Absolutely horrible and the slowest service. Don't even think about going here. Don't even drive past it or it will piss you off.

Second time I come through this Taco Bell at night around 9ish and they took my order the first time but they said that the system was down which I understand it happens from time to time the thing we waited in line for about 20mins until we got to the window and i had my very hangry pregnant wife with me, why not tell ppl they weren't attempting to even make the food while we were waiting in line for nothing!!!?? I offered to pay cash so they would ring the order when the system came back online but they refused, three teenagers running things while the manager sat in the lobby chatting it up with the rest of the crew, didn't even bother to come to the window... I know this because wife got off to use the bathroom and saw him laughing it up chilling in the lobby. My concern is for the owner of this franchise, tonight I came through and they gave me the same excuse!! The back door was cracked open and it reeked of marijuana! Not even kidding.... one this is illegal two they're burning other ppls money and time, just wanted to let the owner know what kind of crew you got working at night, it's not right for ppl to take advantage, also you're loosing customers because of them. I come here often and usually every is fine, but this visit was definitely unpleasant I ordered 2 chicken quesadillas with 2 sides of nacho chz. Also I told them I need 10 fires sauces. When I picked up the food. The guy working drive threw I asked. hey, did y'all put all the sauces in the bag, he said yes everything is all there. He also said he can't open the bag when it's closed. Just so you know I'm a manager at busy location in San Antonio. Never have I told a guest we can't check the bag. But I took his word for it. When I get home I opened the bag to find 1 quesadilla no chz sauces and 3 diablos sauces. When I asked for 10 and was also charged for 2 nacho chz sauces and I was charged for 2 quesadillas when I only got one in the bag. I tried call the store no answer, but I would like to be refunded for the order bc everything was wrong and I'm highly disappointed with this service. read more

This location usually has great service but not today. The guy at the window seemed to be disgruntled and in a bad mood. When I asked for sauce he rolled his eyes at me like I was taking the food back or something. My food was also cold when I got home and it's never cold when I take it home. Only live 10 minutes from this location. If you hate your job so much why don't you quit and get another one. I know everyone has bad days. I'm a customer asking for a simple request for sauce. Maybe next time roll your eyes out of view if you don't want another negative yelp review. read more

DONT DO IT. I read all of these reviews and still went . Ordered no cheese on 4 things and everything had cheese. (Can't eat cheese) so I literally wasted $13 and didn't get to eat anything. Also ordered a potatoe taco, and the potatoes felt and tasted like they were 4 days old. Sooo I didn't get to eat that either!! So angry! read more

This is the slowest Taco Bell I have ever been to. It took forever to get my food and the lady taking my order didn't even know that a cheese quesadilla was even a menu item. The seating area and bathrooms are pretty dirty. The drive-thru is super slow as well. read more

Had the worst customer service experience of my entire life! I want to preface by saying I tried doing the contact me form on Taco Bell's website on Monday and nobody has contacted me. I went through the drive-thru and order the nacho fry box with a Pepsi and three additional tacos. I went to the window and paid with the young man who had taken my order. An older lady, whom I assume is the manager judging by the striped shirt she was wearing, placed the container out for me to grab my food and drink. I asked if the receipt was in the bag and she stated probably not but she could try to re-print it. She said they were having issues with the receipts printing due to Covid, which makes no sense at all. Once I got my receipt I saw that they rang my order up incorrectly. They charged me for my three tacos a fry by itself and a large Pepsi, they did not charge me for the fry box. I informed her of the mistake, and she said they would charge me and she told the cook to start making the burrito and taco that was missing from the order. She then told me my total was going to be 4+ dollars, I told her I had already paid $3.68, so I would only need to pay the difference for the box (the box I learned is 5.40) She then began arguing with me and saying I would have to come inside to get this fixed, saying each item has to be rung up and accounted for, etc. at some point during this, a cook had come up behind her and told me that he had heard me say I wanted the fry box, he just knew it! At this point, this Manager told them to get back! that she was trying to explain something to the customer. She said this in such a rude and demeaning way, I was shocked! I have never heard someone talk to their employees like that before, especially in front of a customer. She kept refusing to try and rectify the issue, finally after me saying multiple times that it needed to be fixed right now and that I could not go inside she said that she would just give me the box. She then stated, " but next time you come here and they ask you if everything on the screen is correct, and I know he said that! You better pay attention and make sure your order is correct." This was completely uncalled for never in my customer service days have I ever put the blame on a customer like this. I told her she should not put this on me, I ordered correctly, her cook heard me correctly and that it was on them. I was very heated when I said this, but I did not insult her. As I was putting my car in drive she yelled after me, " and you don't have to bring your goddamn attitude here!" I was completely appalled and so was my husband who I was on the phone with and heard the entire conversation. When I got back to work, I told my coworker who I had picked up lunch for what had happened and she told me that she knew exactly who I was talking about and the last time she went to that Taco Bell the same manager told my coworker not to listen to those boys because they are idiots. I don't care if you work for a fast food establishment or some giant company you do not talk or treat your employees like this let alone your customers. read more

