Now this was a typical Taco Bell outlet, and by that we mean nice and quick. One of the nice things about a Taco Bell is that you can get a meat Taco during those hours other fast food places are only selling breakfast food and won't make you a hamburger. When you are traveling down the road on a trip, sometimes a pancake just won't do. On our trip from Chicago to Charlotte this was one of our gas stops and the Taco Bell hit the spot. Good fast service too. BTW Chicago to Charlotte is 12 hours straight through ... very doable. As is this Taco Bell. read more

I didn't hat a receipt of it would have done a survey. I ordered a been burrito with extra red sauce. The bean burrito I received did not have extra red sauce and the wrap was almost crunchy, like had been previously made and sat long enough to get hard. I ordered a crunchy taco. It also was previously made and was soggy and cold. I also ordered a nachos bell grande with extra beef. It did have extra beef but the beans were a solid blob. Either was at the end of the pan or again like it had been made and sat. Disappoint in the entire meal. read more

Went inside. Had to order at a kiosk. Took 7 minutes for someone to come take my payment for the order. Then, since I had requested at the kiosk to pay cash, I was told it had to be exact change because they didn't have any change. So I paid wirh a card. After I paid they said they didn't have any drinks that I HAD JUST PAID FOR! Had to go get the manager. She refunded me with cash. Waited inside for 22 minutes for my order to come. Found out while waiting that the manager had only ONE person making food for the inside people, while at least 6 other employees were working the drive thru! All together, we were there for 30 minutes! Waiting on our FAST food! What a joke! And by the way, the first person to come to the register while I stood there, asked me if I needed help. I told her I wanted to pay for my order. SHE JUST WALKED AWAY! So I stood there for another 5 minutes while cars streamed through the drive up. Good thing I was just passing through! They wouldn't be in business 2 months where I live! I wouldn't go back there if I was starving to death!!! read more

Services is so slow waited in dinning for 30 minutes. Staff is not friendly at all. They pretend like you're not there. Online orders and drive-through come first, and walk-ins are ignored. It is no way to run a business read more

This used to be a fantastic location but has been going downhill lately, and honestly tonight's order was the last straw, I'll just go to a different location. Barely any filling in a nearly $7 chalupa (customized), quesadilla with cold unmelted cheese, nacho fries that are barely half full. Everything was so sauce-heavy it was dripping, and one of our items was missing entirely. Not one item was actually made correctly or without problem. What a waste of $30. If I had more time I would've returned it. read more

I'm here to disagree with the reviews saying this location is slow. I go to this Taco Bell on my lunch breaks at work sometimes and they are always really fast and efficient. My food is always accurate and hot which is not always the case at other Taco Bell locations I've been to. This location also has some really friendly and kind employees. I just went today to pick up lunch for me and my mom. When the girl at the window handed me my bag of food she said "you're really pretty by the way"! I could have cried and she absolutely made my day Now I just want to go around and compliment strangers so that hopefully I can make someone else feel the same way she just made me feel. I would continue to go to this Taco Bell for no other reason than their amazingly kind employees. read more

If I could give this place less than one star I would. Arrived around 10:15 PM 09/01/18, drive thru attendant told me the credit card machine was down, no biggie. I make my $27 order, pull up to the window and only THEN do they rudely tell me they're out of 12" tortillas to make the XXL Grilled Stuft Burrito, so I'll have to change my selection. That would have been nice to know at the order speaker. I make a different selection, two chicken quesaritos. We wait patiently for the food, get it and go home. That's when I realized THEY DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO INCLUDE THE DAMN QUESARITOS. So I head back to the restaurant, they say they're closed. At this point it's 10:28 PM, they should NOT be closing this early. Miss Taylor tells me their GM took a vacation and they're short-staffed as if that's an excuse. I mention that they forgot part of my order and Taylor instructs me to pull around. She looks up the order in the computer and decides to refund my money instead of remaking the food or offering something else. TL;DR. Taco bell doesn't have the ingredients needed to make my order, I substitute for another item and they don't include it. They closed 2+ hours early so we get a refund instead of what we paid for. It's a new day, Yes it is! I have decided to start using the Yelp app solely to review various fast food shops. In the last hour of a 14 hour drive I may be losing my mind but also this may be a genius idea. Anyway, this Taco Bell is apparently located in Neverland. It's 10pm on a Sunday and when I walked in it was filled to the gills with middle schoolers and teenagers. The staff is very friendly though, the young chap running the register made a 60s Star Trek reference to me when I paid, so he gets points for that. The Food is Taco Bell. read more

