I went into the store for the first time yesterday, as I only have gone thru the drive thru in the past. It was the worst experience you could imagine. The whole place stunk so bad like a mixture of sewage, musty and something else I couldn't quite put my finger on. There was me and a man with his two young children, waiting to pick up our food. we both stood there for 10 minutes before anyone of the staff acknowledged us. We both actually had to say "hey, like hello we are here" even though there was probably seven people working right in front of us. Needless to say it was a very cold as in odd and unwelcoming environment. None of the staff was talking to each other and nobody seemed to care that we were there. It was SUCH a weird vibe in there plus couldn't get over the stench. No other customers were in there. It was so dirty as well so no wonder.! I will never return to this place again. And if everybody that orders from there can get a chance to go inside and smell that place, I guarantee you would not want to eat there. That place needs shut down again as they have before. I went through the drive-thru on Super Bowl Sunday after running multiple errands (desperation and low blood sugar = hangry Tricia). All I wanted were a few Crispy Beef Taco Supremes. I live less than half a mile from this Taco Bell, and I've eaten there once. It's never open. Would be a great place to open up a real Taco Bell. The one other time I tried to get it, they had their mobile ordering on and I ordered and then got there and the manager told me to come back in 2 hours that they were busy... uhh what? We were ordering for four people and almost everything we ordered was either discontinued or they were out of it. I would just like to take an extra minute to write this and say thank you so much to this Taco Bell and it's employees. It's almost unbelievable but every single time I have come to this location, the staff is super friendly, everything in our order is right, we get every item that we ordered and the food is well put together. I seriously hope that the staff knows how appreciated it is when we get home and actually get to enjoy the food that we ordered. I typically don't eat a lot fast food, I am sorta picky and if I am going to splurge, don't care to waste calories on food that is (a) not what I ordered or (b) carelessly slapped together with no attention paid to get the portions of the ingredients right. That is if you are lucky enough to not have half your order missing at most chains. This is one of the only places that I will go for drive thru because they actually care to get it all right. This location is terrible. I get that Covid has created challenges however this is not the case. There are currently 8 people working, so no worker shortages appear to be the issue. The issue appears to be more that the workers who are working and making $17/hour...simply don't give a damn. It has been over 20 minutes to MAKE TACOS....at TACO Bell. Not to mention their windows are splashed with adverting that the Mexican Pizza is back, but they don't include them in the kiosk menu (that they tell you to use) and when you ask for one, they are all out. Place was a little dirty but not too bad. The cashier was kind of thrown into it and didn't really know what she was doing. I asked for nachos supreme and asked to substitute the beef for tomato. She removed the beef and charged me extra for tomato and when I asked for a water cup, I was also charged. Now, the amounts were minimal but that's not the point.
