Came to Taco Bell at 10:32 am. Was told they "don't have breakfast" originally. Then another lady gets on the intercom and says "we have the supplies for breakfast, but it doesn't make sense to drop stuff to make food that won't be ready until after lunch begins." I'm sorry how is your locations poor planning, preparation, and management my problem? Corporate might need to take a look at this location as they always close breakfast 30 minutes early. I'm done with this location permanently...what a disaster. Dining room is routinely closed. Today the mobile app let me order and choose in store pick up, when I arrived everything was locked down. My work truck won't fit through the drive thru and they didn't want to serve me without a vehicle when I walked up to the window to ask about my order. The managers (I assume) were all pissy and flexing their Taco Bell authority on me like I did something wrong. They didn't want to cancel my order and refund it so after I waited patiently for 15min, they finally decided they'd do me a favor and serve me. Geez, update your app (and I know it can be done bc I've seen it before) if you don't want do deal with special circumstances after locking your doors. Just went there to get a quesadilla and after I ordered and paid they told me that they don't have quesadilla sauce. Then I asked for a beef chalupa instead of the quesadilla and they said it was extra charge. Taco Bell is a good fast food alternative when you want an inexpensive meal that tastes decent. This particular shop is in a favorable location among the commercial establishments on Belleville Rd. The facility is actually one of the nicer ones I've visited in this chain. The dining room was clean and of average capacity. The service was fairly friendly and reasonably efficient. Half the time when you arrive to the drive thru, someone comes over the drive thru speaker saying they're currently closed (at literally any hour of the day- this has occurred for breakfast, lunch and dinner). If you're lucky enough they're "open", they're usually out of critical ingredients or the food is subpar at best. read more

Stay away from this Taco Bell if you are ever hungry. If you go there during normal business hours be prepared to wait in the drive-through for at least 45 minutes. I am iffy on T-Bell aka Taco Hell or Taco Smell. Sorry but that is the truth. I will eat it but its definitely a last resort 2 am type adventure. Until Cinnabon delights. Yeah they should just call them evil balls of crack. Deep fried, rolled in cinnamon sugar and filled with Cinnabon frosting. Served in a four pack still warm. If you have not experienced them, avoid. Your arteries will thank you. Your thighs will have a fighting chance of not starting small fires when you run. You get the picture. I would five star the T-Bell just for these blissful balls bursting with creamy filling however T-Bell is a tease. Yeah every time I go you can get three orders max (no they were not all for me). I guess they take 45 seconds to fry but they keep them in a warmer for ten minutes. I have tried to point out that duh they can make multiple batches as they are obviously in demand but that kind of logical questioning makes a T-Bell employee's brain implode. At any rate these Cinnabon thingies are the only reason to go to Taco Bell unless you are drunk and/or desperate. I was going to the hospital for a medical procedure so my wife went up to order. Rather then go to the computer she went to the counter. A male worker said she HAD to use the computer. BULLY! They put plastic in their quesadillas. It melts to the tortilla, despite barely being cooked. Now the lettuce they cooked into doesn't seem so bad in comparison. So if you like soggy cold quesadillas with pieces of plastic in them, this is your place. Oh - they ran out of medium cups and charged me full price for the combo without offering any concession. I don't want to be a dick because I think fast food workers are really put through the most, but this location sucks. from my experience I've never had a sour encounter with a worker, but the store itself is pretty bad. they are always out of food items, and I'd like to believe it was a recent problem but looking through previous reviews it's obvious that it's been an issue for a long time and still hasn't been fixed. I've read a lot of complaints about the excessive wait time, because it does feel like they don't have much urgency. it also kinda sucks because you pull up wait awhile to order, to find out they don't have anything you want, but you can't leave the drive through because its blocked in on both sides. that isn't an issue that can be really fixed, but is something to take into account before ordering from there. read more

Fried food has a nasty oil like smell and taste. I wish I could say it was a one time occurrence but it happened on three separate orders. I called the store and corporate number about the issue and no one cares. The food is foul tasting. Which is sad bc it is one of the only local restaurants that have vegan offerings. You'd have a better chance of actually getting food from their old location a short distance away which is now a Verizon Wireless store. This is the single worst Taco Bell I have ever experienced. They are constantly out of basic products (like beef and tortillas). I've waited in the drive through for more than 30 minutes only to be told that they are "closed" on more than one occasion. They keep seemingly random hours. Most recently they were closed up tight at 3PM on a Saturday. I understand times are tough, but problems at this location predate COVID. With that said, driving up there were probably 13 + cars in line so that helps me understand why this Taco Bell gets such a bad rap. We decided to go inside and I was taken back by the ambiance, touch screen ordering, and the friendliest staff I've encounter inside or driving through a Taco Bell. Horrible experience this evening..... stopped on way home from work in AA. I ordered 12.56 worth of food my order was suppose to consist of a large Mountain Dew, 2 beef quesaritos, a hard taco supreme, and a 2 pack of rolled chicken tacos with spicy ranch. After waiting a long time with one car in front of me at drive thru the guy gave me out the window a large box then said "oh, hold on that may not be your order". I handed it back to him. He hand me a bag which had four items in it. I assumed it was mine and left. I drove roughly 12 miles home after a long 12 hour shift to find the these items..... no rolled taco pack but one full container of nacho dipping sauce instead of spicy ranch asked for, a beef dorito loco taco, one of the two beef quesaritos, a bean burrito, and some grilled thing with potatoes. After making two attempts to call and get hung up on a person answered the phone stating that the manager asked for him to speak to me as she was on the line working and could not take my call. All the gentleman said before hanging up on me after explaining I live to far away to come back tonight was I would have return the items to exchange them. I also got no survey card or receipt. As a valued Taco Bell customer this is the worst experience I have had in a long time. I after going home ended up going back out to our local Taco Bell to get items replaced as our order was completely wrong which cost me an added seven dollars. read more
