Horrible experience this evening..... stopped on way home from work in AA. I ordered 12.56 worth of food my order was suppose to consist of a large Mountain Dew, 2 beef quesaritos, a hard taco supreme, and a 2 pack of rolled chicken tacos with spicy ranch. After waiting a long time with one car in front of me at drive thru the guy gave me out the window a large box then said "oh, hold on that may not be your order". I handed it back to him. He hand me a bag which had four items in it. I assumed it was mine and left. I drove roughly 12 miles home after a long 12 hour shift to find the these items..... no rolled taco pack but one full container of nacho dipping sauce instead of spicy ranch asked for, a beef dorito loco taco, one of the two beef quesaritos, a bean burrito, and some grilled thing with potatoes. After making two attempts to call and get hung up on a person answered the phone stating that the manager asked for him to speak to me as she was on the line working and could not take my call. All the gentleman said before hanging up on me after explaining I live to far away to come back tonight was I would have return the items to exchange them. I also got no survey card or receipt. As a valued Taco Bell customer this is the worst experience I have had in a long time. I after going home ended up going back out to our local Taco Bell to get items replaced as our order was completely wrong which cost me an added seven dollars. read more

Waited 30 minutes for them just to tell us they don't have nacho cheese. Then after we said that's fine they took another 30 mins so we ended up following suit as everyone else and got are refunds. From what I've seen so far this whole town has awful customer service I don't recommend Belleville at all EXCEPT FOR TORNADOS PIZZA TEY HAVE CAME THROUGH EVERYTIME IVE WORKED DOWN HERE. Literally every time I come here I wait in line for 20 minutes then they say they're closed. Every. Single. Time.

I wish I could give less than one star. Do not waste your time going here. Unless you have nothing better to do and enjoy wasting your time, then have at it. Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. Actually, I give it the award of the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to. And I didn't even get to eat the food. I pulled into the drive-through at 1:10 PM. I sat until 1:28, and only two people had gotten to order in front of me. Two! Once you're in line you are stuck because of concrete barriers. I considered driving over the curb barrier, but thankfully the two people in back of me backed out, and made way for me to get out as well. The guy in front of me followed, as well. They take so long. The way that they drive through is set up is terrible. If I wanted to leave the drive through because maybe changed my mind I can't move anywhere. It's 10:55pm and this line has barley moved and have been sitting here for over 15mins. That's crazy ! read more

Fast food is fast food, major chain store you can't really change the flavor of what's happening here. however, I like Taco Bell it's a quick fix and it kind of reminds me of being a kid. what I'd really like to mention though is the service that I got tonight at the drive thru window, came through about 11:30 just got off work wanted a quick snack and the young lady who took my order was very very friendly she just has a great personality and I mentioned it to the manager that they had a great person on the window tonight, so I'm making it a yelp because I think that she deserves that recognition. They didn't have beef. How does a Taco Bell not have beef? And the past three times I've been there they've forgotten at least one item and that item is always a Burrito Supreme, so I've started ordering one more than I need because I'd rather pay than have to drive all the way back. For a Taco Bell, I have no complaints. It seems like they follow corporate policy. In the drive-thru they suggestive sale a drink or a dessert every time I order, and they inform me of the survey they'd like me to fill out. One thing I do appreciate, is that when you ask for sauce packets, they ask you how many you'd like. I don't use the sauce but my fiance does. I know exactly how many packets we need, and I'm not being wasteful of their product in the process. The food is always hot, and I've never had a stale taco shell there. read more

This taco bell is the worst!! Drive thru line backed up for 30 min before even getting to the box to place an order. Drive thru lane has no way to drive out of it. Only to get to the window to find out you can order anything because the dont have the product to make the food. Menu board is dark because the bulbs are burnt out. Order display doesnt work to make sure the order is correct and see the total. read more

Lack customer service, refused to remake a steak power bowl, instead offered me something else (the bowl is expensive for one item on the menu) I declined they gave a refund even tho I just wanted the bowl remade because the rice was undercooked. The manager was rude and when I complained the staff stared at me, felt very uncomfortable. Staff seems more concerned over their own conversations then the customer. If I could give them no stars review that would happen!!! The worst Taco Bell I've ever been to, and I've been to a few!!! We wait in the drive thru for at least 15 minutes to get to the order station. Then we had to repeat our menu like three times, pull forward wait another few minutes. When we finally get the window we asked for them to repeat order and the cashier( ayanna) was VERY RUDE! She repeated our order with attitude and then argued about our order!!!! This Taco Bell location is not as good as the one on Rawsonville Rd. This location runs out of sauce and such every week it seems. In fact the last 2 times I was here I was told they ran out of taco sauce! Really? How does Taco Bell run out of taco sauce on a regular basis according to the employee at the drive through. I drive farther to the Rawsonville Rd location for better service and better food. read more

Slow is the least of my complaints. The midnights drive through girl was a total twat, she had terrible customer service skills, or lack there of. We were the only people in the drive through and it still took 5 minutes for her to hand us our bags. Then to top it off the food was old and not even close to what we had ordered. Definitely one of the worst Taco Bell's I have ever been too and I've eaten at them all over the country. I've stopped about 3 times to get breakfast in the drive through and not once did they have the correct menu. The manager just said "oops, must have forgot to do that this morning." And didn't even offer to have someone come out and change it so I could see what I wanted. I ended up leaving the drive though and having to get down to order. The employees are always miserable looking and no one every greets you with a smile or has any kind of personality. They all kinda of just act like mindless drones. Today was a real treat... they had signs hanging in the lobby saying saying they were currently not serving burritos, Crunchwraps, quesadillas, loaded grillers or quesaritos. Are you serious? That's like more than half the menu! Get a qualified manager in that place and get rid of these morons. read more

This Taco Bell doesn't even deserve 1 Star They have repeatedly shorted our orders, had stale shells, and didn't make the orders correctly. And today after calling 3 times and having the phone ring over 10 times and no one answered . Finally on the third call. I received 10 soggy tacos that were both hard and soft - dripping with grease , soft and mushy and cold (the papers even ripped). I finally talked to a manager who argued with me about our food and claimed that she made it all herself. I don't think that is true since once again we were shorted a fiesta potato ( on the receipt) and someone questioned my daughter if she even ordered it. They finally gave it to her but no apology . Also we received our Cinnabon Delight 12 of them shoved in a cup. You would have thought that the manager would have apologized and offered to replace it another time but she didn't saying that I have to bring it up there now if you want it replaced. Nice at the counter, but I think this is the slowest "fast" food I've ever been to. I literally watched her take almost 5 minutes to fill a small order in front of me & she has 8 orders on her screen, still moving as slow as if she was making an order for just herself at home. There's a line to the door of people waiting, & in the over 15 min I've been here, only 2 people got their food. And to think, I only went inside because I thought it would be quicker than the line in the drive-through. I came through the drive through. The food tastes really good, but my order was wrong. I ordered soft taco and got hard. Common mistake though. Overall, not a bad experience. The food was hot and enjoyable at a reasonable price. Much faster service than where I come from. read more

I have never had a bad experience at this location, nor bad food. It's consistently the same experience that I can depend on. The staff is always friendly. The drive through goes fast. The inside is clean. The drive through staff can get a little goofy sometimes when they ask for your order, but it's all in good fun. It's good, fast food, cheap. 'Nuff said. read more

Ripped off! Have to watch what I'm eating so brought the grandkids here. All I wanted was a cup off coffee. Cashier said they'd make some fresh.
