I don't know what unholy ritual takes place in the back of a Taco Bell kitchen, but whatever it is, it needs to be stopped immediately. My burrito arrived looking like it had lost a fight with gravity, enthusiasm, and possibly the concept of flavor. The tortilla was so soggy I'm convinced it had already given up on life before it reached my table. The seasoned beef tasted like it had been seasoned exclusively with disappointment. The cheese? A lukewarm, reluctant smear of something that vaguely remembered being dairy at some point. And don't even get me started on the nacho fries--limp, tired, and giving off the energy of someone who hit snooze 12 times before work. By the end of the meal, I felt like I needed to apologize to my stomach for what I had just put it through. The only thing fast about this fast food was how quickly I regretted it. Would I return? Service is horrible. Every time I come there they get my order wrong or forget to give me my items or give me the wrong items. This last time I was here the person taking our order was on her cell phone talking to someone on the phone and laughing. She clearly was distracted and didn't hear my full order because I ordered 3 flatbread melts and she gave me one. I let her know that I only received one instead of 3. After she gave me my second bag and charged me again. I checked my bag and she only gave one again. After I told her she missed an item a second time, then she hung up the phone and said what do you need. When I order something I don't expect to have to reorder the same thing three times and have to pay three separate times. I wanted sauce as well and she didn't even ask if we wanted any. I will admit I haven't had a lot of Taco Bell, it is kind of a recent addition to my fast food palette. So I stop and there is a bit of a line in drive thru so I notice the front is open for take out. So I parked and walked in. The sign said: sorry we are short handed feel free to try the kiosk. Well even being short handed a person walked up from prepping food and kindly greeted me and took my order. About 2 minutes later I walked out with my tacos. Like I say, I have only stopped at different Taco Bells but I have to admit the level of consistency and good food is tops in my book. Definitely a place to stop for a good meal! read more

Don't bother coming in the early morning say before 0730. You're lucky if they even acknowledge your presence. They say they open at 0700 but make an excuse every time as to why they're not open yet. This happens frequently. I think they've been open on time once in the last couple of months. I end up having to drive to McDonalds. if I could give it zero I would. they got my burritos wrong after telling then exactly what I want and saying I wanted both exactly the same. the fries weren't seasoned at all so my partner went in and ask for seasoned ones. instead of seasoning them they put new one on top so more than half the fries were cold and unseasoned so they went in again and got a brand new one. finally fries that were warm and seasoned! the only thing they got right were the drinks. We hit the drive thru a few nights ago and we all pretty much agreed we wouldn't be back. 1) they asked if we wanted to double the meat on one of the orders. We said yes and it obviously wasn't. 2) one of us has an allergy to raw tomatoes and we let them know that. Their burrito came with tomatoes in it so they had to throw it away and not eat. 3) ordered two quesadillas and only half of the quesadillas had cheese and meat in them. Not sure what's up with all the negative reviews. This is one of the better Taco Bells I've visited, and I've been coming here for probably 15 years since it's the closest Taco Bell to my job. They've gotten my order wrong once, maybe twice that I can remember, so one or two times out of 15 years worth of visits is pretty darn good in my book. The one wrong order I recall well was recent, I discovered it as I was leaving the parking lot and I was able to turn around and pull back into the parking lot right away. Staff inside the restaurant were friendly and remade both my original order and the order of the person (still at the drive thru window) whose food they'd accidentally given to me. They did this with an apology and a smile. Food quality has been consistently good and staff members have always been friendly to me. read more
