Last night, on my lunch, I went through the drive thru and ordered a grilled stuffed burrito combo with nacho cheese ON THE SIDE! Well they decided to put the cheese on the inside of my burrito making it nearly impossible to eat. It was dripping all over the place, and all over me. Not to mention they threw the burrito on top of the taco that came with the meal and the shell was in 4 different pieces. Mind you I'm on a short lunch and trying to eat this in the car on my way back to work. Most of my meal ended up in my lap instead of my mouth. This review is to let this establishment and patrons know that we were sent home with a small metal rod in our all beef burrito. My boyfriend took a bite and found a lovely surprise. We were mostly scared thinking he could've fully ingested it!!ouch! Anyway, I am the least impressed with the carelessness of quality control here and equipment maintenance standards. Will not be returning and am absolutely shocked! It was so incredibly dangerous, and obviously no one wants to finish their meal after finding a metal rod out of place in their burrito. It worrisome that it's an unknown part to us, it's worrisome that a machine could be missing a part, but either way taco bell needs to get their ish together and be a top notch location! Although I won't be returning to this location because they tried to kill my man, I do hope they solve their issues since a lot of high school kids go there right after school. This is for the cashier Cody This handsome young man is the definition of customer service with a smile, I go through the drive thru & I dine in with my coworkers often and we always get rushed or have our orders totally messed u, but the past week or so I've came in 4 times and been served by this new cashier and everything has been smooth, he always greets us as we walk in and out, he makes it feel like we have time to think about what we want, he recommends foods he's actually tried on the menu, he speaks with a smile and he makes sure our order is correct with no mistakes, and if there is a problem he handles it properly. Absolutely horrendous. Ordered 2 chalupas and one hard shell taco. One chalupa had an incredibly thin and long strand of hair portruding from one of the openings of the chalupa, and the hardshell taco was so cheaply made, the shell broke apart, spilling the beef onto my carpet floor. Thankfully it did though, because when I did pick up the spilled beef guess what I found? ANOTHER LONG STRAND OF HAIR, identical to the first chalupa. Cust service blows! You can order just shells, so for a party we ordered 30 taco bowl shells. We were quoted 30 cents each and that they would be ready by 6pm. We get there at 8pm and they are not ready, and won't be able to do them tonight because it is their busy time. Fine, if they are ready when they open in the morning that will work. 10am the next day we go in to pick them up, they are 'mostly' finished making them and now the price has jumped to 60 cents because of the 'man labor' involved in making them. I talked to the manager on that Friday who quoted 30 cents, and now the 'new' manager says 60? WTFever. She does give us the 30 cent price and 15 min later we are out the door. read more

This particular location got a 3 star simply because they have messed up my order on quite a few occasions. Taco Bell food is just ok, nothing to rave about, but when you have a craving ... you have a craving. One tip: Do not come here around 3pm on weekdays! The local high school dismisses and this place is over run with rude and loud teenagers. I don't know how my two daughters and I scored a table. First time they gave me a nacho bell grande with literally chips cheese and tomatoes and also forgot a steak quesadilla. Came back and they redid my order and STILL FORGOT THE STEAL QUESSADILLA. I work and live close to this location i visit taco-bell frequently and i have to say this is the best one around here the food quality is always great however sometimes the people in drive thru are snotty like one time i ordered 20 dollars of food and the girl put in 3 hot sauces! When i asked for more she put 3 more!! UNPROFESSIONAL NIGHT MANAGER ON SHIFT TONITE- Do not wate your time. they verified my order multiple times. Ordered drive thru, they forgot 4 items. The bag was loaded with napkins and sauce (i asked for none) bulky enough to seem like all was in there. Got home, noticed 4 missing. Went back with the reciept, pointed out the 4 items. They verified it twice. Left. Got home. 1 item was missing so we called to get our money back for the $4 item they kept missing. Got a manager on the phone, he was smug and arrogant. Said it was my fault that i only pointed out 3. WRONG..4! ur staff verified it twice. He said come back get the item, they dont give refunds. WHAT! The cashier stated i was the 3rd customer this has happened to tonite.
