We ordered from taco bell on April 26th 9:38 pm and a woman named Crystal E was at the drive through window. She was sooooo rude. Ignored our request for hot sauce and gave us dirty looks and shut the window on us multiple times. Order 98e06c. Number 281. Her manager was nicer named Saaf. He said she was new. How is it that someone with zero customer service skills and really rude in charge on managing customer experiences? She should be fired right away. She has zero respect and integrity. She shut the window on us multiple times and ignored us when asking for hot sauce. She kept saying it's in your bag. We told her and showed her the bag there was none in there. She gave us the dirtiest looks and would not give us what we requested. There are many others out there who need jobs. Find someone who has respect for their customers and that actually care about their job and outcome. We have filed a complaint with taco bell customer service as well. Respect your customers and don't make them feel like liars when asking for basic things like hot sauce when we ordered a lot of food from there. We will continue to complain about here until she is fired/replaced with a more qualified respectful customer service representative at the cashier. read more

This was a very strange experience. I really hadn't been inside a Taco Bell in a long time. My daughter loves Taco Bell. We get it every once in while. Especially after we have spent the day doing some activity. We came inside and found quite a few people sitting and eating. You order at the computer kiosks. I think you can order at the counter but no one was there. We ordered and then waited. I wanted to get our cups to get our drinks from the self service soda machine. No one was there to ask. No one acknowledges you. I know there are people there working but they do not come to the counter unless they are handing you your food. It seems very obvious that its faster to go through the drive through. We sat inside and ate. Which was fine. It was clean and spacious. This Taco Bell is the absolute worst! No wonder they have two stars (should be one)! As an avid, Taco Bell lover- please save yourself the frustration and take the extra time to find another Taco Bell location. I go to Taco Bel maybe 1-2 times every few months and EVERY TIME I go to this location, the order is completely wrong. Then we get to the speaker to tell them we have a mobile order and they tell us they will get started on our order. We then sat at the window waiting for our food for another 20+ min. Not only is this a terrible process, but, the parking lot is entirely too small as it shares it with KFC. Employees are friendly, but someone needs to come up with a better system than this. Counter services are no longer an option, which also means they don't take cash. Instead, you interact with a kiosk while sharing your personal information with the guests behind you The kiosks do offer optional toppings, I never knew were available until today. By the time I added extra toppings, my 2.00 taco was 4 bucks! So, proceed with caution on the options. The drive-through seems to be the priority, so if you're in a hurry, it's the better choice. Lastly, the food. I'm not sure if im getting a product that was made way before I placed the order, or there's another reason my tacos were stuck to the wrapper? Friday 8/11/23 was my first time going back to this Taco Bell since their remodel of the restaurant. I was very pleasantly surprised! Long story short, the food was tasty, it was delivered quickly, and it was at a cheap price! The drive-thru service has improved, and I would recommend that route to getting your food. Inside, you have to order from the Kiosk only, and workers will not even stop to give you a napkin. I didn't like that part. I especially appreciated the gentleman taking to orders in person near the Drive Thru speaker. At first I wanted to use the speaker as I needed to see the board and wasn't sure what I wanted. The Taco Bell employee was prepared- he had the menu right in front of his iPad for easy access! He patiently allowed me to decide what I wanted, and he was available to answer any questions I had about menu items (he knew the menu very well!). It was a quick and easy process. What stuck with me was the strong work ethic of the gentleman and his polite attitude. I didn't think to get his name or else I'd write it in here- he deserves recognition! I plan to return to this Taco Bell just for the positive service experience alone! I recommend!! read more

Well this location continues to trend downward and thus I need to update my review. I've been a regular here for five years. My family enjoys taco bell's food and it's close to home. The customer service has usually been good. The problem is how often its needed. This is the slowest "fast food" in town. Even a few customers in front of you can generate 20+ minute lead times. While using the app to order ahead continues to provide a better experience for me, I have heard from others and read here that it doesnt always make things better. Until they open the new location near the highway this is it for the area. Hopefully they can figure out how to better manage their output. read more
