We just went thru drive thru my son cheese fries were so cold that I literally grabbed them with my hand ..not warm cold stopped took them back in and wait for a few minutes.. got a "new batch" got a sorry and left ...he started eating them and right under neath a few the fricken fries were cold again !!! I had a Taco Bell reward that could only be used through the app, so I placed an ASAP order about 3 miles away from the location. Luckily it said it would take 8 minutes to make so we had plenty of time to get there, find a table and get settled in. We arrived at 11:43 and the place was pretty full...of door dash drivers. Not to mention, welcomed by a sign saying there was no grilled chicken??? Our entire order was chicken and it allowed me to order??? Panic is setting in now. I went to the counter and asked for our drinks, and though nice, the cashier/drive thru person was slightly overwhelmed. He assured me my order was coming "soon" when he handed me our cups, so I crossed my fingers and hoped our chicken order was chicken. It was obvious the door dash and drive thru orders take precedence as we had to wait 23 minutes from ordering to receive our meal. At least the food was piping hot when we received it, actually chicken (woo hoo!) and our order was accurate. I was just excited they still carry Diet Pepsi as literally no other fast food place in the treasure valley seems to carry diet anymore. I had the new Frank's RedHot crispy chicken soft taco and a cantina chicken burrito. Hubby has 2 chicken enchilada burritos. The Frank's soft taco was astoundingly delicious. The sauce was the perfect level of heat without scorching your taste buds off. The chicken was crispy but tender, pico and lettuce was crispy and fresh. The cantina chicken burrito was super saucy (it fell apart and made a gloriously scrumptious mess) and lightly grilled on the outside. It really hit the spot. Hubby raved about the chicken enchilada burritos, saying it was one of the best ones he's ever had. That said, on food alone and having Diet Pepsi available gives this location 5 stars, but the wait was crazy for food, the lack of grilled chicken, the messy/sticky drink station with several dirty tables knocked this down a few stars. I did see people working their hearts out, but someone needs to get in there and either hire more people or create better, efficient processes to get every customer serviced quicker. read more

Now this Taco Bell always was big sketchy when comes getting the order right but this time.. it was pretty damn perfect! Love the building of course feels cozy and rich of that culture which I do respect. Now that crispy chicken burrito is pretty damn good idea, the chicken was crunchy as the nuggets which is nice. Completely robbed me out of a grilled steak burrito. How terrible to pay for something and never receive it.

The last two times I've visited this location, I've waited 30+ minutes for my food, and they got the orders wrong. There's also been 15-20 DoorDashers waiting to pick up orders, so the lobby is crowded. The most recent time I was there, there was a couple there who mentioned they'd been waiting for over an hour to receive their food. Additionally, they never give you your drinks, and when you go up to ask for them, they just stare at you and don't help. If you're going to go to this location, definitely go through the drive-through. read more

To be honest... Eating here was a slow motion dumpster fire. But only because the majority of the dining area was packed with Door Dashers. The service was painfully slow and these folks were whipping out tacos and burritos as fast as they possibly could. They got our order wrong, and it took forever to get our order.. wrong. But... The guy behind the counter was an absolute rock star. He was so polite. He was handing out free taco coupons to everyone as fast as he could and was so kind and apologetic. His attitude saved it for us. I could have been one of those, "I will never set foot in this place again" experiences, but this guy saved the day. Loyalty tattoo guy... You are amazing! Listen, it's taco bell... It's not supposed to be fancy. We left home wanting fast food gut bombs. He made our order right and in the end, it was not a fail. Looked up online to see if Taco Bell was open, pulled up because there was 30 mins to close to get a soda, once I pulled up the speaker the automated system said they were closed but there was a worker standing at the window when I drove off. I ordered nachos with everything on the side and 3x the meat. Not only did I not get my extra meet that i paid for but I also got everything on too of the chips... I cannot eat certain foods so I've always asked for my nachos to be made this way, other locations haven't had issues. Calling this location 20x and getting a busy tone is super annoying. Expectations are never high when going to Taco Bell, yet this most recent visit was bad enough to upset what was already a low bar... WE WERE WAITING IN THE DRIVE THRU FOR 40 MINUTES from getting in the line, to receiving our food. I remember noting the time slightly after arriving in in the drive-thru line because we arrived one minute after dine-in service closed, so I am not exaggerating... I actually timed our wait, and it actually took 40 minutes for us to make it through the drive-thru. AND even better, not even a word of apology or saying "thanks for waiting!"... absolutely no acknowledgement. Once we got our food we saw one person cleaning the dining area and at least 3 people in the kitchen... so its not like they were incredibly short staffed back there. THE PERSON TAKING OUR ORDER COULDN'T GET IT RIGHT. Seriously, thank god for the screens that show your order, because this guy was not getting it. We were waiting in line for so long, we rehearsed our order before getting to the window... made sure everything was clear... and we still had to correct the guy three times. THERE WAS VERY LITTLE MEAT IN OUR FOOD. In both the beef and chicken items, there was like... a faint essence of meat, but hardly enough to constitute a meal. Perhaps a teaspoon of meat spread at the bottom of each of our tacos and chalupas... really disappointing and not worth a 40 minute wait or our money. Tip for the restaurant management: train your employees to have a little respect for their customers. It wouldn't be as INSULTING to spend my money here if employees would acknowledge that we had been waiting for 40 minutes and apologize for making us wait. read more

The worst food EVER!!! my husband and I went on vacation to Idaho. On our last night we wanted something quick because we were tired and cold. Well, we stopped here at Taco bell and we ate inside. I got nachos bel grande w/out sour cream and he got a grilled steak burrito and some crunchy tacos. About an hour later, we were both throwing up and about 30 min after that with diarrhea and still vomiting. What was worse, we had to fly back home the next morning. We were in such pain at the airport. it ruined our Christmas eve and Christmas plans. I emailed the corporate and hopefully I hear back from them.
