I got the Taco Bell app thinking this would reduce the wait/pickup time at the window. This is the fourth time using it, each time the the wait has been longer. Today I ordered from Lowes at 11:01am, made a stop on my way and was in the Taco Bell queue by 11::20. Made it to the window by 11:30am and got my order by 11:42am. Ridiculous!! By far the best Taco Bell I've been to. I just started going to this one since I work nearby. Customer service is excellent, the employees are friendly and quick. The food is fresh and neat. The tacos aren't a mess, like they are at most other Taco Bell's. No hard/stale tortillas! read more

So disappointed when opening my bag. My son's Mexican Pizza yet again is crushed at the bottom of the bag and a complete mess. When opening the box, half of it slid out into the bag itself. Gave 3 stars because the burritos were fine, but this is truly so annoying. read more

Went through the drive thru at Taco Bell in California, MD. Service was good and pretty quick. However the tacos were less than desirable. Each taco had little meat, lettuce or cheese. Yikes! Stopped here because I needed to grab dinner quick and get back to work. Nope. It took HALF AN HOUR to make me a veggie bowl. Then, when I got it, the rice was crunchy like it had been sitting under the heat lamp for 3 days, and instead of the guac and sour cream there was ranch dressing. Also, no tomatoes on it like usual. It should have been a clue that there was a family and another guy sitting in there waiting when I arrived, already looking bored and angry. One other guy walked in after getting a notification that his online order was ready and still had to wait about 10 minutes. Then his order was wrong which took them another 10 minutes to fix. The only explanation I have for such poor service is that the young guy working there seemed far more interested in his female coworker than in actually doing anything. This is by no means an excuse though, so absolutely STAY AWAY FROM THIS TACO BELL!!! read more

This Taco Bell was having an issue with their credit card machine. So long story short they ran my card twice and double charged. Now they want honor a refund not just simply provide an in store credit. I'm still on hold at this moment thus far for 12 minutes. I heard the shift leader or even manager say, "I don't have time right now". I mean seriously you can't speak to a customer for a few moments and refund the mistake caused by Taco Bell!? They left the speaker on the phone open and they sound like a disaster. I personally don't eat Taco Bell but my family does. Probably last time for a while. Poor customer service actually below sub standard. We are also a military family. Yet the manager said they didn't have time for this. Needless to say I emailed corporate. Just think if they do this to say 50 people. It's not that serious but at least apologize or offer an in store credit. Geesh! It's been almost 2 years since my last review so I thought I'd do a update. My last few visits to this location have been alright. I still get nervous when I order a simple Beef and cheese burrito but they come out as ordered. I usually go inside and make my orders to go, This is what I normally do unless I have my dog with me. I still receive broken taco shells and I know it's not me. I'm really careful about this. It all goes to the same place but it's just annoying. The soda machine has been working properly and all of the selections that I've made were in stock. The store is usually clean and the young lady that helped me special order my burrito on the Kiosk was really nice. Maybe this place is improving. You can only hope. I'll be back. read more

I was sitting at work psyching myself up for a sweet lunch with my workmates. usually the order of operations is as follows; Step one - Draw from the "Cup of Destiny" to reveal where our next meal is from. Step 2 - go to previously mentioned place and eat lunch. after ordering a 7 layer burrito with fries in it, I took one bite and it tasted worse than it looked. although the picture makes it look delicious, the actual product does not reflect the picture. HOWEVER, it tasted worse than it looked. I was able to stomach 2 bites down before wrapping it up nicely and depositing it into the trash. After a few hours of letting those two bites marinate in my belly, Taco Bell decided to play an encore while I was pulling out of my parking spot at work. luckily, I recall the days of boot cam where we had to use our "Cup Hand" when we went into the gas chamber. I was able to catch all of the two bites that were now liquified by belly acids. a quick opening of the door and a fling like spiderman shooting a web I thought it was over. Needing to wash my hands now, I decided to try and make sure no more encores were to be had and try and puke a little more. when all was said and done and now pulling back out of the parking lot, I had to make a stop by the near by trees because Taco Bell wanted to make another encore like a bad Molly Hatchet show. This time i was able to empty the tank fully and move on with my life. the only thing that could have made this any worse would be if there were old bay involved. do not recommend. read more

I come to this Taco Bell a lot But I must say tonight's visit there I did not like at all...Lady at the window was very rude, and when given my food I was told HERE with her handing me my drink....I have never been somewhere and have someone hand me my drink and say HERE.... This Taco Bell has NEVER given me food that's been hot...luke warm AT BEST. Usually not even that. I never give reviews on Yelp. Not unless something was particularly bad. I didn't have 1 experience that was bad, I would understand that as irrational. I've been here probably 7-10 times in the past 4 years because it's so close. But I've never had that tasty meal here. Nothing's hot. Nothing's good. You expect Taco Bell to be a delicious late night meal, but it's cold and doesn't scratch the itch. The service professional was unprofessional. She seemed to be on drugs or just very high. She recommended a new sauce package. I clearly mentioned the first time that I've tried it before and didn't prefer it. She asked the same question two more times. Based on her appearance/behavior/eye contact she seemed very intoxicated (at lunch hour). I hesitated to eat my meal, under the condition of the cashier, it questions the other food handler's condition to serve food at this location today. The location of this Taco Bell is near a navy base, with professional customers and has several other food amenity that I will consider in the future. I ordered 4 beef soft tacos no lettuce and 3 chicken soft tacos with no lettuce, and 1 doritos supreme taco. Instead they gave me 4 beef soft tacos, 4 beef mixed w chicken soft tacos and no doritios tacos. I wasted money and threw it away. The wrappers said chk, so I assumed it would be chicken. This place is obviously horribly managed, because when my boyfriend and I are driving up to get some dinner and the first thing we see are two employees chain smoking literally RIGHT next to the entrance, it doesn't make me want to eat there ever. Smoke if you want, but doing so RIGHT where your customers enter is incredibly unprofessional and I'm pretty sure that's a big no no in the restaurant industry. Gross. This isn't the first time I've had an issue with this restaurant though - I've come by about fifteen minutes before close before, while there are people in the restaurant, and they've locked the doors and refused to let me in. I've sat waiting in the drive thru 10 minutes before close, and not been told that they were closed UNTIL the actual time. This location is just super poorly run, and it's really disappointing because I loveTaco Bell. Unless some major change happens I will not return. read more

This was a drive-thru experience, so I have no data about the dining area. I drove through around 6:00 PM on a Saturday. There were 2 cars ahead of mine but service flowed quickly. When she would talk to me I couldn't understand what she was saying. Received 3-soft 3-hard & 2-beef burritos & 2-bean burritos not what I order. The hard tacos where mushy & empty of fillings & stuck to the rapping same with the soft tacos. They looked & tasted like they where under a heat lamp for several days. I've never had any problems with Taco Bell before any where in the US like I had here. When I TRIED to call this Taco Smell I couldn't get an answer because it went to a fax Machine. Also I waited for 10 minutes in the drive-thur when no one was in front of me. NEVER EVER EAT HERE!!!!! If this place was on fire I wouldn't put it out but I might light my cigarette off it!!! Please be weary of this Taco Bell!!!!!!! I was starving so I ate it I just hope I don't get the from it. This is one of the few fast food restaurants in the area that I enjoy. Pretty much the only one that is not screw up my order. And I definitely appreciate that plus the food seems to be much better than the other crap fast food restaurants. Hope this can help just my opinion. read more

Long wait on drive in. When I finally got to the window, I specifically asked for napkins (not that I should have to ask). I got my order - no napkins.
