Your management really has to be that disengaged to mess up a chalupa. Staff went out of their way to avoid making contact with me, since there is a self order kiosk and when I went to ask questions, they looked too busy so I went back and placed the order. They were too busy talking about haircuts and makeup, literally heard them. That's the least of matters though. The chalupa was disgusting, extremely soggy and wasn't cooked. For more than five dollars a chalupa...couldn't even eat it. Restroom was dirty, not kept. Avoid!!!! Even if you are hungry, just drive a few blocks to the HEB and pickup something to eat there. If I could give a 10 star review then I would absolutely do so. Whenever I go to this Taco Bell I feel like they always give me the best experience no matter what. I recently visited Taco Bell and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of food and service provided. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile and prompt assistance. The menu offered a wide variety of delicious options, all at affordable prices. I ordered my favorite items, including the Crunchwrap Supreme and a side of Nacho Fries. The food was prepared quickly and tasted absolutely delicious. The ingredients were fresh, the flavors were on point, and the portion sizes were satisfying. Not only was the food outstanding, but the staff members were attentive and ensured that my dining experience was enjoyable. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Overall, my visit to Taco Bell was nothing short of fantastic. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a quick and tasty meal. I am pleased to award Taco Bell a five-star rating and will definitely be returning in the future.

Absolutely horrible and the slowest service. Don't even think about going here. Don't even drive past it or it will piss you off.

Way to go Taco Bell. Every other TB is open until at least 1am, but this location closes at 10. Thanks for supporting Whataburger.

Easily the nastiest Taco Bell I've ever been too. The place is so dirty. Not just the tables, but the floors and even the ceiling.

Unfortunately, it was on the opposite side of the road so we had to turn around. The place was not crowded when we went in but had a few tables occupied. We ordered our food and sat down. We got presented with chips and salsa - very surprisingly delicious salsa! The food followed a few minutes later and we must have been hungry because the food disappeared pretty quickly. I had the beef street tacos and my wife ordered the puffy tacos. Mine were delicious by itself or with the sauce that were in squeeze containers. No matter, my beef tacos were good. They were full of meat with onions and cilantro. The cilantro was optional but I wanted it. My wife almost licked the plate. We probably need to come back and try the others on their menu. As for the ambiance, it's bright with a tall ceiling. It's located on a very busy corner - 46 and Main St by Cypress creek. Parking is in the back and you need to know Boerne well to find it. Overall, this place has good delicious food. We promised our relatives who are visiting us soon that we will take them here.

We ordered street tacos...my husband got the beef and I got chicken. They are completely customizable, so they'll be exactly what you want. I've been to this restaurant a handful of times and I've always gotten the same thing, but I have no doubt everything is delicious. They also have a cocktails and beer. Parking is behind the restaurant and there isn't a lot of it. They also have patio seating in the back. We got there right when they opened and it was getting busy right away. You can enter from the front and back. Only small negative is that they have tile floors and metal chairs, so it gets very loud and hard to hear the busier it gets.

The menu is on par for Boerne, overpriced serving mediocre food. A pint of refried beans $7.50, served very runny, these are the bag of pre- cooked beans from a supplier, they evidently used an improper amount of water for reheating. The tortillas are $10.20 per dozen, which is hard to justify considering most places charge less than half that price for fresh tortillas. We also ordered their Mexican plate $15.99, the taco was served sitting in gravy-soggy shell, cheese enchiladas were okay at best, and again the beans were runny-watery. The chips obviously come from a bag, and many were broken into small pieces. The salsa was actually good, but served in squeeze bottles instead of bowls. This visit confirmed for us that it's worth passing up, despite the convenient location, I'd rather drive an additional 30-minutes farther to San Antonio where you actually get quality food made from scratch in-house at less than half the price with welcoming staff. Unfortunately, Boerne seriously lacks quality restaurant options, and this is just another example.

Service is hit or miss, most of the time we get a good server, but this location tends to get busy. It is cold inside the restaurant, every time we have visited. The chips were good in the past, but lately they have been changed! The "new" chips arrive to the table with tiny, broken pieces, barely large enough to dip into salsa or queso! Sadly, too, as the salsa and queso are amazing! Hopefully they realize this and go back to what was desirable in chip world. Margaritas - the house margarita on the rocks hits the spot! Enchiladas are always good, verde, mole, con crema, gravy sauce - and the chicken is very good, tender and seasoned well. The menu is extensive, and there is something for everyone, including pancakes, steak, breakfast tacos all day! There is also a drive thru for convenience. Check out the specials!

We were charged $19.47 for 3 beef fajita tacos that were very very skimpy. We ordered the 4 oz container of guacamole that was 4.29 and it was not even close to being full. If you check beef prices you will see we can get about 1 1/2 lbs of fajitas for $19.47. The sausage/egg taco for $2.99 wasn't worth it either. There wasn't anything very good about the tacos. I hate to see what is happening with the other food. We will not be going back there. Other places give more for better prices. Otherwise from now on we will be making our breakfast tacos at home. There was 1 car ahead of us and nobody behind us when we got there at 9:54 am which is well past the breakfast rush on a Thursday. By the time we got to the window there were a few cars that pulled up behind us. We only placed an order for 5 tacos yet we were asked to pull forward and had to wait around 5 minutes for our order. Something is just not right there. Save your money and make a breakfast at home.
