I really like the Taco Bell we have here in town, it does not give me food poisoning like half of the other Taco Bell's in different towns do. Now, I would recommend going through the drive thru or eating inside because Doordash, your food will never be warm. The employees there do not care about people who order through Doordash. I just ordered Doordash yesterday from Taco Bell and my Beefy 5 Layer Burrito tasted as if it had been sitting out premade over an hour ago. The shell was dry and hard. I understand that getting Doordash orders might be a hassle for you in the long run because you're getting drive thru orders and in-person orders, but that does not give you the right to make the food badly. The review falls back on the Taco Bell, not the Doordasher. They didn't make the food. So please do better next time. Most of all the employees here are dedicated and kind, I don't think they are the ones doing Doordash orders though. The lighting in the Taco Bell is nice, most of the time the tables and floors are clean, they could try a little harder. Just make some improvements, you still rock though. read more

The service sucked; waiting at least 30-45 minutes for a DoorDash order in the lobby when you could see the drive-thru being serviced just fine. [Maybe you could help your customers/couriers at the counter too?] Several door dashers waiting over 30 minutes for orders that could've been completed quicker. (See more below) I also noted several employees switching on break in the middle of what was the dinner RUSH. BAD IDEA!! Take a break when things slow down! On that note I didn't see the employees who left the restaurant and came back in wash their hands; ewwww Lastly I ordered food myself and typically at night the drive thru is packed, takes at least 20-30 minutes to get through and then you're lucky if they even get your order correct. Let's be honest, it's Taco Bell. The expectations should be pretty low. This particular Taco Bell, however, is seemingly on a warpath to being the least desirable fast food joint in Big Rapids. They're routinely out of out of inventory, which might actually be for the best. The product that they do have in stock is produced at an offensive level. Incorrect orders, soggy tacos, poor service. I went to this Taco Bell with my newborn to get food I placed on the online app! I drove home and checked the food. I was given 4 cheese roll ups and two things of Cinnabon sides. When I orders double that amount of food. This is a constant problem if you go during the night. If you don't like working fast food or don't want to do your job please find another job! Super rude and inconsiderate to give folks the wrong food. Normally I come here during the day and the service and food is always correct. Night shift needs to do better. Today, September 6th 2023 me and my family went in. My dad and boyfriend got the same deluxe cravings box, but my boyfriend ordered his without tomatoes and sour cream, and my dad ordered his without tomatoes. Well, my boyfriends had sour cream and tomato's on it so he brought it back up. The worker argued saying she KNEW one of the boxes had no sour cream, but continued to make them correct anyways. She also said she marked both of the boxed, they were not marked anywhere. THEN the other worker started talking about "people always want free food" or something along those lines. My mother went up and said "how are these free if he's giving back the ones you made wrong?" She then lied to my mom saying that's not what she meant, then when my mom walked away continued to talk bad. The food was freezing cold, and I know it was not my DoorDasher's fault. She waited over 30 minutes in the parking lot for my food and had to go through the drive-thru a second time to get it. However, Yvonne is one of the most God-awful customer service people I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. Also, the two managers that are old ladies are incredibly, disgustingly rude. I saw the hossenheffer looking one berading a worker who clearly is mentally challenged telling her to "tell people not to make an order if she doesn't need it". it's not what she said, it was HOW she said it..... I went over and let her know she actually did say it, multiple times and that she should watch how she speaks to her employees. I was attempting to order food, but the manager Barb, was talking so loudly and yelling in the back and I couldn't even hear the kind female helping me pick out a burrito that will agree with my digestive system. I had mentioned and asked her to keep it down so I could order, not a unreasonable request considering I'm paying her paycheck, and she not only kept talking loudly, she got closer to me. Yes, I know it's fast food but it's not bad. My favorites are the smothered beef burrito and the chile burrito. The grilles are good and cheap, there's a special 2 - 5 when they are $1. Long wait in drive thru. Got in line after 7 cars at 12:50- took 15 minutes to get food at the window. Unable to get out of line in drive thru due to cement barrier. Food was correct as ordered. I love Taco Bell, it's nearly an everyday routine for me to swing by and pick up a breakfast burrito on my way to work, the workers are usually very kind.. until today. Today I had my first encounter with the manager, barb. Barb had the worst attitude I've ever experienced from a person, especially in a place where everyone else is so kind and friendly. As I was ordering my burrito I kindly asked for 4 fire sauces, barb was furious.
