Basic fast food Mexican restaurant with a bit more expensive prices. Located at the Harford Mall but has its own entrance. Service was ok, nothing above and beyond. I wasn't happy to see a tip option on the card reader but most places are requesting tips for service now. It was empty inside. Most people were there to pick up food or get food to go. Shrinkflation has hit this place hard. Pay more to get less food. Pay extra ($5) to get a tablespoon of "extra" protein. The food is bland, you think you're getting something spicy, nope, not spicy at all. Very flavorless. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money here. I stopped in to pick up a quick lunch at 11:30. I assumed all the food would still be pretty fresh since they just opened. I got the surf and turf bowl. The shrimp is dry and hard as a rock. There was a half of us rocksolid avocado in there. And the whole thing just smells "off." It's really an edible. $20 wasted. I was super friendly when I was talking to the staff there. I even gave them a five dollar tip. I said thank you when I turn to leave, and no one even responded to me. I will never return here again. read more

The QDOBA by me now serves Breakfast !! They have 5 different choices served in 3 different ways, in a bowl, burrito or on a quesadilla. We all got a ,potato and burrito. It was delicious !!! We plan on going back to order it in a bowl. They don't have the breakfast choices on the website yet and you should check if the location by you serves breakfast. I can't say enough about the establishment particular location. Past the food always being incredible the staff goes above and beyond to deliver customer service that I could only describe as Disney level. Every single time I walk in there they go in they are super friendly and go out of their way to say hi and smile. That's not even to speak of their operations. I've found myself complimenting the mangers and staff on duty multiple times from being as impressed how they can handle such lines and the volume they do as fast!! Kudos to all at this location. This location continues to be a dump. Can't go into order, they're only doing "onlines" orders. They're online menu was incomplete, I couldn't order steak there but could at other locations. Call to ask if they have steak and they said they do, and they'd swap the chicken I selected for steak. Well that never happened- I got some of the most burnt fucking chicken I've ever had. How hard is it to cook chicken over an open flame? This location is a shit hole, if I ever want Qdoba I'll drive the extra 30mins to the next closest location- anything to avoid the incompetence at this location. read more

Went in today and ordered the protein bowl .. they had no guacamole then we had asked for cauli rice and they said it's on the menu but they don't have it and they never took it off the menu. Then they were stingy on the veggies so had to ask for more. They had no lids for the bowls and no forks so they handed everyone spoons. They also said the fountain soda machine wasn't working either. Still got charged same price for half a bowl. This place just seems very unorganized. I understand being low in stock on one item but not like 3-5. My toppings were not fresh and the rice was hard. The only good part of the bowl, was the queso. My friend got the ground beef tacos and she said they didn't taste good and were lacking flavor. Ordered catering buffet for 15 people. When I got there the manager came out with the food and never stopped talking on her cell phone. All she did was confirm my name and say "here you go all set-do you need help?". I carried my food out and get in the car to leave, then receive a call that I did not get my cold items so I should come back. I go back in and get the cold items and then go home. Now I unpack the food and find they did not give me any tortilla chips. I paid extra for queso dip and the first thing on the menu listing is tortilla chips. I try to call but it just rings with no answer. I try several times, same thing. Now I have 15 minutes before my staff come for our holiday party! I get frustrated and call the catering department at their headquarters. The woman I talk to says that she will call the store herself. After waiting five minutes on hold she tells me that the store manager will call me shortly. No call at all in the next 20 minutes and I try calling the store again, no answer again. Then I call back the catering department and get a man on the phone, who asks me what I want him to do. I tell him to call the store and try to get them on the phone. He tries but they don't answer. I ask for some compensation or reduction in price and he says he can't help me, but will file an escalation form for the district manager to contact me in the next day or two. Now its 5 days later and no one has contacted me. I would never recommend using this store for catering as they just don't have their act together at all. I am very disappointed in the corporate office's customer service as well. They obviously don't care about ruining someones holiday party. read more

Came here to receive curbside pick up, my meal was late when brought out to me over 15 minutes passed the time of pick up which I was okay with because I understand it was busy but when I got home and saw the lack of food put in my almost 10$ bowl was unacceptable, the steak was burnt it looked as though they put almost no sour cream or barely any corn in my bowl as well. Everything is a "side", extra charge. $24 for one bean burrito (no meat), 3 tacos, 2 sides of chips and 2 drinks. Where to start, 1.) chips are old and stale (they do give you a lot, but a lot of Sh@# is Sh@#, 2.) queso is cheese wiz, at best. 3.) salsa is large dice tomatoes (no taste) 4.) My daughter loves this place and we are in frequently. My daughter loves the rice and I always get her extra. This week things must have changed. I brought my family and asked for a side of rice in a different cup smaller cup. They stated changed cups and would have to now charge me more money. His explanation didn't make sense and all and all was charged for 5 servings of rice when normally order one side and have my order from burrito bowl on side. We still ate there and food good but getting too greedy and not going to be convenient for me to take my daughter here. My 1-2 visits a week will be no more. Great selection of Mexican/Tex-Mex food. Similar concept as Chipotle but more selection. You can choose from nachos, burritos, quesadillas and salads. Selection of meats, chicken and also a few vegetarian options. Fast and friendly service any time I have been there. read more

I am new to town. I loved Qdoba where I used to live and was excited to find something familiar. Unfortunately, this place was disgusting. There were flies everywhere, but that's just the beginning. A woman staff member was on break, bringing her phone on speaker to other workers behind the counter and they were all giggling and chatting maskless OVER open orders. Literally bent over the food, inches away. She also lifted her shirt and scratched her stomach in the food and guest area, completely rubbed her entire face with her hands (nose, mouth, forehead, etc.), and then stuck on one glove on and started making food without washing her hands. I was waiting for a mobile order, as that is all they are accepting right now, and I was so appalled that I left and had my husband call and cancel the order. They asked what his name was and they told him it was all taken care of. Three days later, no refund yet. Come to find out, that their app is run through GrubHub and they never submitted anything for a refund of our over a $20 order. Currently on the phone with Grubhub for over 20 mins now trying to get a refund. read more

Having been to various Qdoba locations over the past decade, it's pretty easy to figure out what to get when you visit Qdoba... So when this pregnant lady wanted a burrito.. to Qdoba we go! First, in the middle of the assembly line, the lady behind the counter put pico de gallo on my burrito. I spoke up that I wanted the corn salsa instead. She GLARED at me like "how dare you" and practically yelled at me as she removed the pico de gallo from my burrito. I'm sorry, but it was reminiscent of the "Soup Nazi" episode of Seinfeld, but with salsa. I took my order to go and ate it when I arrived at home. Looking over my receipt, I realized that I was charged for a fountain beverage that I, obviously, did not get. Ridiculous. I'm not sure I'll ever return to this location. I don't think that customer should be treated that way for not wanting pico de gallo.. and now I'm pissed off that I was charged for an item that I did not order. read more

I am so sick of the horrible service at this location i will not be back! First of all, we are CUSTOMERS, NOT CATTLE! Please, thank you, and eye contact go a long way! I understand you can be rushed when it is busy, but most of the time there is no one else in line, unlike Chipotle which always has a line! I see the same young lady steaming the tortillas, who never looks at you and always sounds like you are bothering her, and the woman who finishes the burritos who doesn't pay attention and always looks mad. The whole lot of you needs customer service training. As I am sure you don't know what that is sogo to chick-fil-a, notice the smiles?!?!
