got more for later. read more
