We were blown away at how good the food was! Every single dish we ordered was super upscale compared to a few years prior. The portions are perfect for some leftovers, which have reheated very well. Good food in remote location. Very honest and friendly people. I just enjoyed a sweet and sour shrimp lunch there today. So much food i had to take most of it home. I didn't realize i dropped $500. I had just received for the sale of a trailer.Six hours later I checked my pockets and everywhere i could think i might have lost it with no luck ? I decided to stop and ask if they might have found it and they said yes !! Giving me my $ back and wouldn't accept any reward. The food here is made with good raw materials. This makes their food taste good, even it is not authentic Chinese food but typical American Chinese food. We ordered seafood delight, sesame chicken, pepper steak with onion, and dumplings. All tasted delicious. We drove from Chicago and found this restaurant on our way. Literally one of the only decent Chinese places within 30 miles of Big Rapids, where we were living. The food is generally tasty, if a little greasy, and it's fast too. I highly recommend the lunch specials as they are huge portions for the price; my favorite dishes are the chicken mei fun and the sweet and sour chicken (sauce on the side). The only things I haven't liked is that they put too much sauce on their lo mein so it gets a little soupy as you go, and the fried rice can be a tad bland. read more

We got sssooo lucky, this place is GREAT. Finally our own Chinese restaurant right here in Reed City! Food is fresh and very good, I loved the sweet & sour shrimp, fried rice is good as is the egg roll. Wanted to try a PuPu or BoBO Platter but he doesn't have one on the menu, this is a great way to sample a lot of their different appetizers. Ask for an itemized receipt before signing your credit card receipt. Only the total is on the receipt. We ordered; Seafood Delight $13.95, Garlic Shrimp $10.95, and Shrimp fried Rice $6.95, plus 3 soft drinks (pop & water dispenser). The total on the receipt was $44. Our food (minus tax and pops) was $31.85. That's $12.15 for tax and 3 drinks. It could be right? The food was as good as anywhere in GR with good portion sizes. If you eat in, expect ordering at the counter, food comes in plastic containers that you serve onto styrofoam plates and plastic forks/spoons. It IS a take out place. We will return but I will be more observant of the prices and bill. read more

This is good takeout Chinese food, especially for the area. The food is tasty and consistent. Portions are big, and there is plenty of meat in it, as some places could put in too many vegetables.
