I've never written a review for a fast food chain restaurant, but the service at this particular restaurant is so bad that I absolutely must. The service at this restaurant is extraordinarily slow; twenty-minute wait for my chalupa fix AFTER actually paying for it at the drive-through window. It's not the kitchen staff's fault, either, it's management's fault. The small number of people in the kitchen were working hard and they were very friendly. Hire more of these people! Slowest and most inaccurate Taco Bell I've ever been to. I don't expect much from Taco Bell but this last time was the worst. I received a crunch wrap that only had filling in half of it and the tortilla was so stale it was literally ripped at every fold. This disabled me from picking it up and eating it without everything falling out. They give you no sauces and they are all very rude. Furthermore, I got a loaded chicken griller and it was basically just a sour cream burrito. They need to just close down for a few days and get a whole new staff, they would save money in the long run. read more

This place deserves -5 stars. Worst drive thru i've ever been in. The red head(girl) and manager(guy) cussed in front of customers and she had an attitude. When i went up to the intercom my boyfriend had to constantly say hello to get service. After finally having someone take our order, we only ordered 2 things and I wanted more and she rudely said, "is there anything else" huffed and puffed and sounded annoyed. After receiving our order we drove off and realized that we were missing a drink and when i felt the food it wasn't even hot. It was straight up cold. We just thought oh well and kept driving home but when we got home we were disappointed to see nacho fries that didn't have the seasoning, triple layer nachos were stale, we didn't get the sauce that we were asked if we wanted, my taco was sticking to the wrapped and was soggy and had little to no filling. read more

The worst experience I've had at a fast food restaurant. Saturday night, I thought I'd stop by for a quick bite after work, that was the first mistake was going to Taco Bell, but thats beside the point. I pulled up with one car ahead of me, and ended up waiting 40 minutes for my food. Wasn't told why and rudely dealt with when I was waiting at the window. They were very disorganized and didn't seem to have a clue what was going on. They guy kept asking which order I had and tries getting me to pay twice. I came home to find they gave me the wrong food, and the food I had was even made wrong. Very frustrating. read more

The food came out accurate and quick. Also the cashier was super nice and made sure to give us waters and napkins!

Their drive thru speaker is broken, but they still keep the line open so you have to order, pay and wait for your food at the window. One you are in line, you can't leave unless you drive a 4x4 because you are trapped by the curb. Took almost 30 mins to get through 4 cars worth of orders. Probably the slowest service of any restaurant in the area. They typically mess up your order or are just completely absent from the drive thru and make you wait a ridiculously long amount of time to get your order. ok dude i literally love baja blast, favorite thing, amazing. but omg i cant even get one from here! i just tried to buy one and they told me the machine was down(which is fine i mean if it's really down then u can't do anything abt it) but when i pulled up i could see the machine. it was working !!!!!!!!! like two of the other ones werent working and u could tell cuz the lights on them were blinking red. though the baja blast was working perfectly and the lights were green. im just so tired of not getting my f**king baja blast. read more

Worst Taco Bell I've ever experienced. We've made the mistake of giving them a couple of chances and will never make that mistake again. After a couple of failed orders chocked up to mistakes or bad days, tonight I experienced both a rude cashier at the window and a rude manager. Both argued with me about what I had ordered and then refused to add what I asked for without making me wait an additional 10+ minutes in the parking lot (this was after taking over 10 minutes to even get to the window to pay with less than 5 cars in line, and arguing as I was placing my order.) Mistakes are one thing but blatant disregard for customer service is not forgiveable. read more

My family and I decided on tacos for a change. We stopped in here for a quick bite, there was no one else in the restaurant it was a Sunday afternoon and all was good, the store was clean and the cashier took our order right away and was very nice. She told us to have a seat and our order to us. Almost 20 minutes later I go to the counter to see what was taking so long, there was 3 employees in the back fixing the food (or lack of fixing our food) they were talking and joking around about something, one of the ladies looked up at me and never acknowledged that I was there, I asked the cashier if I could get my money back and finally the food was brought to the counter and our order was completely wrong! My husband took it back to the counter and told them our order was not right, the employee who fixed the food rolled her eyes like like it was our fault that the order was wrong. I can honestly say that we will never eat there again! read more

Normally I don't review fast food places, but I love Taco Bell. This is by far the worst location on earth. You're better off driving to a farther location because you'll get home quicker than waiting for service at this one... I don't understand how it takes this long to even place an order. Don't eat here 80% of there machines are broken 99% of the time they are open. This is the worst restaurant I have ever been to in my entire life. I entered the drive through with 4 cars ahead of me. I didn't leave the drive through for over 40 minutes. It was like a really crazy movie or something. Once you enter the drive thru, you are trapped. You can never abort the mission. I could have sat down in The Taco Stand and had a wonderful fresh served meal, but I knew I didn't have time for that. I honestly don't know how the are still in business. The worst Taco Bell ever. I went today at around 5:00 pm, no line in the drive thru. The speaker at the drive thru is not working since last few days, no notice about it at the drive thru, the screen at the drive thru is not working either. I could hardly hear what the employee was asking me. Somehow i placed the order, went to the window to pay, tried to tell the employee about the hearing problem at the drive thru. She had the guts to slam the window thrice on my face without bothering to hear what I wanted to say. Finally comes back, tells me my amount and waits for me to pay. I still wanted to tell her but she again slammed the window and went away. Came back telling me 30 other customers before me had already told her about it. How do I know if she had been informed already ? I am not a mind reader. They have no notice put anywhere. Another employee comes to take the money, I asked for the manager. The manager was as rude as her employee and threatening me with calling the police. Ooh i forgot mentioning, the employee is African american while the manager is a white lady and I am none of that. Could this be a racist issue ? I asked the manager to tell me her employee's name, she hesitated giving me, eventually did but without last name telling me, she did not know her employee's last name. What kind of people become managers who do not know their employee's last name? At the end she did give me the employee's full name. I call the customer service. They tell me the district or area manager will take 3 business days to call. Employee and managers take less than 30 seconds to insult a customer but the heads take 3 days to call back. My husband goes at midnight and still has to wait about 1 hour to get his food with only about 3 - 4 cars in the drive thru. At the end he finds out that the employees are playing with food, throwing it over each other, or either sleeping in the customer area. Ooh btw, I am a regular customer at that place - 4 / 5 times in a week. They know me by the order I place and still get treated this way. I only order veg food / no kind of meat ever and most of the time my food is contaminated and I have to go back to get it replaced. No apologizes for any kind of inconvenience they cause me.