I'm a confessed TB fanatic. Going on 50 years of addiction to bean burritos. It kills me to find Taco Bell locations like this one. Time after time it is filthy, slow, with a low quality product. Why do I return? Well, when I'm in Boerne and get the craving, there's just not another close enough to justify going out of my way. I really wish YUM, the parent company, would tighten up their standards and clean these places up. An addict like me shouldn't have to suffer. read more

Pulled in to get a number 8 and Large drink the drink was nothing but carbonated water. Barely pulled up when I noticed. Got out of my car to tell the lady at the window. She proceeded to tell me that I have to go back to the end of the long drive threw line or come in . To get a good drink the second time . Because she couldn't take the drink back threw the window. I asked her to give me another drink and I ll throw the water down coke away myself. She told me No ! I then explained to her that I had a disabled 50 lbs child in the car and I was on my way to a doctor appointment that I was already late for . She told me she couldn't help me that I needed to come in or come back around the drive threw . So I get my disabled child out of the car carrying him inside the store . To get a new drink and because I had already threw it away she wasn't going give me another drink . I talk to the manager and she was no help at all just as rude as her employees. I asked for my receipt because they didn't give me one because I was looking for a 1800 number to report them . She told me she was the manager and the owner and they were a franchise and that was noone else to talk to but her . This location has no desire to serve their customers. They only want to be right .They have zero customer service to the disabled community as well . Its clear that upper management and ownership does not care either . I ve been calling a omar all day . And he has been forwarding my calls . Should've read the reviews here b4 I stopped. Now I know I am not the only one who feels this way . Spend your money someplace else. OK, so the past four times I've been here I've ordered supreme tacos. Either Doritos Loco's tacos or regular tacos. I'm always been charged for supreme however I never get supreme tacos. I took them back two times and was denied both times. The person at the window was very rude and didn't seem like she cared. I want to keep giving this place a chance, but I give up. By far the worst place to eat. When you go, plan to go before you get hungry. Whether drive thru or walking in, plan to wait 15 - 20 minutes for your food. The staff is always rude and acts like taking an order is a huge chore. Never apologize for the wait or offer to compensate. read more

This is a horrible Taco Bell. Tables are always dirty and the employees are rude. I usually have to wait at the register for a few minutes before being acknowledged. Tacos are usually smashed and lacking ingredients compared to other locations. Interior is outdated and unpleasant. I can't wait till they build a Taco Bell in Boerne that is not inside a gas station. It's almost worth it just to drive to San Antonio. read more

My last visit here was a disgrace to this chains name. The girl behind the register had all of the personality and charm as a dry bologna sandwich on white. The food was a mess. The manager really needs to reconsider his staff and overall training. read more

Received quick and excellent service. The lady who was working the drive thru was also working the front counter and still managed to get my order in under a minute. She served excellently with a smile. I do plan on returning. The food was as expected from your regular Taco Bell and was not exemplary, yet was not below average. The atmosphere felt like an outdated Taco Bell but did not take away from what one should expect from a fast food location. The experience is however degraded by being half fast food, half convienence store. read more

Easily the nastiest Taco Bell I've ever been too. The place is so dirty. Not just the tables, but the floors and even the ceiling.

I love this particular Taco Bell. The service is fast and efficient and the food is always great. Prices are always fair, too. I particularly like the interior of this one because it still has that 1990's "fast food restaurant" feel, with chairs that swivel and that stereotypical 1990's color scheme of teal and purple. Extremely slow service and management that doesn't care. Took 25 minutes to get food because the drive thru has priority. Other customers in the store were having the same problem. I talked to Chris, the store GM, and his bad attitude was the problem. He seemed as if he couldn't care less so why should his subordinates? read more
