I rarely eat fast food anymore but I visited this Taco Bell around 9:00 pm Friday night. The food was typical for Taco Bell, which is what it is. The service was excellent. I'm not sure of the young man's name who handed me my food but he looked me square in the eye and smiled and thanked me when he handed me my food, which isn't common at fast food restaurants. I went through the drive thru and my order was taken by a robot. I wouldn't have had a problem with that except my order was wrong. When I ordered my drink a real person actually intervened just to tell me that the drink I wanted was out so I picked a different one and somehow the drink never ended up on my order. This location used to be a go-to especially in the late night as many people were leaving work, bar or the club. There was a point where they mysteriously locked their doors and shut down for a couple months. Not sure what was going on, but there was plenty of speculation floating that I won't discuss here. You can Google it or look for articles from the Sun Journal. The quality of their food has gone WAY down. The staff doesn't give a care about anything and look miserable when they are working. It's disappointing that a franchise owner could allow their store to get to the point where 1 and 2 star reviews are what the norm has become. It's obvious the GM doesn't care about public opinion, because they do nothing after receiving online or verbal feedback. They sit back, collect a paycheck and expect that the problem should fix itself or the number of complaints does not out weigh the number of customers who continue to frequent this location. Drive thru took forever to give me this garbage. Didn't get our drinks. Ignored when we went inside, so I reached over the counter and got my drinks myself. Only way I'd go back to this location is with a roll of yellow CAUTION tape and biohazard stickers. Easily the worst I've ever experienced, and I go to Taco Bell *expecting* trash food, but I don't expect to have to throw it directly into the trash. Do more than avoid. I ordered the cheez it crunchwrap supreme and on the ads it's this giant cheez it inside, but in reality there were like 4 normal sized cheez its all on one side of the crunchwrap. If you pay for a large freeze drink but after they take your payment they now find they have no large cups... I would give a 0 if I could. Sat for 15 minutes while my order was being made. Turns out it was sitting under the counter the whole time. Got the food home and it was disgusting. Cold, slimy and left an awful taste in my mouth. I threw half my order away. Very dissatisfied. I hope we don't get sick. I wish we could get our money back. $70 is a lot of money for the nasty "food" we received. The counter girl was the only one who knew or gave any care about what was going on. She even had to ask the kitchen crew to watch their language at one point. I was the only customer in the lobby. I'm not only disatisfied I'm really angry. This is the WORST fast food establishment I've ever been to! Forget the fact that my order was missing something, as it always seems to be from every Taco Bell on the planet, but when I drove back to ask for my missing item, the woman in the drive-thru window (a blonde, white female, didn't get her name unfortunately, but she claimed to be a manager) called my fiance and myself "a**h****s", told us she "didn't give a sh*t" what we wanted, and told us to "f*ck off".. those were her exact words! I'm mortified! I've been working in customer service all my life, and I would NEVER think to use this kind of disrespectful language towards an upset customer. I don't care how busy you are, this is your job. I will never use this location again, I recommend that no one else does, because you won't receive what you pay for, and I also recommend this employee be reprimanded. She clearly doesn't know how to be a professional. There's a taco place up the street from there called Margaritas, you're better off going there. Smh... read more

Oh my gosh, horrable service, food nasty. Taco shell broken in two spots AND IT WAS EVEN ON A TRAY. If I could give a negative amount of stars, I would. Ordered through doordash, and went to this location to pick up myself around 6:30pm. Waited 50 minutes in the drive thru (dining room not open,) while seeing multiple employees sitting around the dining room on their phones, looking out the window at all the drive thru cars, not working. We called this location multiple times (wanting to check if we could pick up inside to avoid the long drive thru wait,) however the phone just endlessly rang. Clearly answering the business line is far too much for them to handle while sitting in the dining room on their cell phones. When we finally get to the window we are told "we don't have your order on our screen there's nothing we can do." We were not offered an apology for our long wait, we were not offered to place another order.. We were offered no customer service what-so-ever. We even had to ask twice if we could just place another order since we had already wasted near an hour in their drive thru, but the rude employee just kept repeating "there's nothing we can do." Incompetent employee #1 then put on another employee, probably someone they had to drag off their phone in the dining room, who also just continuously repeated "your order isn't on my screen there's nothing we can do. Again, no apologies, no empathy, no offer of potential solution. This is the lowest of the low as far as customer service experience goes. This franchise should be shut down, turns out per hundreds of other reviews this is just a standard practice of this location. I cannot imagine running a business this way, how mortifying. It seems like they don't care about customized orders. My requests have been ignored every time I've gotten takeout. Last time my burrito was about as different from what I ordered as it could possibly be. It didn't even match the menu default description. Lettuce instead of rice? What's that about?
