From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted within 30 seconds even though the 3 servers on the floor were VERY busy, they got back with us within a minute, sat us, and immediately got a drink order. When they came back they asked if we were ready to order. We were in a hurry, so when the Server came back to quality check our food we ordered dessert to go and asked for the check so we could get back on the road as we were eager to get home. We were so impressed with our service and honestly, the delicious diner food, that we planned to stop here again on our way home from our yearly trip this year. We had a different server this year, but everything about the experience was identical. Wonderful, tasty, timely, kind... Thank you, Willow Ranch staff, we will certainly make you part of our plan every year! I also wanted to note that I am a career server and the details matter to me. Disappointment after disappointment, we stopped at the Buttonwillow McDonalds and I was expecting the character they had was one that I didn't need. Aylin Reyes, the manager, asked if I needed help. I told her I was looking for Van and she said she would go to the back to look for it. To my delight, she came back with Van. I graciously thanked her with excitement and she asked if there were any other characters I was looking for. I asked her if they had the poster with the roll of stickers and she said yes and they most likely had all the characters. What?!!!! She said if there were others that I wanted I would have to write them down because she would have to go back downstairs to get them. I just asked her for a whole set. Within minutes, she returned with the entire set! My hunt is over thanks to Aylin Reyes! I hope she sees this because I told her that I was going to leave a review on Yelp. Some people say it and don't do it. I hope her boss sees this and hopefully corporate too. Aylin Reyes went above and beyond to make one customer happy and super grateful!
