Came here to get a pack of tacos to feed a group of teenagers around 7:00 on a weekend night. Should be easy enough right? Nope! The line in the drive through was not long and the inside did not seem busy but they said it would be at least a 25-minute wait for them to make up 2 boxes of tacos. Sadly, this seems to be the norm at all Taco Bell locations lately with either a shortage of staff or staff who does not care to work. I could have gone in and made up 2 dozen tacos in 5 minutes by myself but apparently, it was too much for this staff on this particular night. Went to Chick Fil-A instead and they gladly made up a 60 pack of chicken nuggets in no time. The lesson learned is to always go to Chick-Fil-A - They train well and the employees enjoy working there! read more

One of the top reasons to head to taco bell is the consistency from location to location. The food here is as expected, when they haven't run out of product. Last night was beef and chicken, which was a nice change from sour cream, lettuce, or the fryers being down. The folks working here kill themselves, but there seems to be a bigger problem as we consistently have more problems here than any other location, from order accuracy to problems with stock. Last night we went back eleven minutes after leaving to try to fix our order to find the lady behind us in line still parked out front awaiting her order. There was no line in front of us... With as often as I've had problems here and as infrequently as I go there, I'm left wondering if stores feedback is ever reviewed. I was there yesterday at around 10:00 pm and the blonde short girl that "helped" us was really rude. She was laughing at us for not understanding what she said when she was speaking very fast so we asked her to please speak slower and once she did she had a mean tone to her voice. I understand some may not like to repeat their selfs but you chose to work for taco bell knowing this will happen several times a day. We were never rude to her so her attitude really got us by surprise. I've been working in Superior for a month and every time I visit this particular Taco Bell the food has always been fresh and the service is friendly. The employees are usually pretty nice but for some reason if you're there during the day and there's even one order ahead of you, it takes 30 minutes to get your food. Not an exaggeration. This is probably the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but trip after trip has been a disaster. It's run by a bunch of teenagers who really don't care about the customer and seem annoyed that anyone's even there. To top it off they're almost always out of something...so far I've experienced them not having cups, napkins, meat, and tortillas (the last two were on the same trip). I cannot believe Jess said it was the best he'd been to. The self order machine was worthless. We were told you had to use the machine, and yet two people came in and they waited on them. We stood at the counter for a long time and II finally said, "What does it take to get waited on?". AND we walked out. They weren't busy; they weren't short staffed. They were just a bunch of kids that were taking up space and not doing their job. Taco Bell is on the "restaurant strip." All the other restaurants were busy. When I go to Taco Bell, I expect a few things: mediocre-to-good food, and to be served quickly. This location provided neither. We came for a quick breakfast around 10am. They had posted a few "sold out" items - soft tacos and a few other things. Not listed, but not available: orange juice and sausage. Not a strong start for breakfast. We navigated around the missing staple ingredients and placed an order. My "iced coffee" which came out warm, topped with rapidly melting ice, tasted a few days old. Fifteen minutes later I got a sad, under filled and lukewarm breakfast chalupa. Without the packets of Fire sauce, I couldn't have finished. Not sure why this location exists - it's an exception to the generally well-run Taco Bell restaurant. Would not recommend. read more

After a really lousy experience at Del Taco, I found the good-old standby for quick, cheap tacos. This location didn't disappoint. The dining room could have been wiped down and mopped, but it wasn't intolerable. This review is the epitome of why a customer is leaving a terrible review. Granted, I came an hour and a half before closing. I had my order memorized but wanted to add a few things. Told the speaker/cashier operator "sorry I can't see the menu, the light is off" he simply replied, "yeah we know." With an hour and a half of still in operation of business hours, you would think the location would want their guests to read their menu, so they know what is available, and how much they are paying. After saying that, the employee (who I wish I got his name) didn't offer to turn on the light or apologize. Since this was the case, I didn't add to my order, which would have doubled the amount I was paying for. This is why employees like this cause a low NPS score for customer service. Being the only location around, we're stuck with what we get I guess. Wish I could leave your location negative stars. Hopefully this review is an area of opportunity in training and how customers should be treated. read more

The employee said that he had no idea and I would have to figure it out for myself. Not good customer service. Then, when I got home, I discovered that half of my order was missing. I hate paying for food that is not in the bag and this seems to happen every time I go to this location. I usually check the bag before leaving the drive thru but the service was so incredibly slow that I didn't want to hold up the other customers behind me and I was in a hurry. I would spend 15 minutes out of my 30 minute break waiting in the line for my food even when there was no one else in line. One time in particular I waited 15 minutes in the drive thru and received my food but I had payed with cash and did not receive my change back. Not realizing until i got back to my work I called and told the manager and he said "well that doesn't sound right" and then hung up on me! I just went through the drive through that was empty, I ordered a burrito supreme with extra sour cream.. I waited along time at the window while watching the employees and manger sit around laughing and not doing their jobs.. when I finally got my burrito which I was charged an extra .60 cents for extra sour cream, literally had no sour cream in it until the bottom which had maybe a teaspoon!
