This location is consistently worthy. My food is always ready in a reasonable time, warm, and the employees communicate my order status clearly. I must add my items are always prepared exceptionally well compared to other locations. I actually drive a few minutes further to this location simply because I know they'll make my items hefty and presentable. I'm always greeted warmly at the box and at the window they usually small chat with me which is really nice. Even if they don't strike a full conversation they are still upbeat and kind. After sitting in the drive-through for 30 minutes from the time I made my order I got stuck because people got behind me. I would've just left but I was blocked in. The young man working the window could not have carried less and really seemed like he was scared somebody was gonna see him making an effort of any kind informed me that it wasn't his fault cause he just started his shift and he didn't know what the other people were up to, but I shouldn't be mad because other people have waited longer than I have. Went into Taco Bell for some quick takeout food. We showed up at 9:30 pm ordered maybe 8 things between two separate orders. Waited in this disgusting establishment until 10:25 when our food was handed to us. Absolutely ridiculous. I would have gotten food faster at a legitimate sit down restaurant that is MUCH cleaner. They seem to care more about door dashes and drive through then walk in customers anymore. Before ordering I ran in to use the bathroom.. it looks like there was poo and blood smeared on the floor and they did a haphazard job of cleaning it up. Excuse my language to start but... in the drive through there is a HUGE A** pothole. I pulled up and the guy helping had asked me twice with an attitude what I would like, great, you saw me coming. BUT i wasnt even pulled all the way up to the screen before he had an attitude the second time, and I made it clear that i was trying to center my car over the pothole that was equally as wide as my car. I don't know what it is but this Taco Bell location cannot get their act together. The line to the drive thru is always to the road. You have to wait at least 10 minutes just to order and another 10+ minutes to get your food. Once you get your food, ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BAG! I can promise you, that they forgot something! They have always forgotten something. And you know what sucks when they do forget something, you don't know what to do with your life because you waited 30+ minutes for your food and you'll have to get back in line because the lobby is most likely closed because like me, i go extremely late at night. Food is decent. Staff is super friendly and professional, but this place has been consistently, horribly slow. Around dinner time, expect to be trapped in the drive thru for about 45 minutes. Personally, just hit the 30 minute mark and I'm not even at the window. On the other hand, the staff is extremely friendly, respectful, and they seem to be working their a**es off. My guess is they are perpetually understaffed. Owner needs to do a better job keeping a full staff. read more
