I Was craving a cheesy Gordita crunch so came here with hubby for an easy, quick weeknight dinner. We also got a Cravings Pack, which was $20 for 8 items (4 crunchy tacos, 4 beefy 5 layer burritos)! We decided to go inside and order to-go since the drive-thru line was long and we were in and out within 10 minutes (max.). The inside was cleanly and had lots of upgrades since I had been in last. The staff were polite and attentive, and you can hear someone in the back leading the drive thru team and a really organized, helpful manner. Seems like this place is looking up! read more

I heard Taco Bell breakfast was good so I thought I would go, take my daughter, kids Saturday since it was raining out. We could eat in the car. TERRIBLE! The breakfast crunch wrap was cold, fried cheesy burrito egg and sausage was missing most of the egg and sausage!!! Mainly melted cheese, was also cold! Then as we were pulling out (before we knew it was awful) she forgot my coffee with cream. Gave us two ice coffees so when she changed mine to hot coffee with cream no sugar, what did I get?? Went to this location and one of their worthless employees came outside to tell me they were closing early due to the weather... nevermind the fact that it was cold but dry. No snow, no rain. Just fear and stupidity. I rolled my eyes and he begins to throw a tantrum. He says, "I live an hour away! Do you really think I wanna drive home in this!?" Terrible attitude. I asked to talk to the manager, he said we're closed. And stood their talking trash to me. I'll never return to any tacobell again. Update: the manager called me this morning with a terrible attitude too. She should have fired this guy but instead he still has his job and they both have terrible attitudes. They were very busy when we walked in, but with bad weather we assumed they might be short handed. There was a lot of yelling from the front, an older lady with short hair was yelling out loud that they were short handed and wait times were long...... instead of actually working. She just kept walking back and forth, yelling names to the back of orders that were waiting, and handing out a drink or two. Really causing more chaos than was necessary. The dining area was not super clean. Just could have used her time more efficiently. Everyone in the back didn't let her bother them, they worked quickly and our order came out quick. You can't expect anything special from a fast food place but this place deserves less than 1 star. First off, yesterday I was passing through bastrop and decided to stop here and get food. They forgot my Doritos locos taco, and both of my Crunchwrap supremes. Then today, I get on Facebook (I have mutual friends with the manager working here) and got a notification of Samantha Brown doing a live video of her working here at Taco Bell, so I decided to click on such. My phone then opens the live feed of her working on her needed duties and when not talking to a customer, she was talking to the Facebook live recording of how "shitty" and "terribly annoying" the customers are. Very immature, and does not deserve to be working at this chain. I decided to call and try to approach them with the issue, all to end up on the phone with her being rude and hanging up. read more

I like Taco Bell food. I don't like long waits for fast food. I've eaten here twice in the last week. It's my last time. I refuse to wait half an hour for a taco. And after waiting half an hour, I'm not going to stand at the counter for another few minutes trying to get someone's attention because both times they forgot to give me a drink cup. Major chains monitor order completion times. Management knows that they are failing and they are ignoring their problem. It is further aggravating that they avoid customer feedback. Every modern business makes it very easy for customers to communicate problems. I would much prefer to send a note to management instead of posting this review. But management has made it abundantly clear that they aren't particularly interested. Goodbye Taco Bell. Order: 3 crispy steak tacos hold the tomatoes, Mexican pizza (forgot to ask for no tomatoes), plain cheese quesadilla (no sauce), and a Power Menu Bowl with extra steak, no Pico. Steak tacos were laden with tomatoes (asked my ordering hubby if he verified this on the screen - he did not). Quesadillas were as expected, Mexican pizza was ladened with tomatoes but the fault was ours, not theirs. Power menu bowl: um. The black beans were nearly inedible, but that's ok since the amount totalled at most to 1 forkful. Though the steak was flavorless, it wasn't necessarily a bad thing when I've had over-salted/spicy steak from TC. Apparently aware that TB corporate must require the "How are you?" greeting when no one really cares about that on either end, but getting orders correct IS an issue. Can't necessarily fault this location for not hearing "no tomatoes" especially if my husband didn't verify it on-screen, but being allergic to tomatoes, it kinda is a big deal.