Every time I go to taco bell at night time and the store is not busy, my order gets messed up somehow. Last time i got nachos instead of a quesadilla. But this time I'm baffled at what I opened when I got home. No one else was in the drive thru when i got there so I knew it was not busy. I ordered a cheese quesadilla and a beefy five layer burrito, nice and easy. Well I got a chicken quesadilla, which has happened before and I wasn't too upset. I took off the chicken and ate it, but I was excited to eat my burrito. When I grabbed it the burrito seemed really light, which wasn't normal. Then I took the paper off and it was hard in the middle. I open up the tortilla and to my surprise: it is filled with crushed tortilla chips! I don't think that a tortilla chip burrito is on the menu, and I do not know why they would make my food this way, all I know is my meal was ruined tonight. This place has black mold everywhere they use a dish sprayer covered in black mold and the vents have mold and so does the fridge they treat there employees like garbage I was so wrong this place is so disgusting and I highly recommend going to any other location than this one I'll have pics soon read more

I've been visiting this location for over 10 years now, and it's still good! I love that if I want to go out in the middle of the night, I can go out in the middle of the night and get a taco. Recently I've been here for the breakfast foods. I like to get the Breakfast Crunch wrap, California style, because I love avocados, howeverrr... They due have a tendency to cool the whole thing down. The steak one is really hot and yummy, but I'm not a fan of the bacon, since sometimes the bacon bits all cluster together, so it's not evenly dispersed. The sausage wrap is yummy, but as far as the meats go steak is still better. My favorite thing to get off the menu is the Five Layer Beefy Bean Burrito, because it's only $1.79, and it's a LOT of burrito! Much larger than some of the other burritos they offer. It's enough food to fill me up if I practice self control, lol. Oh! I almost forgot. The staff here (at least in the morning) is super friendly! They're always really happy and friendly, and they make me smile. read more

This was the first visit back to this location after moving 2 years ago, and wow I never realized how amazing this store was. Not only were they incredibly friendly and helpful, but in the middle of lunch rush they were SUPER efficient. I ordered for my entire carpool and I think I spent a maximum of 2 minutes in their drive thru, including the time it took me to look at the menu AND order. On top of all that, they were also super careful about making it a no-contact experience with all the COVID-19 precautions. Definitely going back! I come to this Taco Bell all the time and I've never been disappointed. The employees are always kind and attentive. I've had great conversations with a few of them before. Lukas always can hold a conversation about history which we both love. The food is almost always given out correctly and tastes great! This is by far the best Taco Bell in this community. I have been to this Taco Bell on several separate occasions to find they are not open while their hours posted say that they should be. No "Sorry for the inconvenience" sign in sight on any of the occasions. It's happened on the weekend and on week day's. This is a fast food chain that is known for being open late, some of us work late or have late events and like to have these kinds of places to fall back on. If you only want to be open until 11:00PM, then have your posted hours read so they reflect that. Don't hide from the windows when people drive by wondering why you're not open when you should be. This has happened to us at least 4 times in the last year. After last night, we will be heading to the Colonel Glenn location or other chains where we won't have this problem. read more

The food was great. The manager made sure I had fresh nacho fries with my order and all of my tacos were stuffed to the brim. The restaurant was clean too. They had several employees wiping down counters since I was the only customer in there. They were also working on renovating the bathrooms but only did one at a time so customers could still go if needed. All the employees were very friendly as well! read more
