Although I gave a glowing review 3years ago, before Covid, doesn't mean today that's the case. This place pretty much has roller-coasted with service, quality. No stars would be the score today If I could give it that. The franchisee must not give a hoot what goes on at this location. first of all i waited forever. i dined in at 7:30 pm. there was nobody else inside except me and my 2 other friends, who also ordered. me and one of my friends got our food, 45 min later, which my friend was missing something. and then my grilled cheese burrito had NO cheese on it. my 3rd friend got her order 20 min later, which she also was missing something. service is not even ratable. i'm writing at 9 pm, just now having my 3rd friend eating her food while us 2 are completely done. its crazy that when new people come inside, people are telling them to leave because it was taking forever for everyone, and using us as the example. ridiculous. go find another taco bell in ur area, because never again will i come here. read more

Took for ever to get our food. They couldn't figure out how to work the drink machine. Then asked several times after giving us our drinks if we had received our food. I've never been so upset with Taco Bell until the other day. They were so slow even when it was just me and one other car in the drive thru. The customer service wasn't there. I always get the same thing which is a Crunchwrap and I typically don't have problems but it looked horrible and half of it was spilling out before I bit into it and part of it didn't even have meat it was just lettuce, tomato, and the tortillas. Went in for dine in service and ordered our food at the kiosk. We went to get our drinks and the machine was out of ice. Asked to see if there was ice for the drive thru. Mason was rude to the friend I was taking to out to eat. After over 40 minutes, I heard my name called. Went to the counter and Mason asked what I was up there for. I told him I heard my name called. Another employee had just asked me to confirm my order as he had just arrived to work. My friend came up to help with bringing stuff to the table and get condiments. Mason asked him why he was there and what we were waiting on. We said that I had just heard one of the female employees say my name and thought our order was ready. Mason got very loud and rude with us. Another customer that had come through the drive thru had come in and told them she had been waiting over an hour after she had been asked to pull forward. Mason continued to be rude. When asking to speak with MOD, he said it was him. I asked for his name and he got more hostile and advised I didn't need to know. One of the other employees advised me of his name. When my food was brought to the counter by a very polite older woman, I asked if he was really the MOD. She advised there was two currently on duty. She was able to get Brandy for me and I asked Brandy if I could speak with her when she had a free moment. I had time to wait as we were dining in. At this time, Mason advised everyone to stop working on my order, not knowing it was already given to me and work on the other orders for the drive thru. Both the two women, including Brandy, and the other male employee were kind and attentive in attempting to assist their customers and make things right. Mason was rude to all customers coming to both the drive thru and the counter. The employees appeared under a lot of stress and Mason was not only being rude to the customers, but we heard the way he spoke to the employees and it was even worse then he was speaking to the customers. I don't often dine here and this was actually my first dine in experience at this location. This is definitely not a location I would recommend if Mason is at work. Knowing places are short staffed and employees have bad days, I would still not order if he is on duty. Apparently the cashiers do not understand what the word promo or promotion means when one repeatedly states the words NACHO TACO to them four times! I have received decent food and service at this location before but I don't know what was going on today. A company service truck and I sat in the drive-through for a considerable amount of time. He was in front of me and I heard him call out "hello" more than once. Both of us left and went next-door to Arby's drive-through. If you are not able to provide the service you advertise, then you need to have enough business acumen to temporarily close that service and notify customers. As we passed by delivery window, the angry guy in front of me offered a one finger salute but I can hardly blame him. There were two cars waiting at the window. Went for a late night snack the other night. Ordered Nacho fries and a chalupa. It only took me 2 minutes to get home after i received the order. Nacho fries were cold. Chalupa was still warm. I ordered a power bowl with basically nothing in it but meat, nacho cheese, and lettuce, and they give me a bowl full of grease water at the bottom and a dollup of nacho cheese sauce for the price of $6.77. If I choose not to get beans, rice, tomatoes, regular cheese on my bowl, and then I ask for some nacho cheeses sauce, don't give me a bowl of grease lettuce with a quarter sized amount of nacho cheese sauce. Horrible service, long wait and messy food. Stopped by here since it was closest to my apartment and I had spent all day moving to Bowling Green. The location is not ideal to begin with and the wait in the drive thru was ridiculous. The girl at the window was not the nicest and spent a solid 2 minutes chatting with coworkers and showing them stuff on her phone before acknowledging us at the window. When we got home and started to eat, it's obvious the employees do not care about the product they put out. I think I'll drive out of my way to find another Taco Bell next time. read more

I'm not one to usually complain about fast food because it's called fast food for a reason... However after receiving my food tonight a bad review was necessary. My husband and I both ordered the exact same thing, our rice on our burritos was so undercooked that we couldn't even bite it in half, it was like trying to bite a plastic bead in half. Our burritos were 95% tortilla and 5% filling. They put maybe 2 spoon fulls of filling in both of our burritos. We might as well have just ordered plain tortillas. Our quesadillas were the same, hardly stuffed at all. I also ordered cinnamon twists which I was super excited about because it's a pregnancy craving of mine only to pull out of the parking lot to realize they did not put them in the bag but we were charged for them, we were both already so frustrated with the poor service and quality of food that we didn't even bother turning around to go back and retrieve the cinnamon twist.
