I've lived in this area for about two years and have eaten here several times. For the last couple visits I've used the app and just walk in to pick up my order and it's always correct and food is hot and tasty. Customer service is great! Sure Taco Bell is fast food, and not something you want to eat all the time. And yes, it's not real authentic Mexican food, but it's fun and it's tasty and there is nothing wrong with treating yourself to it once in a while. This Taco Bell is as good as any of them. It seems clean and service is fast. And yes the food is your standard tasty Taco Bell food. I won't go into details as I am sure anyone who has ever been to Taco Bell has a few favorites that they like to order when in the mood. The reason I have to rate this place so low is the bait and switch pricing game they play. I mean they are Taco Bell, right? And when Taco Bell advertises a deal on TV and their web app, you expect that price to be honored at any Taco Bell restaurant. But this one (and they may not be the only one) says they aren't participating in that deal and they charge you a higher price! Not participating? What? I thought they were Taco Bell. They have all the same uniforms as the other Taco Bell's! They have the same menu as the other Taco Bell's! But they don't charge you the same prices that are advertised. Case in point. Attached is the latest ad from the Taco Bell web app showing the Grand Burrito box and the Chalupa Craving box each for $5. A nice deal. But when you get to the restaurant you find that while you can get a Grand Burrito box for the advertised price of $5, the real price for the Chalupa box is actually $5.99 because they are "non-participating". I don't know about you but I call that a lie and false advertising. Yes it's only .99 but then why lie about it? What else are they lying about? So it becomes another annoying little ripoff that we put up with. Just be forewarned. Advertised prices mean nothing to Taco Bell because they may be "non-participating (lying). Me and my family come here every once and awhile and it's always just OK sometimes they forget stuff but food was fine.

If I could give a lesser star, I would!! What a rip off. There's supposed to be meat in their tacos, burritos, etc., but good luck finding it. Their food is so lousy, don't waste your money on it, because all you get is lettuce and sauce. Disgusting!! read more

The management of this Taco Bell needs attention. Once again, they entered the order correctly but when they fill the order, it's incorrect. This happens 33% of the time. The other Taco Bell on Plank Road always gets the orders correct. I had to return to the store to get the order corrected and they didn't even give me coupons for my time having to return to the store. read more

I love Taco Bell, but the service at this particular location was horrible!! I'll definitely be going to another location! My husband & I went through the drive through & ordered 7 soft tacos & a #6 which is the chalupa meal. We get home to find out there's no chalupa meal in the bag, just 7 soft tacos & a quesadilla. So we call to get the issue resolved. They said they would write it down so we can come in to pick it up. The next day(today) my husband went back to pick up the order & they gave him 1 chalupa.... the chalupa meal is supposed have 2 chalupas & a taco. So I had to call again & tell them the order still wasn't right. The lady who gave my husband the 1 chalupa was rude... then was rude again when he went back for the 2nd time. He even tried to ask her a question, but she had an attitude walked away & ignored him.... if I was there, trust me it wouldn't have went down like that! If anyone should have an attitude it should be my husband for them not giving him the correct order & having to go back multiple times! I say "if you don't like your job, go work elsewhere!" Your in customer service so fix your attitude!! A manager needs to be made aware of this & she needs to be disciplined for her actions! read more

We came here and they overcharged us for our food and they didn't give us a refund or anything.

If this was the first time that this location had screwed up my order I wouldn't be writing this review. However, obviously it's not. Tonight I ordered the Crunchwrap Supreme. First, I pod for steak and wanted no beef, I got beef and not steak. Second of the wrap on top was well non existent like it had been ripped off on the toaster. In the past this location has given me someone else's order and I went back through the drive through because I didn't even have to look at what was inside there was way too much food for just me and my granddaughter. Their staff are rude and obviously don't pay attention to what they are doing. I will just have to start going back to the location on the Blvd. read more

This has been the worst experience the last 2 days being hungry and the only thing open is Taco Bell or Sheetz but I chose Taco Bell. The first night I went I asked for 2 5$ boxes and wanted all soft tacos in one box and the other one as is. When I got home I checked my food & wasn't right & also was cold. When came right back living around the corner & was told that you can't get the meal like that & was accused of coming back 30 minutes later which wasn't true. Now tonight coming back for another try again the lady that was making my order was outside smoking a cigarette and trying to remember my order. After she got done smoking she went to get the order. As I got out food I order cinnamon delights which are supposed to be hot & they were completely cold. I drove back around and told her and she gave me new ones. The new ones she gave was still cold as I told her again. She claimed she dropped them fresh and I just asked for my money back from the delights. When I got home with the rest of my food as I asked for a #8 plain with sour cream on the side my order was wrong. I got everything on my tacos and I am lactose and tolerance and wasn't able to eat my food . Not only that the food was cold. I also got a 5$ box and the hard taco wasn't the shell they used something to subsidize it for and the food was cold as well. Not to mention the sour cream that I order and got charged for wasn't in my bag. I am not pleased with this service and would love to speak to a manager because they need to hire better night shift staff instead bums. read more
