    Food is always great, takes a little long for food sometimes but that's just due to how busy they are at peak times.

    Awesome amazing food and the best root beer by far closest thing to sonic I have had in a while highly recommend this on a hot simmer day!

Executive chef Isaac came out with several excuses and ended by blaming the server. Communication between kitchen, servers, (there were no runners or bussers) was non existent. Management was nowhere to be found. Absolutely unacceptable. Good luck selling the business.

We were celebrating a 70th birthday and had a couple other friends face-timing for a few minutes. The owner came to our table and told us we were being "rude and irresponsible". Granted, we did have a few laughs with our phone friends but her approach was totally out of line for a business owner. How about, "Hey ladies, sounds like your are having a wonderful time, but could you not do the phone call much longer? And thank you for dining here today." She most certainly is not a professional. Only one waitress (no bartender) was new at her job, and doing ok. She was sweet and tried to fill drink orders, even though not trained on the bar. A couple small mistakes but we understood her situation. First and last time at the Blue Cow.

We aimed to enjoy Beef and Cheddar sandwiches along with some deep-fried sides. I used the Arby's app to take advantage of in-app deals, while my friend placed an order at the drive-thru speaker upon arrival. To comply with legal and practical considerations, I placed my order via the app before leaving the office. Unfortunately, this meant my food was prepared and bagged immediately, causing it to sit on the counter until we arrived. By the time we sat down to eat, my food was cold. Although waiting for my friend's jalapeño poppers to finish frying was understandable, the immediate preparation and subsequent cooling of app-ordered food significantly diminished the overall dining experience; app orders should be prepared upon customer check-in to ensure freshness. The foil-wrapped items couldn't be microwaved, leaving my French fries inedible and my Beef and Cheddar sandwiches akin to cold cuts. To improve the experience, I suggest modifying the app to prepare food only after checking in at a point-of-sale (POS) system. Differentiating between in-store and drive-thru orders could also help ensure food is freshly prepared upon arrival. The grounds can use some work. The squawk box looked like it lost an argument, but we didn't see the interior, so it might be clean.
